Committee has the right to cancel or move unpaid booth. The application time of exhibitors shall subject to the date when enterprise booth front money has been received and participation application form has been issued. After the determination of booth, committee shall timely inform all exhibitors in written form.(2)For units of applied exhibitors who want to hold technology exchange in the exhibition period and publish advertisements in the proceeding, venue and off-site, please fill in Application Form and then fax or mail to committee. Deadline: June 30, 2014. (3)After gaining the confirmation of committee, exhibitors shall remit booth front money (50% of total booth expense) to committee in one week and the balance shall be fully paid off before June 30, 2014. Otherwise, the booth will not be reserved and the front money will not be refunded. After remittance, please be sure to fax bank remittance receipt to committee. (4)After receiving the related expenses, committee will send confirmation letter of participation and receipt certificate of committee to exhibitors (invoice will be issued at the same time when the manufacturer registers) and send Exhibition Guide.(5)Committee reserves the final rights on this activity. (2)Information publishes: invite such units as Traffic Management Bureau of Ministry of Public Security, Technology Informatization Bureau of Ministry of Public Security and Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of Beijing Ministry of Public Security to introduce current situation and demand of road traffic safety and related information.
