面试中的应试技巧一、礼貌地打招呼通常,打招呼的语言都比较简单:Good morning/afternoon! Mr. Smith/Ms Jones.How do you do? (Formal)Hi, nice to see you. My name isHello, Imvery glad to meet you here.May I come in? Thank you! Its my please to meet you.Im glad to have the opportunity to meet you here.二、有条理地回答为了给面试官准确的信息,让他(她)能了解你的思路,有必要采用一些谈话技巧。如: 对面试官提出的问题或观点给予评论,表明你对他(她)的观点或说法理解并感兴趣。Thats interestingYes,I agree.I,am not sure I enterly agree,butI think so, tooOh, exactly.I couldn,t agree more.I suppose so.Oh, that,s what I want to express.True enough, young people nowadaysWow! How nice! I will enjoy it, I think.展开话题,进一步表达清楚。点出要谈论的主题,这将有助于面试官准确地掌握你要谈的内容。There are two main differences, reallyWell,it,s quite simple. Could you say it again?Im afraid Im not quite clear about what you mean. Can you explain? 确认某个单词的意思Sorry, I dont know what you mean by ?Excuse me. What is the meaning of the word?What are you trying to say by ?What is the meaning for ?Im afraid Im not quite clear what you mean by “tube”. Could you rephrase that? 【注意】针对个别词语的提问不要用repeat,而要用rephrase或explain,否则,面试官只会重复原词,无济于事。 确认你对某个问题的理解Do you want me to tell you in details?You are asking me if I have been to , arent you?Pardon? You want me to make it clear?Sorry, do you mean I should ?I guess what you want to say is, right?四、使用正确的措词 在表达中碰到不会表达的单词会意思时,可能会一时无语,或思考良久,或十分尴尬。在这种情况下,就应该懂得使用简单的句子或表达来摆脱困境。 例如:你想说“过去五年中,农村最大的变化是实现了机械化”,但又一时想不起或不知道如何表达mechanization. 此时你可以如此表达:Five years ago young trees were planted by hand and this was a very slow process. Today we have machines that plant young trees. They can easily plant a thousand trees a day. That has been the biggest change during the past five years. 又如:你想说“由于企业重组,许多部门经理被裁员了”,但又没有把握准确地表达重组(restructuring)、部门经理(section manager)、裁员(downsizing)这些单词时,就可以这样表达:Because many enterprises and companies are doing reforms. Some were closed down and some have been combined into other bigger ones. So many heads of sections in those smaller companies or companies in poor condition have been dismissed. That is to say they are unemployed and lost their jobs.如果懂得使用这种技巧,即用其他的词解释你想表达的意思,就会赢得面试官的好感,同时也证明你具备熟练使用语言的能力。五、通过反馈表示理解在交流过程中,信息反馈是很重要的。因为考生必须认真领会面试官对所讨论的问题作出的评论,然后根据其观点进一步提出自已的看法。中国人的含蓄表情点头和微笑是不能完全代替信息的,有时必须用声音或语言来表示自已是否理解。例如:Yes, I see.Right.Great!Well, well!OK, I see.Um.六、客气地插话在讨论过程中,如果面试官正在讲话而你想插话发表自已的看法时,请注意选择恰当的时机并礼貌地表达。这样,可以避免给人一种咄咄逼人的感觉而留下不好的印象。以下是一些有用的表达:Can I say something here?Id like to say something, if I may.If I could just come in hereSorry to interrupt, butCan I add something?Can I add here that?Id just like to say thatExcuse me for interrupting, butThat reminds meSorry, butMay I ask something?七、正确使用关联词和信号词在表达中,要注意语言和思路的连贯性。First of all, thenThe first, The second, besides, Whats more, On one hand, on the other hand
