Primary and secondary loop in the panel shall be connected firmly and correctly with clear code number and proper writing.盘柜应固定牢固,盘内一、二次线,应连接牢靠、正确。编号清晰,字迹端正。4.1.6 Panel and cabinet foundation shall have reliable grounding.盘柜基础要有可靠接地。 4.2 Cable and cable tray work 电缆及桥架的施工4.2.1 Cable in the plant shall be laid in the large-span ladder type through cable tray, which shall be distributed to different areas along the pipe rack and guided to protective pipe of power equipment.本装置的电缆敷设在大跨距梯级式直线桥架内,桥架沿管廊敷设至各区,引向用电设备穿保护管。4.2.2 Cable technical condition should be complete with manufacturers quality certificate, and their specification and length shall be in accordance with the design requirement.电缆的技术条件必须齐全,有出厂合格证,其规格、长度应符合设计要求。4.2.3 Cable protective pipe shall be according to design requirement. Pipe opening shall be smooth without any burrs, and bent radius shall not be smaller than the min. bent radius (10 times) of leading-in cable;电缆保护管应符合设计要求,管口光滑无刺,弯曲半径不能小于所穿入电缆的最小弯曲半径(10倍);4.2.4 Cable tray shall be installed firmly. On the same level of cable tray, its level deviation shall be no more than 5mm. Deviations at the left and right sides along cable tray direction shall not be larger than 10mm.电缆桥架应安装牢固,在同一水平面上的桥架其水平误差不得大于5mm,桥架走向左右的偏差不应大于10mm。4.2.5 When cable shall be led in and out of the cable tray, a hole opener should be applied to make holes on the cable tray. No gas welding and burn cutting shall be allowed.电缆引入引出桥架时,必须用开孔器在桥架上开孔,不得用气焊烧割。4.2.6 Cable shall be tested and inspected according to specification prior to its laying. Electrician shall prepare cable laying list according to the design and actual site condition. Cable shall be laid by the laying order from the far to the near or by the tray number manufactured according to set-length to avoid intermediate connection caused by insufficient length.电缆敷设前应按规范要求进行试验检查,电气技术人员根据设计及现场实际情况编排电缆敷设表,敷设秩序应先远后近或按定长制造的盘号敷设。避免长度不够造成中间接头。4.2.7 Cable laying must be earnestly and well prepared. Plenty of manpower, cable laying kits, cable reel should be arranged, and technician shall be assigned to command a control the work.敷设电缆一定要认真做好准备工作,人力的安排、敷设电缆的工器具、电缆盘摆放位置均要充分准备,并有技术人员全面指挥。4.2.8 Within the explosion-proof area of this plant shall be avoided from intermediate connection of the cable. Cable after laying should not be crossed, twisted and at the turning corner a proper allowance shall be remained. No over-tension shall be allowed. 在本装置的防爆区内应避免电缆中间接头,电缆敷设后不应交叉、扭绞,拐弯处应有余量,不应拉得过紧。4.2.9 Marks and labels shall be put on the cable after its laying and cable tag shall be suspended. 电缆敷设后应做标识,挂上电缆牌。4.3 Electrical tubing 电气配管4.3.1 Electrical tubing must be according to the design and specification. The levelness or verticality of installation shall have an allowance of 1.5. Its full length shall not be larger than 1/2 of inner tube diameter. The open tubing shall be horizontal and vertical. Its threads after connection shall have 23 screws exposed.钢管采用螺纹连接时,管端螺纹不宜小于管接1/2,连接后,其螺纹宜外露23扣。4.3.4 When tube shall be by sleeve pipe connection, sleeve pipe length shall be 1.53 times of the outer pipe diameter. The match opening between pipes shall be located at the centre of the sleeve pipe. Welded seams shall be tight and sealed.采用套管连接时,套管长度为管外径的1.53倍,管与管的对口处应于套管的中心,焊缝应牢固严密。4.4 Motor inspection, installation and test 电机的检查安装及试验4.4.1 When it is to be installed, the motor shall be inspected according to the following requirements:电机安装时,电机的检查应符合如下要求:4.4.2 Check the nameplate of motor, model and type, power rated value, mode of wiring;核对电机铭牌、电机型号、功率额定值、接线方式;4.4.3 Rotate motor by hand to check if it gets stuck.用手盘动电机检查转子有无卡阻现象;4.4.4 Unpack the lid of junction box, measure the insulation resistance value by use of megohmmeter;打开接线盒盖,用兆欧表测量绝缘电阻数值;4.4.5 Check cable identification, lead in cable and explosion-proof flexible hose;核查电缆标识、穿入电缆及防爆挠性管;4.45.6 Fabricate cable head, press down cable connecting terminals;制作电缆头,压电缆接线端子;4.4.7 After motor wiring completes, seal the explosion-proof face on the lid of junction box;电机接线完后,接线盒盖上防爆密封面密封;4.4.8 When motor wiring starts, connecting bolts shall not be too tight to crack the insulation plate;电机接线时,连接螺栓不宜过紧,以防胀裂绝缘胶板;4.4.9 Draw out the locker of the main loop feeder panel, check the main loop, control loop insulating resistance, isolate the electric motor from process equipment.抽出主回路配电屏抽屉,检查主回路,控制回路绝缘电阻,电机与工艺设备分开;4.4.10 Set testing location of locker of feeder panel, press down “On”, “Off” pushbutton , inspect control loop for normal condition.配电屏抽屉置试验位置,按动“起动”、“停止”按钮,检查控制回路是否正常;4.4.11 Push on feeder panel locker, switch on the main loop switch, inch the pushbutton, confirm rotating direction of the motor.推上配电屏抽屉,合上主回路开关,点动按钮,确认电机转向;4.4.12 Start up motor with no-load and keep running for 2 hours, record the startup current, running current and value of temperature rise of motor. 启动电机空载,运转2小时,记录起动电流、运转电流、电机温升数值;4.4.13 Measure the wound insulation resistance, when rated voltage is below 1 kV, value of insulation resistance under normal temperature shall be no less than 0.5M测量绕组的绝缘电阻,在额定电压1KV以下,常温下绝缘电阻值不应低于0.5M;4.4.14 Inspect the motor for the temperature of various parts. Their temperature should not exceed the specification of product technical condition.检查电机各部温度,不应超过产品技术条件的规定;4.4.15 Temperature of sliding bearing should not be over 80, temperature of rolling bearing should not exceed 95;滑动轴承温度不应超过80,滚动轴承温度不应超过95;4.4.16 Test of the motor should be carried out according to relative specifications.电机的试验项目,应按有关规范的要求进行。4.5 Installation of electrical lighting device 电气照明装置的安装4.5.1 Explosion-proof lighting fixtures shall be installed in strict accordance with the specification and type specified and elected by the drawing. Non-explosion-proof products shall not be substituted with the explosion-proof ones. No lighting fixture shall be installed on and below each discharging outlet. This is because the gas impact during discharging may cause damage to the explosion-proof lighting fixture. More dangers shall take place if the gas discharged shall be explosive.防爆灯具的安装主要是严格按图纸规定选用规格型号,且不混淆,更不能非防爆产品替。各泄放口上下方不得安装灯具,主要因为泄放时有气体冲击,会损坏防爆灯具,如管道放出的是爆炸性气体,更加危险。 4.5.2 Kinds of lighting fixture and type of explosion-proof structure灯具种类和防爆结构的选型:Explosion dangerous zone explosion-proof structure爆炸危险区域防爆结构Kinds of lighting device照明设备种类Zone I区Zone II区Explosion isolating type隔爆型dExtrinsic safe type增安型eExplosion isolating type隔爆型dExtrinsic safe type增安型eFixed type lighting固定式灯Movable lighting移动式灯-Portable battery lighting携带式电池灯-Ballast 镇流器Note: means applicable, means use with care, means not applicable注:为适用;为慎用;为不适用 4.5.3 Lighting fixture shall be completely equipped. No non-explosion-proof parts can be substituted for lighting fittings (metal shields, lamp hood, junction box, etc.). 灯具配套齐全,不能用非防爆零件替代灯具配件(金属护网、灯罩、接线盒等);4.5.4 Position for the installation of lighting fixture shall be kept away from the release. Lighting fixture shall not be installed on the top or the bottom of the relief openings;灯具的安装位置离开释放源,且不在各种管道的泄压口及排放口上下方安装灯具;4.5.5 Lighting fixture and switches shall be installed firmly and reliably. Lighting hanger tube and switch shall be matched with threads of the wiring box for no less than 5 screws. Threads shall be machined smoothly and completely with no rust. And on the threads shall be coated with conductive anti-rust grease.灯具及开关安装牢固可靠,灯具吊管及开关与线盒螺纹啮合扣数不少于5扣,螺纹加工光滑、完整、无锈蚀,并在螺纹上涂以电力复合酯或导电性防锈酯; 4.5.6 Switches shall be installed at a place for easy operation. Installation height shall be 1.3 meters.开关安装位置便于操作,安装高度1.3m; 4.5.7 Casing of the lighting fixture and switch shall have no damage, no hollow or no cracking on groove and lighting hood. Metal shield shall have no distortional deformation. Explosion-proof signs shall be clear.灯具及开关的外壳完整,无损伤、无凹陷或沟槽,灯罩裂纹,金属护网无扭曲变形,防爆标志清晰;4.5.8 Bolting of lighting fixture and switch shall be tight without any looseness, rust, and seal gasket shall be in good condition.灯具及开关的紧固螺栓无松动、锈蚀,密封垫圈完好。4.5.9 Lighting tubing for this project shall be open tubing. Protective pipe shall be isolated from the explosion-proof junction box. At the pipe opening shall have cable protective ring added. 本项目照明管为明配,保护管与防爆接线盒是断开的。管口加电缆护圈。4.6 Installation of local electrical device 现场电器安装 4.6.1 Check type and specification of local electrical device and control station according to drawing. 按图纸要求检查现场电器及操作柱的型号规格是否符合设计要求; 4.6.2 Check nameplate, manual, compliance certificate of the electrical device and control station. Elements of the electrical device shall have no damage and its internal parts shall have no damage by vibration. Actuating parts shall be smooth for operation without blocking. 电器及操作柱的铭牌说明书、合格证是否齐全,电器元件有无损伤,内部元件有无振动受损,动作部件动作是否灵活,有无卡阻现象; 4.6.3 Electrical device and control station shall be installed according to the position and elevation specified in drawings. If the design does not clearly specify, the floor type electrical device shall be installed above the ground for about 50100mm from its bottom. For electrical device with control function and control station, the center of its operation plane shall have a distance of 1.21.5m away from the ground surface. And its back side shall keep a distance of no less than 50mm from the building or equipment;电器及操作柱安装按图纸规定位置及标高安装,设计没明确时落地安装的电器,其底部宜高出地面50100mm,有操作功能的电器及操作柱,其操作面中心与地面距离宜为1.2m1.5m,其背面与建筑物或设备距离不宜小于50mm; 4.6.4 Supporting metal plate shall be used for electrical device and control station. Expansion stud or pillar shall be applicable for fixation on the wall of insulating board. Anti-chock device shall be added if it has shock-proof requirement. A measure of guard against relaxation shall be used for tightening bolt.电器及操作柱可采用支架金属板,绝缘板墙上固定也可采用膨胀螺柱固定,或立柱固定,有防震要求的应加防震装置,紧固螺栓应采取防松措施; 4.6.5 Connection of electrical device and control station shall be performed according to the wiring terminal marks. Wire core shall have no damage with good clamping condition. External wiring shall not cause additional stress to the electrical device;电器及操作柱接线应按接线端头标志进行,线芯无损伤、压接良好,外部接线不使电器受到额外应力; 4.6.6 Electrical device installed in-line or centrally shall be arranged in proper order for easy operation and maintenance. 成排或集中安装的电器及操作柱应排列整齐,便于操作及维护; 4.6.7 Zero-line connecting or grounding of the metal casing for electrical device and control station shall be done according to specification.电器及操作柱金属外壳的接零或接地按规定进行; 4.6.8 Explosion-proof requirement for the explosion-proof electrical device and control station shall be according to the specification for the explosive and dangerous areas.防爆电器及操作柱防爆要求按爆炸及危险场所规定执行。 4.7 Equipment installed at explosion-proof area shall comply with the following requirements:防爆场所设备安装还应满足以下要求: 4.7.1 At the explosive and fire dangerous area, electrical work shall be performed according to design requirement. All the materials for the electrical device should be provided with quality certificate and EX signs. Types, specifications, EX signs shall be according to design requirement. Accessories and fittings shall be complete and in good condition.在爆炸和火灾危险场所,电气施工按设计要求进行,所采用的电气设备材料均应有合格证,并有EX防爆标志,其型号规格,防爆标志应符合设计要求,附件配件完好齐全; 4.7.2 Explosion-proof control station shall be according to drawing requirement. They shall be fixed by support on the wall or by post on the ground. Tightening bolt shall be provided with a guard against relaxation.防爆操作柱按图纸要求,墙上支架固定或地面立柱固定,固定螺栓应有防松装置; 4.7.3 Lead-in wire inlet of the explosion-proof electrical device shall be reliably connected with the cable and sealed. Redundant lead-in wire inlets shall be sealed with metal gasket, the thickness of which shall be no less than 2mm and tightened by compression nut.防爆电气设备的进线口与电缆应可靠接线和密封,多余进线口加密封金属垫片,厚度不小于2mm,用压紧螺母拧紧密封; 4.7.4 Rated voltage of the neutral wire insulation layer during electrical work shall be same as the voltage of phase wire and laid in the same protective pipe or steel tube.电气工作中性线绝缘层的额定电压应与相线电压相同,并应在同一护套或钢管内敷设; 4.7.5 Distribution box, junction box, union, isolated sealing piece, explosion-proof flexible hose shall be according to relative explosion-proof specification.电气线路使用的分线盒、接线盒、活接头、隔离密封件、防爆挠性管等应符合有关防爆的规定; 4.7.6 Connection of cable shall be fixed or clamped by bolt w
