I flew B757 from Chongqing to Wuhan , it was a fine day ,the weather condition is quite good. Everything, includes the engine was normal , we took-off from the chongqing airport run way 19 .the aircraft was airborne and climbed to the 300 feet , the right engine vibrated seriously, also the EGT rise to 895 degrees centigrade, exceeded the highest limited EGT 850 degrees, at the same time , the ATC controller told me that the right engine was smoking and firing . when the aircraft climbed to 400 feet ,the master caution lights and the engine fire warning light illuminated .根据检查单记忆程序，首先，我保持好飞机状态，把左发设置到最大值，当飞机稳定下来的时候，At this time ,according the remember procedures of the checklist ,firstly, I maintained the aircraft status, seted the left engine power to the maximum .secondly ,I reduced the R engine throttle to idle , shuted down the right engine .the aircraft was stabilized and all the warning lights slaked. thirdly, I requested the direction to WX and climb to 1200M，to join the holding pattern ，ATC agreed my request . after joined the holding pattern , we completed the take-off checklist and the engine fire checklist . the failure of the right engine caused the R hydraulic pump and the R electrical system failed , so we started the ancillary power unit ,to revert the right electrical system . after finished the disposal with the failures, I requested the return to chongqing and have a priority landing .for safety ,I also requested emergency system after landing .then , the controller instructed us to join the ILS run way 01 approach .during this time ,as the captain ,I told the situation to the flight attendants ,also ,I gave the PA to the passengers ,and told them the situation of the aircraft ,and the plane was well controlled ,we would return back to chongqing for landing .” finally ,we landed safely ,no one was injured .after this incident , I have a think about it, I think , when we meet the unusual events.the 1：most important thing is to keep calm .2 ：Then the captain should control the aircraft and ask the crew members to do their own duties. 3：the pilots should communicate with the ATC correctly ,because when we meet the abnormal situation, we need the help from ATC.
