This happens because the Family Reunion Visa has an essential requirement, which is the existence of someone who holds a valid residence permit;The applicant for the Family Reunion Visa must prove that he/she is eligible as a Family Member to the purposes of article 99 of the Law 23/2007. RENEWAL OF THE INITIAL RESIDENCE PERMIT AFTER 1 YEAR (Valid for 2 years)Fulfilment of the minimum quantitative requirements (maintaining the investment);Evidence that the applicant complied with the minimum period of 7 days of permanence in Portuguese territory in the last year (exhibit passport);Updated Certificate issued by Real Estate Registry showing registrations, endorsements and entries in force, as proof of ownership of properties, free from covenants and encumbrances;Fill in the application (the application has to be accompanied by an affidavit declaring that - under the applicants word of honour - the minimum time and quantitative requirements of the investment activity in Portugal shall be complied with.Please note: Residence permit shall be renewed subsequently for a period of 2 years. RENEWAL OF THE RESIDENCE PERMIT (Valid for 2 more years)Fulfilment of the minimum quantitative requirements (maintaining the investment);Evidence that the applicant complied with the minimum period of 14 days of permanence in Portuguese territory in each subsequent period of 2 years;Updated Certificate issued by Real Estate Registry showing registrations, endorsements and entries in force, as proof of ownership of properties, free from covenants and encumbrances;Fill in the application (the application has to be accompanied by an affidavit declaring that - under the applicants word of honour - the minimum time and quantitative requirements of the investment activity in Portugal shall be complied with.居留证延期(有效期两年以上)满足最低定量要求(持续投资)申请人需出示在后续每个两年内在葡萄牙境内居住超过十四天的证明。更新房地产登记处关于担保以及生效的条目所颁发的证书用于个人财产证明。填写申请(申请必须附有一份承诺书-在最短时间内完成在葡萄牙的投资)。6. PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMITFill in the Application Form;Applicant must hold a Temporary Residence Permit for, at least, five years;Criminal Record Certificate that states that the applicant, over the last five years of residence in the Portuguese territory, has not been convicted of any crime exceeding the penalty of 1 year and of any crime of terrorism, violent crime, criminality specially violent or highly organized;Proof of financial independence;Provide documentary evidence of housing and accommodation (Updated Certificate issued by the Real Estate Registry); and Demonstrate to have sufficient basic command of the Portuguese language.Please note: The permanent residence permit must be renewed every 5 years or whenever there is change of its identification elements.永久居留证填写申请表。申请人需持有临时居留
