Description工作描述This method statement is prepared for cleaning up the dust、scrap iron and rust iron remained on steel structure during transport before.此方案主要是针对前期运输（海运）过程中残留在钢结构上的灰尘、铁屑、铁锈等的清理工作制定的。B. Manpower人员计划The following is for one group and can be adjusted by adding manpower according to actual site condition when constructing.Painter 4, mainly responsible for steel structure cleaning and painting .Watcher 1, for preventing unauthorized people from entering.以下人员为一个班组人员配置，施工时可以根据现场实际情况适当增加施工人员及施工班组。油漆工4人，主要负责钢结构清理及涂漆刷漆。现场监护1人，主要监护非施工人员禁止进入。C. Preparation施工准备1. To verify with each discipline if there are still constrution personnel enter into the area to be cleaned and the platform below it, to avoid working at the same time.向各个专业确认即将清理的区域及清理区域的下一层平台是否还有施工人员进入，尽量避免交叉作业。2. Material: primer and top coat for steel structure, disc, nail.材料准备：配备钢结构底漆及面漆、圆盘、尖头钉。3. Tools: scissor lifts，100 grinding machine, planning wheel, blower, roller(used by painter), inside grinding machine, inside grinding head, rag, safety belt.工机具准备：剪刀式升降机、100磨光机、刨光轮、压缩机、滚刷（油漆工专用）、内磨机、破布、安全带。D. Construction area defination and construction sequence 施工区域划分及施工顺序Principle for construction area: from up to down, from outside to inside, locally enclosed, locally cleaning. According to the actual condition and construction personnel quantity on site, steel structure in different area can be cleaned at the same time, precondition is to avoid working at the same time. Reasonable adjustment can be made to the area to be cleaned when constructing according to the actual condition on site.施工区域遵循从上至下，从边向内，局部封闭，局部清理的原则，根据现场实际情况及施工人员数量，可以同时对不同区域的钢结构进行清理，前提是尽量避免交叉作业，具体施工时可以根据现场实际情况对清理区域临时做出合理的调整。E. Construction method 施工方法 1. Using100 grinding machine to clear the debris on structure (whole structure, including flange plate and web).用100磨光机对结构进行清理，清除结构上的杂物，清理时必须对结构整体进行清理（包括翼缘板及腹板）。2. After grinding, use blower to blow the dust on steel beam and wipe by dry rag.打磨完成后，用压缩机对钢梁上的灰尘吹扫并用干布擦拭。3. After blowing, painters do touch up (Reference Photos) for steel beam. If no primer for the beam, primer must be done at first, then do top coat after the primer is dry.吹扫完成后油漆工对钢梁进行涂漆，如果钢梁缺少底漆，必须先补底漆，底漆干燥后方可涂刷面漆。4. During applying paint, if some place the roller can not reach, the handle of the roller can be extended, the extended point must be strong enough and the extended handle can not wobble to much. If the height of the steel structure is too high, even if the use of the extended handle cannot achieve, we can consider to use scissor lifts already ready. Homework in the scissor lifts, the painters must wear safety belts, safety belts must be high up the painter, ensure the personal safety.油漆工施工时如果有滚刷无法伸到刷漆位置，可以对滚刷手柄加长,加长处必须有足够的强度，加长手柄不可以晃动幅度太大。如果钢结构的高度太高，即使使用加长手柄也无法达到的话，我们就可以考虑使用早就已经准备好的剪刀式升降机。在升降机上作业时，油漆工必须要佩戴安全带，安全带一定要做到高挂抵用，保证作业人员的安全。 E. Safety precaution安全注意事项1. Hand strings must be used for all tools and make sure hand string is tie on hand or on secured object when using tools. 所有使用工机具必须系好手绳并且保证使用工具时手绳固定在手上或者已固定的物体上。2. Mask must be worn when using planing wheel, the same with the watcher, to avoid the spreading iron thread from the planing wheel hurting people. 使用刨光轮时必须佩戴面罩，旁边监护人员也必须佩戴面罩，防止刨光轮铁丝飞溅伤人。3. Watcher for barricade must make sure no unauthorized personnel entering.维护旁的监护人员必须保证无关人员不可以进入。4. Sign easy to be seen on barricade.维护上要有醒目的标识牌。5. All temporary unused tools must be kept in the tool basket or on the fire blanket.所有暂时不使用的工具必须放在工具蓝内或者防火布上面。6. The paint pot used by painter
