Purpose目的The purpose of this procedure is to define the responsibilities and requirements for the final dimension inspection of the CV and module or components assembly & installation at Haiyang site by SNPEMC. 编制本程序是为了明确描述山东核电设备制造有限公司在海阳现场所生产的CV、模块或部件最终尺寸检查的责任及要求。2. Scope范围This procedure is applicable for the final dimension inspection of CV and module or components assembly & installation at Haiyang site by SNPEMC. 本程序适用山东核电设备制造有限公司在海阳现场对CV、模块或部件最终尺寸的检查。3. Responsibilities职责4.1 Quality Management Department质量管理部4.1.1 Have visual inspection and dimensional inspection before raw materials enter in the workshops;组织对原材料进厂进行目视检查和尺寸检查;4.1.2 Inspect the formed dimensions during production process as per the requirements in this procedure and process specification; 负责按照本程序和工艺规范的要求对生产过程进行成形及尺寸的检查;4.1.3 Perform inspection, and make appropriate inspection records; 执行检查工作,并形成相应的检查记录;4.1.4 Put forward Non Conformance Reports for the non conformances found during inspection, and follow up and verify. 对检查过程中发现的不符合项提出不符合项报告,并跟踪验证。4.2 Engineering Department工程部4.2.1 Be responsible for preparing of production process specifications and plans; 负责编写生产工艺规程和方案;4.2.2 Perform as required by production technology and process; 按照生产技术和工艺的要求实施作业;4.2.3 Complete the formed dimension inspection of the formed products or components and make records. After it is acceptable, notify QC personnel of QMD to make final inspection as per the requirements of quality planning. 对生产完成的产品或部件的成形尺寸完成自检,形成记录,合格后,按照质量计划的要求,通知质量管理处QC人员进行最终检查;4.2.4Perform the disposal methods and disposal plans of non conformances. 执行不符合项的处理方式和处理方案。4.3 Technical Department技术部4.3.1 Be responsible for preparing of production process specifications and plans; 负责编写生产工艺规程和方案;4.3.2 Put forward disposal suggestions and disposal plans for the non conformances. 对不符合项提出处理意见和处理方案。5. Prerequisites先决条件5.1Personnel Qualification人员资格5.1.1Evaluate the qualified personnel according to the Procedure for the qualification of QC personnel HY-MP-ITQ-003. 按照QC人员资格评价程序 HY-MP-ITQ-003评定合格的人员;5.1.2The vision or corrected vision of the inspection personnel shall be at least equal to Jager 1; 检查人员视力或矫正视力至少在J-1或以上;5.1.3The inspection personnel can correctly choose proper inspection methods as required. 检查人员根据要求能正确地选择适当的检查方法;5.1.4The inspection personnel can correctly and skillfully use all kinds of inspection tools. 检查人员能正确熟练地使用各种检查工具。5.2Disposal of Non Conformances不合格项的处理The non conformances shall be disposed as per the Non Conformances Control Procedure HY-MP-QC-003 of SNPEMC. 不符合项的处理,按山东核电设备制造有限公司不符合项控制程序HY-MP-QC-003执行。6. Detailed descriptions详细描述6.1 Inspection Tools检查工具The tools used for dimension inspection shall be tools calibrated by measurement department, and within the period of validity. it refer to Management procedure for Calibration of the measuring and testing equipments HY-MP-CC-001. 在尺寸检验过程中使用的工具,必须是由计量部门标定合格的工具,并在有效期范围之内,参照测量和试验设备标定管理程序 HY-MP-CC-001执行。6.2 Dimension Inspection of Raw Materials对原材料尺寸检查6.2.1 The dimensions of raw materials shall be strictly inspected as per the material procurement specifications or materials technical specifications and drawing requirements.原材料尺寸检查必须严格按照材料采购说明书或材料技术条件以及图纸要求进行检查;6.2.2 Actually measure and record the material overall dimensions and geometric dimensions; 对于材料的外形和几何尺寸应进行实测并记录;6.2.3 For the inspection that cant be carried out by general inspection means (such as the thickness of plate), it can be tested by special testing instrument (such as ultrasonic thickness gauge). 对于某些不能用常规的检测手段来完成的检验(如板材的厚度),可以用专门的检测仪器进行检测(如超声波测厚仪)。6.3 Appearance and Dimension Inspection of Welding Joints焊接接头外观和尺寸检查The appearance and dimension inspection of the welding joints shall be performed as per Procedure for Visual Inspection. 焊接接头的外观和尺寸检查按照目视检查程序进行。6.4 Dimension Inspection of the Seal Heads after being Formed封头成形尺寸检查6.4.1 The tolerance of the formed vessel head shall be as follows NE4222.1,and Deviation from required shape shall be as follows NE4222.2.成型容器封头的公差应按NE4222.1偏离规定形状的偏差应按NE4222.2.6.4.2 For the dimensions inspection of the CV head plates after Being formed shall according to the dimensional requirements of the drawing and documents对于CV封头板压制成形后尺寸检查,按照其适用的图纸或文件要求进行;6.5 Dimension Inspection of Cylinder Body after Being formed筒体成形尺寸检查NE4221.2 The maximum deviation of external pressure vessel from theoretical geometry, the vessel design as per external pressure shall meet the following requirements for tolerance. NE4221.2 外压容器偏离准确理论形状的最大偏差,按外压设计的容器应满足公差要求。1) NE-4221.3 Deviation from tolerance requirements NE4221.3 偏离公差要求的偏差If drawing has been revised, it is consistent with the design report (NCA3551), and the revision is proved acceptable through design report amendment by registered professional engineer, the deviation from tolerance requirements of NX4221.1 and NX4221.2 is allowed. 如果图纸已修改,并和设计报告一致(NCA3551),且由注册的专职工程师用设计报告补遗来证明这种修改是合格的,则允许有偏离NX4221.1和NX4221.2规定的公差要求的偏差。2) NE4221.4 Tolerance deviation of parts for vessel manufactured by piping NE4221.4 由管道制造的容器零件的公差偏差For parts of vessel manufactured by piping, supporting internal pressure or external pressure, the diameter change and non roundness deviation allowed by this piping technical specification are permitted if they meet all other requirements in this subsection. 对于由管道制造的、承受内压或外压的容器零件,如符合本分卷所有其他要求,则允许有该管道技术条件所允许的直径变化和不圆度偏差。NE4221.1 The maximum deviation of diameter for cross section6.6 Piping Forming and Bending Dimension Inspection对于管道成形和弯曲尺寸检查The tolerance of NX4223 pipe forming or bending, the tolerance of pipe forming or bending shall be as follows. NX4223管子成形或弯曲的公差,管子成形或弯曲的公差应如下列各项所述。NX4223.1 min. wall thickness NX4223.1最小壁厚1) To ensure design calculation wall thickness, the actual wall thickness shall being measured; otherwise, sufficient evidences shall be provided to prove that the wall thickness can meet the requirement during usage. 为了保证设计计算壁厚要求,应测量实际壁厚,否则应提供足够的证据证明 在使用过程中壁厚能满足要求。2) The values in Form NX3642.1(b)1 can be used to replace the stipulation (a). 可以采用表NX3642.1(b)1的数值,以代替(a)的规定。3) NX4223.2 ellipticity tolerance the ellipticity of the pipe shall not be more 8 than being confirmed by the following formula, unless otherwise proved by design reports; NX4223.2椭圆度公差 除设计报告另有证明外,弯曲后管子的椭圆度不应超过下式确定的8:100(
