Ali lost his sisters only shoes, in order to exempt punishment from parents, he had to change shoes after his sister with his shoes after school. At the beginning, As Ali and his sister ran slowly, he was told that he was expelled for being late again. Ali tried to make money with his father in the city, but his father was injured and spent the money they had promised to buy his sisters shoes. Later, he wanted to win the third prize in the marathon, a pair of shoes to his sister. He tried his best to run ,even if he fell and his body is very tired .In the end, he got the first. When people congratulated him, Ali was disappointed and helpless. Under sisters sad eyes, Ali had nothing to say. It is a fact that his shoes was worn out and his feet was hurt early. In the story, we can see a sensible, hard-working, loving little boy. As the saying goes, the children of the poor are the masters of the world. Ali use his intelligence and persistence to get out of the difficulty alone without having to put a burden on his parents and even help their parents to do the housework. It is necessary for us to study him. As usual, there are many families in china with only one child, most of them grew up in comfortable treatment, away from housework and hardship. Not to mention doing housework for their parents.As far as I am concerned, parents wont ask for what we do for them, but if we try our best to do any things for our parents, they will feel happy for our understanding.
