It consists of a steel bearing shell and four Babbitt lined steel pads bored to a tolerance diameter and is provided with means for radial adjustment and lubrication. 轴承壳体制成两半,与轴承座的水平中分面齐平,用定位销定位。各瓦块均支撑于轴承壳体内 ,且用支持销(19)定位。位于瓦块中心的调整垫块(17)与支持销(19)的球面相接触,作为可倾瓦块的摆动支点。因此轴承可以随转子摆动并自对中心。The bearing shell is made in halves and doweled at the horizontal joint with pins. Each pad is supported in the bearing shell and is definitely located and pivoted on pivot (19) with its spherical end contacting the inner liner (17) located in the center of each bearing pad. These keys are assembled in the upper and lower halves of the shell at angles of 45 to the horizontal and vertical centerlines. Between each key and the bearing shell, are provided a liner (10) and shims (11, 12, 13, 14), by means of which the bearing can be moved vertically and horizontally to locate the rotor accurately within the cylinder. A stop dowel (7) fitted in the bearing shell projects into a notch in the bearing housing base just below the horizontal joint, thus preventing rotation of the bearing relative to the housing.轴承瓦块(a、b)和调整垫块(17)、支持销(19)、均由1至4编号、打印,并在轴承壳体上相应的位置编号,以便在检修后瓦块和垫块仍能装在原来的相对位置。每块瓦块两端的临时螺栓(23)在组装和运送时联接在轴承壳体上将瓦块固定就位,但在总装时拆去,并用螺塞(24)替代,螺塞旋入后必须略低于轴承体垫块的表面。Each bearing pad (a, b), inner liner (17) and pivot (19) is numbered 1 to 4 and the corresponding numbers are marked on the bearing shell. These keys and the bearing shell are also plainly marked so that after inspection, pads and liners can be re-assembled in their relative position. Each bearing pad is bolted to the bearing shell by means of temporary bolts (23) located near the ends of each bearing pad during fitting in the shop. These bolts must be removed before assembly with the rotor and replaced with plugs (24). Annuals are machined in each end of the bearing shell. Oil from these annuls are admitted the bearing pads through 8 drilled holes, being located on each vertical and horizontal centerline. The oil is distributed along the journal and is discharged out each end.油封环(c)及油封挡环(15、16)防止从轴承两端大量漏油,油封环做成两半,固定在轴承体上用限位销(20)防止挡油环转动,油通过两侧的挡油环的排油孔排出,返回轴承座。Excessive leakage from the ends of the bearing is prevented by oil seal rings (c) which are made in halves and supported in the retaining ring (15, 16), which are secured to each end of the bearing shell. The oil is returned to the pedestal through passages machined in the bottom halves of the oil seal rings and their retainers. (Dimension A)4.除上半支持销外,装好瓦块上半,调整垫块和轴承壳体上半。确认以下事项后,通过轴承体上的孔,测量轴承壳体上半外表面到调整块平面端的距离(尺寸B):Place upper pads. Liner and upper half of bearing shell in position except upper pivots. Take dimension “B” with depth-micrometer through the two holes provided after confirming following items.a)瓦块已与轴颈接触;Making sure pads contact with journal.b)轴承壳体的水平中分面没有间隙。Horizontal joint of bearing shell (4, 5) is not gapped.5. 将上半支持销的厚度磨至尺寸“C”:Grind upper pivot to a thickness “C”: C(BA0.810.1)0.02然后按步骤2研磨“Y”表面。Then the lap surface “Y” in the same as in Step 2.6.调整轴承间隙时去掉弹簧(21)。Remove spring “21” while adjusting of bearing clearance.轴承间隙的测量Bearing clearance measurement1. 通过轴承壳体上的孔测量尺寸“C”(轴承壳体外表面到支持销的“Y”表面。Take dimension “C” (outer surface of bearing shell to surface “Y” of pivot) with depth micrometer through the two holes provided.测量过程Measure procedure a) 移去垫块(6)、垫片(10)、临时螺栓(23)和弹簧(21)。通过瓦块底部的径向孔用铜棒轻轻敲击“Y”表面,然后测量尺寸“A”,重复测量“A”直到测得稳定的数值。Remove keys “6”, liners (10), bolts (23) and spring (21). The pad can be radial adjusted based on adjusting thickness of shim (3), and can swing based on pivot spherical surface contact point.25.3.1.2 轴承外壳分上下两半,在水平中分面上用定位销(序号13)定位。The bearing shell can be divided into upper half and lower half, and positioned on horizontal joint by positioning pins (13).25.3.1.3 轴承外壳通过5块钢垫块(6、11)支承在轴承箱内的洼窝中。在垫块和轴承外壳之间装有调整垫片(5、9和8)以使在水平和垂直方向调整轴承位置,使转子精确地就位。在轴承箱外壳上装有一个止动销(序号7),并伸入轴承箱下半比中分面略低的凹槽中,这样可防止轴承相对于轴承箱转动。The bearing shell is supported in bore within bearing housing by five steel keys (6, 11). Between each key and the bearing shell, are provided adjusting shims (5, 9, 8), by means of which the bearing can be moved vertically and horizontally to locate the rotor accurately within the cylinder. A stop dowel (7) fitted in the bearing shell projects into a notch in the bearing housing base just below the horizontal joint, thus preventing rotation of the bearing relative to the housing.25.3.1.4 每一组轴承瓦块(序号2)和销(4)及调整垫块(序号3、6)均应编顺序号1到4,并在轴承外壳上相应地作上记号1到4。以便在检修后将轴承瓦块、垫块、销和轴承外壳安装在它们原来的相对位置上。Each bearing pad (2), pin (4), key (3, 6) are numbered 1 to 4 and the corresponding numbers are marked on the bearing shell. These keys and the bearing shell are also plainly marked so that after inspection, pads and liners, pins and bearing shell can be re-assembled in their relative position.25.3.1.5 每一个轴承瓦块用临时螺栓(序号26)安装在轴承外壳上。螺栓位置靠近瓦块的两端。在与转子装配前,这些临时螺栓必须去掉,而换上永久螺塞(12)。这些永久螺塞与轴承外壳的外表面齐平或略低一些。Each bearing pad is bolted to the bearing shell by means of temporary bolts (26) located near the ends of each bearing pad. These bolts must be removed before assembly with the rotor and replaced with permanent plugs (12). The plugs must be flush or slightly below the surface of the bearing shell.25.3.1.6 油来自润滑油系统,通过轴承箱底部的油管供给。油通过底部垫块的孔进入轴承外壳(1)下半,并沿轴向流到轴承外壳两端的环形槽内。油从这些槽通过6个钻出的孔进入轴承瓦块,其中2个孔在垂直中心线的顶部,2个孔在水平中心线两侧。油同时也通过垂直中心线底部的一个孔流入轴瓦。油沿着轴颈分布,并从两侧流出。轴承两端的油封环(21)防止油从端部过多的泄漏。油通过油封环及其挡环下半的油孔返回到轴承支座。用止动销(20)防止挡油环转动。The oil is supplied by the oil pipe under bearing housing base from lubricate oil system. The oil enters in to lower half (1) of bearing shell through hole of bottom pad block and flows to annuals axially on both end of bearing shell. Oil from these annuls are admitted to the bearing pads through 6 drilled holes, and two holes is on top of vertical centerline, and two holes is on both sides of horizontal centerline. And the oil also flows into pad through a hole on the bottom of vertical centerline. The oil is distributed along the journal and is discharged out each end. Excessive leakage from the ends of the bearing is prevented by oil seal rings (21) which are secured to each end of the bearing shell. The oil is returned to the pedestal through passages machined in the bottom halves of the oil seal rings and their retainers. Rotation of the oil seal rings is prevented by the stop pins (20).25.3.2调整:Adjusting:25.3.2.1 拆下轴承垫块并重新安装垫片(5),此时不必考虑底部打有标记5的垫块。调整在打有标记3和4两个垫块下部的垫片时,使这两个垫块与轴承箱贴合,并使转子位置符合转子间隙图的要求。在达到要求后,取下打印本标记3和4下部的垫片而换上永久垫片,永久垫片的厚度应和取下的垫片组的总厚度相等。这永久垫片应打印厚度和其在轴承外壳的位置编号。Remove the bearing keys and re-assemble shim (5), and at this time it is no need to consider key marked with 5 on the bottom. When adjusting the shim under keys marked with 3 and 4, the two keys shall be against with bearing housing and make rotor position meet requirement of rotor clearance. When the requirement is met, permanent shim is assembled to keys 3 and 4, and the thickness of permanent shim shall be equal to shim group taken out. The thickness and the number shall be stamped on permanent shim.25.3.2.2 再用垫片(9)装配底部的垫块,使垫块与轴承箱相接触。调整垫片厚度使得垫块与轴承箱之间的间隙为00.05mm,在顶部的垫块处(打记号1和2)加垫片,以使这些垫块和轴承箱上半之间有0.075mm的过盈量。Assemble the bottom keys by using shim (9) to make keys contacting with bearing housing. The clearance between keys and bearing housing shall be 00.05mm by adjusting thickness of shim, and shim is placed on the top (marked as 1 and 2) to make 0.075mm interference between keys and bearing housing.25.3.2.3 因为轴承垫块和中心线成45夹角,所以必须注意轴承的中心线垂直方向的移动量不等于垫片厚度的改变量。因为45是给定的,因此在垫片厚度和轴承移动量之间有一个0.7的常数。下面的例子有助于理解这一概念。Since there is 45 angle between bearing keys and centerline, the moving amount of bearing centerline at vertical direction shall not be equal to variation of shim thickness. Because the 45 angle is given factor, there is a constant between shim thickness and bearing moving amount. And the following examples is used for easy understanding.25.3.2.4 在下半的45方向一个垫块上加一个0.125mm厚的垫片,产生一个0.70.125=0.0875mm的垂直位移和0.70.125=0.0875mm水平位移。Place one shim with thickness of 0.125mm on a key of lower half at 45 direction, this will produce a vertical displacement of 0.70.125=0.0875mm and 0.70.125=0.0875mm horizontal displacement.25.3.2.5 在下半的两个45方向垫块处各加上0.125mm厚的垫片产生0.1250.7=0.1786mm的垂直位移,但没有水平位移。Place shim with thickness of 0.125mmat two keys with 45 angle on lower half, and vertical displacement of 0.1250.7=0.1786mm is produced, but there is no level displacement. 25.3.2.5 垂直提高轴承0.25mm:在下半各垫块均增加0.70.25=0.175mm垫片。Lift the bearing vertically for 0.25mm: place shim with thickness of 0.70.25=0.175mm on each keys on lower half.25.3.2.6 向右移动轴承0.25mm :从右边下半垫块减去0.70.25=0.175mm垫片,并在左边下半垫块加厚0.175mm垫片。Move bearing 0.25mm to right hand side: take out shim with thickness of 0.70.25=0.175mm from keys on lower half from right hand side, and add 0.185mm shim to keys on lower ha
