Service and Miscellanea1保修期Warranty保修期为验收后12个月或从交货之日起15个月，以先到者为准。除因用户使用不当造成的损坏以外，保修期内，德国斯派克分析仪器公司负责为用户免费维修或更换相应损坏部件。The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance or 15 month from delivery date, whatever occurs first. All faulty components will be repaired or replaced free of charge, except for damages caused by customers negligence. 2. 安装调试和设备移交 Commissioning and installation合同总价包括安装调试，仪器操作培训，设备移交用户。在用户现场安装调试，培训和验收的工作时间总计3天。设备移交以设备验收为终结。验收展示分析系统的完美运行，仪器性能和供货范围满足合同描述，由双方代表签订验收报告。安装之前，买方必须按照卖方提供的安装条件要求准备好安装条件。The total price includes installation, commissioning of the analytical instrument and a basic training of its operation. The on-site installation and commissioning time of the system is limited to max 3 days. The commissioning is completed with an acceptance test, which shall demonstrate the perfect operation of the analytical instruments. Upon fulfilment of the Spectro specifications of the quoted analytical instrument, the acceptance protocol has to be issued and signed by both parties. Prior to commissioning, the laboratory and all necessary facilities for the commissioning of quoted analytical instruments must be fulfilled by the purchaser/end user according to the installation requirements which provided by Seller. 3. 培训 Training设备安装调试前，供应商在国内演示培训中心对买方的设备操作和维修人员（23人）免费进行培训，设备安装调试完毕后，还需对买方的设备操作和维修人员（23人）免费进行培训，直到用户能独立操作为止。内容包括：软件培训，分析应用技术开发、日常操作及其保养培训。在保修内如客户仍有需要培训，则买方可以派2-3人在国内演示培训中心进行免费培训，差旅费自理。4. 验收Acceptancen 按合同规定的供货范围进行清点验收。 The quantity will be checked according to the supply scope of the contract.n 按合同技术指标进行验收。The technical data will be accepted according to the contract signed. 5.售后服务承诺 Promises of the servicen 接到维修邀请后,2小时内电话响应, 如不能排除故障,48小时内赶到现场, 为用户提供优质服务.When the buyer receives the servicing request, the service will answer by phone within 2 hours,if the service cant get rid of the trouble by telephone, the service will arrive at the site within 48 hours commonly with good serivce.n 供方负责终身维修。The Seller should always provide the buyer with good service during the all life of the instrument.n 供方设有备件保税仓库，保证备件供应。The Seller must supply the spare parts to the buyer in time.6海关税号 Customs Tariff No.根据布鲁塞尔海关税条，本仪器的海关税号为9027.3000For this type of instrument Customs Tariff No. 9027.3000 has to be applied according to the Brussels Customs Tariff Scheme.7. 技术声明 Technical Specification如果对于技术进步有利，我公司保留随时对设备进行技术改进的权利。We reserve the right to change the technical specifications at any time if necessary for technical progress.8. 所有权 Property在未收到全部货款前，仪器的所有权归卖方所有。The Seller will keep the property before all payment of instruments released by the Buyer.第五部分：火花直读光谱仪安装前的准备条件E.
