It is introduced in the paper systematically the process of engine performance model establishment and optimization in the stages of survey & test, test design, data acquisition, statistic modeling and calibration optimization, etc., for CA6GV engine with variable intake/exhaust camshaft timing. FE software is applied to calculate leaf spring suspension stiffness characteristic and guiding properties, and based on this integrated optimization method and reverse solution method are used to recognize 3-link leaf spring model parameters, this model is verified with longitudinal force mode.Key words:Leaf spring, FE, Dynamics model, 3-link leaf spring model车用柴油机冷EGR+降低PM技术排放试验研究黄德军 朱红国 蒋习军(中国汽车工程研究院)【摘要】以一台柴油机为样机,研究了裸机、冷EGR及冷EGR+DOC+POC 3种配置状态的排放特性和POC入口处的排气温度变化情况。结果表明,与裸机相比,冷EGR状态下ESC、ETC循环NOx排放量分别降低了25%和26%,HC及CO增加了50%左右,PM分别增加了24%与16%;与冷EGR状态相比,冷EGR+DOC+POC状态下NOx排放量没有明显变化,PM、CO及HC,在ESC循环分别降低了56%、80%及91%,在ETC循环分别降低了50%、70%及86%。主题词:柴油机 EGR 排放 试验Experimental Study on EGR and Reduction of PM Emission Technique for Automotive Diesel EngineHuang Dejun, Zhu Hongguo, Jiang Xijun(China Automotive Engineering Research Institute)【Abstract】In this paper, emission performance and change of emission temperature at POC inlet are studied res-pectively for a diesel engine with the following three configurations, with cold EGR, with EGR, DOC and POC as well as without the above configurations. The results show that compared with the engine without the above configuration, NOx emission of the engine with cold EGR is reduced by 25% and 26% respectively, HC and CO emission up by approx. 50%, PM emission up by 24% and 16% respectively at ESC and ETC cycle;compared with engine with cold EGR, NOx emission for the engine with EGR, DOC and POC has no obvious change, emission of PM, CO and HC is reduced by 56%, 80% and 91% respectively in ESC cycle, whereas they are reduced by 50%, 70% and 86% respectively in ETC cycle.Key words:Diesel engine, EGR, Emission, Test柴油轿车模态排放特性研究李文书 胡志远 谭丕强 楼狄明(同济大学)【摘要】对装载柴油机的轿车模态排放特性进行了试验研究,分析了柴油轿车NEDC循环HC、CO、NOx和CO2的模态排放特性。结果表明,在NEDC循环中,ECE城区行驶循环第1个循环的HC和CO排放量较高,分别占NEDC循环HC和CO总排放量的60%和89%;EUDC循环排放的NOx和CO2排放量较高,分别占NEDC循环NOx和CO2总排放量的52%和47.7%。主题词:轿车 柴油机 模态试验 排放Research on Modal Emission Property of Diesel CarLi Wenshu, Hu Zhiyuan, Tan Piqiang, Lou Diming(Tongji University)【Abstract】A research on modal emission property of a diesel car was made, and the modal emission property of HC, CO, NOx and CO2 from the diesel car in NEDC cycle was analyzed. The results show that HC emissions mass and CO mass in the first ECE urban drive cycle are a little higher than the other cycles, which account for 60% and 89% respectively in the total emission mass in NEDC cycle. GEELY Automobile Research Institute)【Abstract】A crankshaft system dynamic model for a 2.0L high speed direct injection car diesel engine was established, which was used for crankshaft torsional vibration analysis, bending vibration analysis and fatigue strength analysis. The results indicated that torsional vibration and bending vibration of this crankshaft assembly complied with design requirement and no torsional resonance occurred, the maximum torsional vibration angle is lower than 0.2, and the minimum high-frequency fatigue safety coefficient is 1.324 at the front-end single order at rated speed, this diesel engine has good dynamic property and complied with operating requirement.Key words:Diesel Engine, Crankshaft, Dynamic analysis轮胎动态摩擦特性对汽车ABS控制系统的影响张向文1 王飞跃2(1. 桂林电子科技大学;2.中国科学院复杂系统与智能科学重点实验室)【摘要】基于轮胎的魔术公式模型,研究了轮胎在路面的最佳滑移率和最大摩擦系数随汽车速度的动态变化过程。利用李亚普诺夫稳定性理论,设计了汽车ABS控制系统滑模控制器,基于轮胎的Burckhardt模型,分别在考虑轮胎动态摩擦特性和不考虑轮胎动态摩擦特性时,对汽车ABS控制系统进行了仿真和比较研究。研究结果表明,轮胎动态摩擦特性对汽车ABS的最佳滑移率和轮胎摩擦系数具有一定影响,但是对汽车ABS的制动性能影响很小,因此进行汽车ABS控制系统设计时,可以不考虑轮胎动态摩擦特性的影响。主题词:轮胎模型 动态摩擦特性 ABS 滑模控制器Influence of the Tire Dynamic Friction Property on the Vehicle ABS Control SystemZhang Xiangwen1, Wang Feiyue2(1. According to Lyapunov stability theory, the sliding mode controller of the vehicle ABS is designed; based on the tire Burckhardt model, in considering the tire dynamic friction property and not considering the tire dynamic friction property, the vehicle ABS model is simulated, and the results indicate that the tire dynamic friction property has some influence on the optimal slip ratio and the tire friction coefficient, but it has little effect in the braking performance of the vehicle ABS, so it is not necessary to consider the tire dynamic friction property in designing the vehicle ABS control system.Key words:Tire model, Dynamic friction property, ABS, Sliding mode controller某轻型载货汽车制动性能分析与改进设计霍志毅 徐 平 何晓鹏(邢台职业技术学院)【摘要】将某轻型载货汽车制动系统中前制动器改为盘式制动器,对采用不同配置制动系统的整车进行路试制动性能试验,结果表明制动性能得到很大改善。在该制动系统中加装制动力自动调节装置来调整前、后轮制动器的输入压力,并对改进设计后的整车制动性能进行实车道路试验。结果表明,该轻型货车制动力分配更加合理,制动性能明显提高,制动稳定性和安全性得到改善。主题词:轻型货车 制动性能 调节装置Braking Performance Analysis and Design Improvement for a Light-duty TruckHuo Zhiyi, Xu Ping, He Xiaopeng(Xingtai Polytechnic College)【Abstract】Disc brake was applied in the front brake for a light duty truck and road braking performance test was carried out for the vehicle equipped with different brake system, the results indicated that braking performance was improved considerably. In such braking system, an automatic force regulator is used to adjust automatically the input pressure of the front and rear wheel brake, and road test was carried out to verify the braking performance of the redesigned braking system. The suspension uses double wishbone and torsion bar structure. Geometric model of the suspension guiding mechanism was built. And based on this model, the parameterized model was established under ADAMS software. Optimization design was made to the suspension guiding mechanism with wheel aligning parameter and vehicle roll center as evaluation objective. The prototype meets the design requirements.
