Project Overview陕西有色天宏瑞科硅材料有限责任公司电子及光伏新材料产业化项目Silane区机电安装工程施工工程位于陕西省榆林市榆佳工业园区。Silane area M & E installation project sites at Yujia industrial Park of Yulin city for Shaanxi NonferrousTianhong REC Silicon Materials industrialization Co., Ltd 硅烷区设备安装种类多,其中包括泵类104台,整体容器类198台,整体塔器10台,换热器类97台,压缩机类5台,反应器类8台,储气罐4台,加热炉6台,鼓风机6台,离心机4台,过滤器,加热器类6台,风机4台,搅拌器4套等成套设备。设备结构平台等。分为冷氢化单元、冶金硅卸载站、金属氯化物处理单元、氯硅烷储罐区、精馏单元、硅烷冷冻水单元、热油炉单元、STG储罐区、STG储罐区冷冻机单元、雨淋阀室。硅烷充装站、硅烷压缩机及配电间。在本项目所要求的工期内完成安装施工工作所需测量,施工,检测,管理、单机调试和配合无负荷联动试车、有负荷联动试车、调试工作等全过程的工作。Equipment installation works for silane areas vary, including 104 units, the overall container class 198 units, the overall tower 10 units, heat exchangers are 97 units, compressor 5 units, 8 reactors, 4 storage tanks, 6 heating furnaces, 6 blowers, 4 centrifuges, filter, 6 heaters, 4 fans, stirrer 4 sets of complete sets of equipment. Production Scheme硅烷区中化工设备多、工艺复杂,安装技术操作要求较高。各工艺单元联系密切、设备材质种类多、清洗要求高、吊装难度大。涉及到种反应器、塔器、换热器、机泵等众多化工设备,安装精度要求高;部分设备规格尺寸不大,可以整体到货。对于体积较大,在不影响吊装的前提下,尽量完成劳动保护的安装、防腐、绝热及附属管线安装。部分设备规格尺寸不大,可以整体到货。对于体积较大,在不影响吊装的前提下,尽量完成劳动保护的安装、防腐、绝热及附属管线安装。Installation dimension relates to the requirements of many kinds of silane District chemical equipment, complex process, and the installation operation requirements higher. Static equipment Installation Procedures (1)、安装前的准备:、设备安装前按设计图纸或技术文件要求,画定安装基准线及定位基准标记,找出设备垂直或水平找正基准点。对相互间有关连或衔接的设备,还应按关连或衔接的要求确定共同的基准。、检查设备的底座螺栓孔相对位置尺寸与实际预埋地脚螺栓位置偏差是否满足安装要求,如有问题要会同有关部门提出处理意见。、设备安装前应对管口方位进行检查,并做好安装标记(1)换热器冷却器类设备施工程序: (1).
