instructions,inspection4.1PMP制程管理计划及QC品质管理控制（PMP orQC）我司应根据客户要求制作制程管理计划以及品质管理计划，来实现生产的标准化，和正规化。 We shouldaordingtothe customerrequest productionprocess management planand qualitymanagementplan,to achievethe standardizationof production,andregularization.4.2作业标准和检查标准（Operation standardand inspectionstandard）制定必要的生产标准以及检查标准，并定时对生产人员及检查人员进行培训和考核。 Making thenecessary productionstandards and inspection standards,and timingofproduction personnelandinspectionpersonnel trainingand examination.4.3预防混料(Prevention ofMaterialMixing)对回收的产品进行检查，防止不同品种的托盘混料造成客户的生产问题。 To checkthe writtenpermission.DocumentNo.PMP10-001RevisionNo.01第6页共15页4.4无尘室标准（Clean Room）从清洗过程开始,操作应在洁净室完成。 洁净室应进行定期检查和保持在适当的控制下。 洁净室清洁类1000(ISO Class6)或者更好。 From cleaningprocess onward,operations shall be doneinside cleanroom.Cleanroom shall be periodicallychecked andkept underthepropercontrol.Clean roomcleanliness shallbe Class1000(ISO Class6)or better.4.5清洗（Clean）清洁应通过使用去离子水清洗线由去离子水系统和生成的超声波。 清洗过程需要小心损坏材料的超声波。 水质应定期检查和清洗线保持在适当的控制下。 去离子水清洗线应符合下列规范提供。 *电阻率:15m?厘米*pH值:5.58材料清洗后应充分干燥,没有水滴应当保持。 careful withdamage tomaterials byultrasonic.Water qualityof cleaningline shallbe periodicallychecked willbe producedin thematerial surfacescratches.判断标准（Criteria）如果目视的情况下清晰可见，那么产品不可使用。 If visualsituation isclearly visible,then the product cannotbe used.图5-1-1托盘刮痕（IMP
