Whats your idea on this? Is that the time to revise the general strategy? For US and ChinaNO, I think we have the right strategy. I think that it would be a mistake for the world, for China and the United States to engage in a kind of new cold war. Over Chinas economy, you said something about Chinas rise economy, the number one possible. It is not possible. It is certain. It is absolutely certain China will be number one economy in the world. That doesnt frighten us, we welcome that. Its a relationship built on a collaborative to the things we choose to work on together and try to build trust and overtime hopefully that will happen. There have obviously been elements of distrust we respect on some issues because of whats happened in cyber whats happened in some sectors of economy, on currency and market assess and needless to say maritime security. But I anticipate some positive steps we respect to cyber and it is positive for everybody, this is not that China and United States should be, China and United States bilateral issue, this is a global issue I think if we establish these rights between two enormously important economy in countries, China and United States could again as we did on climate change set an example that could have an impact for the world. He said he would do one thing or another I have seen he do it. And I found him thoughtful and listening carefully when there is something important he tried to fix or take note of. I mean war is the failure of diplomacy. War represents the inability of people to find the common ground and to resolve an issue. And inevitably war is shockingly destructive to innocent people and it usually winds up with everybody at the end trying to rebuild and find a way forward. It makes a lot of sense to avoid all of that pains, suffering and loss and see if you can find a way to resolve an issue. The single biggest challenge has been the chaos of radical religious extremism and the terrorism that has come out of that. So our challenge is millions of young people in these countries who dont have jobs dont have an education whose minds might be grapped by these extremists and to them represent a challenge to rule of law and to the security and safety of people in those countries.
