Module 1 Life in the Future（Book 4）教学设计 王莉 宝泉岭管理局第二高级中学【设计理念】Reading and vocabulary(阅读课) 的目的是训练学生的阅读理解能力，本教学设计在新课程教学理念的指导下，遵循“以人为本”的教育理念和以学生为主体的原则，在培养学生的语言知识、知识技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的基础上发展学生综合运用语言的能力，使学生通过观察、体验、探究等主动学习的方法优化英语学习方法，充分发挥自己的学习潜能，形成有效的学习策略。【Analysis of the Teaching Material】1.This is an important lesson in Book One. From this lesson, it starts asking the Ss to grasp contents of each Sample. To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing. To start listing “Word Bank” and tell the Ss to remember the new words. To start asking the Ss to write the English sentences well. Therefore this lesson is in the important position of the teaching material.2.This lesson is the first one of Unit 2.So if the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.3.Such a topic is related to daily life, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken English.【Analysis of the students】The Ss has learned English for about one month so far. They can understand some words and some simple sentences. The Ss have taken a great interest in English now。【Teaching aims】Knowledge and skills1.Learn the words and expressions to express ones idea about life in the future.2.Know the future continuous.Processes and methods1. Q1: Where did you travel ? How did you go there?Q2: Have you imagine you would travel to the future someday?Q3: In this class, lets travel to the future. Keep your eyes closed for two minutes, then think about what life you will live and what the city of the future will look like. Q4: What did you see? Share the things that you see with your classmates.【设计说明】由日常问候开启话题，询问学生们以前都去过什么地方旅游，这样的问题既简单又贴近生活，学生们很乐于发言来分享彼此曾经的喜悦，阐述彼此曾有的经历。这之后老师询问学生想不想乘坐太空船去未来旅行，这更调动了学生们的情绪，使他们对这堂课产生浓厚的兴趣。然后教师让学生们闭上眼睛，想象未来的生活，用这样方式给学生一个思考的空间，刺激他们的想象力, 然后鼓励学生们阐述自己想象中的未来世界。这个环节锻炼了学生的口语表达能力，刺激他们的想象力，调动起他们的学习热情。Step 2 SkimmingNow, lets share the information about what the city of the future will look like in our textbook. Now lets take a look at the screen to learn about the names of some materials, and sort them.【设计说明】通过观看课件中的各种图片，处理文章第一段。第一段的重点在于了解我们日常生活中常见的一些材料和能源，并且能够将它们分类。2. Continue to enjoy some pictures of the future life. Read this part carefully and compare them with our present life. 3. Read the passage again and then carry out the competition between groups.
