On the other hand, it has more deficiencies.Outsourcing of services for the industry to attract foreign investment into the newgrowth point has become the new impetus for the outside world. Nanchang mustchoose the best path, and take corresponding countermeasures.This paper first introduces the outsourcing status of both China and the world.Outsourcing services of China and the world is developing rapidly. But China haslow starting point and irrational structure.In order to promote the development of outsourcing services, in 2006, theMinistry of Commerce, the Ministry of Information Industry, The Ministry ofScience and Technology and other ministries initiated a project and has nowestablished 11 national service outsourcing bases.The third part makes a brief introduction of the development of these basesstatus.
