The Diagnostic DISK serves for initializing of the control in case of a heavy program fault 警示 警示 在使用清除盘前 务必先取得德马格公司售后务人员的同意 Attention Use the Diagnostic DISK only in agreement with DHT service 将清除盘插入软盘驱动器 Put the disk into the drive unit 关闭油泵电机 Switch off the pump 关开机器总电源 Switch off and on the machine 安装清除程序后有关清除的内容会在ergocontrol画面中自动显示出来 The special diagnostic program is automatically the input password from one up to five 当密码未被解开时在这个区域会出现一个地球图标 When no password input is done a globe is shown 同时这个区域也是光标所在的位置 At same time this field is the home position of the cursor 在画面顶行中间位置是标示页码和该码所在页面的主菜单名称 并且在有警报出现时也会在 此区域以红色的字体显示工警报内容 in the middle of the headline are shown the number and the designation of the screen page and also alarm and fault indications in red presentation 紧挨着的区域会显示在自动可半自动生时的周期动作的进行情况 如 冷却 和周期动作步 骤中有时间控制的步骤的倒计时标示情况 Alongside of the designation is shown the actual stage of the machine cycle e g cooling and the duration of this phase in count down 在画面中输入工艺参数时 正被输入参数的最大允许输入值和最小允许输入值也会在该区域 显示 During the input of parameters is presented the allowed maximum and minimum value of the corresponding parameter 在画面的顶行中的右上角所标示的是日期和时间 In the right upper corner are shown date and time 在每个画面的主要内容部分是显示画面的主要参数和供操作人员设定和改变的参数 The main part of each screen is foreseen for presentation of machine parameters for their input and observation 在页画的底行是 软键行 be set up to 50 passwords 在要设定用户密码时移动光标到 密码 列输入用户习惯的数字并按确认键 E For setting of user passwords move the cursor to a certain index number put in the wished password and press the enter key E 在 KEY
