地面砖、花岗岩铺贴施工方案 Construction Scheme of Floor tile and Granite tile Installation一、准备工作Preparations1.弹水平线，确定室内地砖完成面0.00标高。The horizontal line, make sure indoor floor tile finish surface elevation of + /-0.00.2. 水电管线已安装完毕。Water and electricity line already deployed.二、准备材料 Preparation of materials1. 425水泥及中砂，白水泥。425 cement and medium sand and white cement.2. 800*800*25花岗岩,600*600*25花岗岩，600*600*12地砖。800 * 800 * 25 granite, 600 * 600 * 25 granite, 600 * 600 * 12 floor tile.二、施工方法：construction procedure1、工艺流程construction process材料准备弹楼地面面层标高控制线基层处理弹线找中找方铺贴基准控制标筋铺贴面层铺贴踢脚板养护与成品保护Prepare materialsBomb the ground floor surface elevation control lineBase treatmentBomb line Lay up the benchmark control standard screedlay up surface courseLay up the baseboardMaintenance and protection for the final product2、铺贴顺序：Tile installation order（1）、大面积施工时，应用分段顺序铺贴。Large area construction, segmented order paving（2）、对于整个楼层，要先铺贴独立房间，再铺贴通道或走廊。For the entire building, first tile separate rooms, then passgeways or corridors.（3）、对于一般房间采用退步法先由房间中部向两侧铺贴。对于有独立柱的大厅，要先铺贴柱间部分，然后再向两边展开。For General rooms, use regression method by laying up from the central to both sides. For the great hall with independent column, first tile column section, then expand to both sides.（4）、所有房间先铺贴整块板材，非整块板材最后铺贴。地面铺贴完后再铺贴踢脚板。All the rooms firstly paved with block plate ,or tile at last. Skirting board tiled after the ground .3、铺贴方法：Tile installation method（1）、以提前做好的标筋为基准，首排板材两边挂线，首排铺贴好后可单边挂线。Baseed on marking screed made before, the first row plate hang line on both sides , after the first raw is tiled , it can be hang line on one side. （3）、结合层与板材面层应分段同时铺砌。先进行试铺，将干硬性水泥砂浆摊铺到铺贴部位刮平，其厚度要适宜，然后将板材平铺到干硬性水泥砂浆上(干硬程度以手捏成团,落地即散为宜)，用橡皮锤用力敲击板面，使摊铺的干硬性水泥砂浆结合层密实，并且使板材表面低于地面标高控制线2-5mm。Combined course and plate surface course should be tiled at the same time. First trial laying, flat the rigid cement mortar to the paving part, and its thickness should be appropriated. Then tile the plank to dry, rigid cement morta (Advisable degree of dry is can be kneaded together, and scattered when dropped on land ). Use a rubber mallet hard strike the board to make the paving dry rigid cement mortar layer combination is close-grained, and make the surface 2-5 mm below the ground elevation control sheet.（4）、试铺合适后，将板材揭起，在密实的干硬性水泥砂浆结合层上撒布一层干水泥面并用喷壶淋水一遍，或浇一层水泥浆作粘结，然后将板材再原位置再次安放。After appropriate trial paving,lift up the plate.Spread a layer of dry cement to the dry, rigid close-grained cement mortar,and wet it once by the watering can, or water a layer of cement paste for mud bonding, then put the plate back at the position.再次安放时，板材四角要同时下落，放稳后用橡皮锤敲击板面使其平整并与结合层能紧密年粘接牢固，板材表面与地面标高控制线吻合便完成一块板材铺贴，再依次铺贴下一块。When placed again, four corners of the plank should be dropped at the same time. After layed down steadily ,use a rubber hammer to strike it to make it flat and bonded firmlywith the combined course .The plank paving is done when the plank surface is coincided with the elevation of the ground control, then pave the next one . 铺贴时要随时找平找直，做到四角平整，纵横缝隙对齐。When paving ,be sure that it is flat and straight. Make sure the four corners flat, and vertical and horizontal crack aligned. 三、质量要求Quality requirements1、大理石，花岗石Marble, granite1.1主控项目Dominant item（1）面层与下一层应结合牢固无空鼓。Surface course should be combined firmly with the next one , without any gaps. （2）四角平整，纵横缝隙对齐、无色差。Four corners flat, vertical and horizontal crack aligned, colorless difference. 1.2一般项目 General item（1）大理石，花岗石面层的表面应洁净，平整，无磨痕，且应图案清晰，色泽一致，接缝均匀，周边顺直，镶嵌正确，板块无裂、掉角、缺棱等缺陷。The surface of Marble and granite should be clean,flat, no grinding mark, and clear pattern , consistent color, juncture uniform, straight surrounding, right Mosaic, plates without broken corners, no crack defects such as lack of edges.（2）踢脚线表面洁净，高度一致，结合牢固，出墙厚度一致。The surface of the baseboard should be clean, and consistent in height, firmly combined, and with consistent wall thickness.（3）楼梯踏步和台阶板块的缝隙宽度应一致，齿角整齐，楼层阶段相邻踏步，高度差不应大于10mm。The stair tread and step plate should be consistent in gap width, and tidy tooth angles. The floor stage should be adjacent to the tread , ang the height difference should be no more than 10 mm.（4）大理石和花岗石面层的允许偏差应符合：The deviation of marble and granite surface layer should be allowed to meet:、表面平整度：1.2mm 、缝格平直：1.2mm。接缝高低差：0.8mm。踢脚线上口平直：1.2mm。板块间隙宽度：1.2mm。 Surface evenness:1.2mm Seam case straight：1.2mm Juncture height difference Skirting line flat side ：1.2mm Plate gap width：1.2mm2、地面砖 Floor tile 2.1主控项目：Dominant item（1）面层与下一层的结合（粘结）应牢固，无空鼓。Surface course should be combined firmly with the next one , without any gaps.（2）四角平整，纵横缝隙对齐，无色差。Four corners flat, vertical and horizontal crack aligned, colorless difference.2.2一般项目：General item（1）砖面层的表面应洁净，图案清晰，色泽一致，接缝平整，深浅一致，周边顺直，板块无裂纹，掉角和缺损等缺陷。The surface of brick layer should be clean,flat, no grinding mark, and clear pattern , consistent color, juncture uniform, straight surrounding, right Mosaic, plates without broken corners, no crack defects such as lack of edges.（2）面层邻接处的镶边用料及尺寸应符合设计要求，边角整齐，光滑。The edge materials and dimensions of surface course adjacent side should meet the design requirement, with tidy corners and smooth.（3）地板砖间隙宽度：1.2以内。Floor brick gap width：less than 1.2 mm.（4）踢脚线表面应洁净，高度一致，结合牢固，离墙厚度一致。The surface of the baseboard should be clean, and consistent in height, firmly combined, and with consistent wall thickness.（5）面层表面的坡度应符合设计要求，不倒流水，无积水，与地漏，管道结合处应严密牢固无渗漏。The slope of surface course should meet the design requirement, on inverse flow, no no stagnant water.The junction with floor drain,and pipe should be closely solid with no leakage.
