安全措施CHAPTER SEVEN SAFETY MEASURES1. 所有进入施工现场人员必须佩戴安全帽，并穿软底绝缘胶鞋。All men on construction site must wear safety helmets and isolation shoes with soft soles.2. 凡是需动用明火处，在一定范围内必须配备灭火器。Where theres fire needed, there are extinguishers in certain distance. And the extinguishers should be checked over by certain staff.3. 施工用的电动机械和设备均需接地，并安置漏电保护器。All the electric machines and equipment must be ground connection, and the electric leakage protection equipment should should be installed.4. 电源线不得使用破损的和塑胶的。No damaged wires and plastic cement ones.5. 高空作业时，地面设置警戒区，无关人员不得入内。When working high, warning areas should be settled on ground. Unconcerned men shouldnt enter.6. 特殊工种人员必须持有效证件上岗操作。Special working staff must have valid operation license.7. 每天上岗前必须进行安全规范教育。Education of safety regulations is necessary before working.8. 指挥人员应使用统一指挥信号，信号要明亮、准确。Conductors should use the unified conducting signals. Keep the signals bright and accurate.9. 高空操作人员使用的工具及零配件等，应放在随身佩戴的工具袋内，不可随意向下丢掷。The tools and other components used by those who work at high place ,should be put in the tool bags with workers. They cant be thrown down at will.10. 高空拼装的操作工人其安全带必须扣在螺栓孔中。To those who splice at high place, the safety belts should be embedded in bolt holes11. 在高空用气割或电焊切割时，应采取措施，防止火花落下伤人。On gas welding or electric welding at high place , actions should be taken to prevent flashes from dropping down .12. 地面操作人员，应尽量避免在高空作业面的下方停留或通过，也不得在起重机的吊杆或正在吊装的构件下停留或通过。Those who work on ground should avoid staying or passing the places under the overhead work site ,under the crane suspender or the being hoisted components.13. 构件安装后，必须检查连接质量，只有连接确实安全连接可靠，才能松钩或拆除临时固定工具。After erecting the components , check the quality of connective place. Only after ensuring their security and reliability ,hook-loosening or tools-removing work may begin .14. 电焊机手把线要求质量良好，如有破皮情况，必须及时严密包扎。Handle line of the welder machine must be of good quality ,Any place broken ,wrap it closely in time .15. 搬运氧气瓶时，应采取防震措施，不可向地上猛摔。Shockproof actions must be taken when moving the oxygen cylinders. They cannot be smashed to the ground .16. 氧气瓶不应放在阳光下暴晒，也不可接近火源，并要防止机械油落在氧气瓶上。Oxygen cylinders cannot be directly put in the sun or near the fires.17. 乙炔发生器放置地点离火源应在10m以上，当高空有电焊作业时，乙炔发生器不在下风口。Acetylene generators should be put away form fire at least 10M. Timely examination is necessary during the implementation so as to avoid the potential problems.3.施工现场必须建立安全施工责任制和安全生产值日制。根据“管生产必须管安全”的原则，明确施工管理人员和生产工人在施工生产中应付的责任，不断的增强安全意识。To set up the responsibility system of safe implementation and vigil system of safe production. We shall define the duties taken respectively by supervisors and workers and intensify the notion of safety according to the principle of “safety is the key element in production”.4.现场施工机械必须是完好设备，操作人员必须有上岗合格证件，做到不违章操作。Construction machine must be in good condition, and operator must have the qualification license and operate in accordance with the operation regulations.5.坚持贯彻“三不放过”的原则，对事故隐患和苗头应争取积极措施予以整改，对违章作业造成后果的要及时批评处罚，对有功人员应予以奖励。To insist on the “three shoulds” principal, i.e. we should take positive measures to reform the existing regulations aiming at avoiding the potential problems and accidents, we should punish and criticize those who bring about the ill-effect and award those with credits.6.施工作业区域应有明显的标志、警戒位置，主要道路应畅通，夜间施工应有足够的照明。Construction area should have the apparent signal, vigilant position and main roads should be kept open and illuminated while working at night.7.施工现场的设备，电力安全装置应经常检查，使其保持良好的工作状态。To check the equipment on site and electric appliances frequently to keep them in good condition 8.施工现场应保持防台、防暑、防火措施的经常效用Construction site should be provided with the countermeasure against typhoon, fire and calenture etc.。9.在高空气割或电焊时，用采取措施，防止火花落下伤人When welding in the heights, measures should be taken to prevent the flash falling down to hurt
