开机界面Start interface系统上电后,屏幕首先显示系统自检信息;如果系统自检成功,将出现开机界面。按F1 进入中文界面,按F10 进入英文界面When starting the system, information of system self-inspection will display on the screen; after successful inspection, start interface will come out (see Fig. 2.1)Press F1 ,enter Chinese page;Press F10,enter English page.Fig. 2.12.2 壁厚曲线页面 Parison wall thickness profile interface (Fig.2.2) Fig. Fig. 2.7数据3-2显示壁厚曲线前50点的设定数值。Data 3-2 lists parison wall thickness profile 1 50 points setting value.Fig. 2.8数据3-2显示壁厚曲线后50点的设定数值。Data 3-2 lists parison wall thickness profile 51 100 points setting value.2.6 监控界面Monitor interface (Fig. 2.9)Fig. 2.9F1 :进入曲线编辑界面; Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interfaceF10 :进入测试模式; Entering manual test mode如果型芯和储料缸调校好,按下进入测试模式,按下键可以启动壁厚控制。If die gap calibration is ok and accumulator calibration is ok, pressing key can start thickness control in blow molding machine.2.7 存储界面recipe interface (Fig. 2.10)Fig. 2.10F1 :进入曲线编辑界面; Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interfaceF7 :修改配方名 Rename recipe nameF8 :存储 Save recipeF9 :取出配方 Load recipeF10 :清空配方Erase the selected recipe按下F7 键,进入更名模式,显示,修改完毕后,按下上下左右箭头移动光标,按下TAB(箭头中的空格键)选择加字符,按下DEL减字符;输完字符后,按下ENTER 确认改名,按下ESC取消此次改名。Press F7 key, entering recipe renamed mode, list , press up down right left arrow move the focus, press TAB(the space key in the arrows) select the char added to the recipe name, press DEL key to delete the char in the recipe name.Input the recipe name over, press ENTER key to assert rename action, press ESC key to cancel the rename action.按下F8 键,进入存配方模式,显示,按下ENTER 确认存配方,按下ESC取消此次配方存储。Press F8 key,entering saving mode,lists,press ENTER key to assert saving recipe,press ESC key to cancel saving recipe。按下F9 键,进入取配方模式,显示,按下ENTER 确认取配方,按下ESC取消此次取配方。Press F9 key,entering loading mode,lists,press ENTER key to assert loading recipe,press ESC key to cancel loading recipe。按下F10 键,进入设空配方模式,显示,按下ENTER 确认设空配方,按下ESC取消此次设空配方。Press F10 key,entering empty mode,lists,press ENTER key to assert empty recipe,press ESC key to cancel empty recipe。2.8 初始设定界面Start setting interface (Fig. 2.11) Fig. 2.11 F1 :进入曲线编辑界面;Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interfaceF8 :连续式 / 储料式切换 Continuous mode / Accumulator modeF10 :扩张型 / 收缩型切换 Zero upper mode /Zero down mode封口斜坡: 表示从现在位置到封口位置的型芯的移动速度范围:0.1 99 .9%Seal slope: Seal die gap speedRange:0.1 99.9 %启动斜坡:表示从现在位置到第一点位置的型芯的移动速度范围:1 99 %Start slope:Start thickness control speedRange:0.1 99.9 %伺服尺长度:伺服电子尺的长度 单位:毫米范围:0.0 99.0Servo linear length:Servo linear length unit: mmRange: 0.0 99.0伺服限速:伺服阀的最大控制流量,也就是最大的控制速度范围:1 99 %Servo limit:Servo valve max speedRange :1 99 %储料尺长度:储料电子尺的长度 单位:毫米范围:0.0 999.0Accumulator linear length:Accumulator linear length unit : mmRange : 0.0 999.0增益:PID 的增益。范围:0.0 5.0Gain :PID gain。Range : 0.0 5.0连续式封口:选择连续式控制时,封口是用第一点还是封口值Continuous mode seal :When option is Continuous mode, seal value is first point or die gap value2.9 型芯调教界面Core calibration (tooling) interface (Fig. 2.12) Fig. 2.12F1 :进入曲线编辑界面;Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interfaceF7 :手动调教/自动调教 Manual calibrate mode /Auto calibrate modeF8 :启动自动调教 Start auto calibrateF9 :确认零点(低点)位置 Assert zero positionF10 :确认最大点(高点)位置 Assert Max position手动速度:手动移动型芯的速度快慢。范围:1 99 %Manual calibrate speedManual move die gap speed.Range: 1 99 %自动速度:自动移动型芯的速度快慢。范围:1 99 %Auto calibrate speedAuto calibrate die gap speedRange: 1 99 %先手动调校确定型芯移动在壁厚电子尺范围内!Firstly, asserting that die gap moves in servo linear range! 手动调校Manual calibrating mode将调校模式切换到手动模式,按型芯上下可以移动型芯,确保型芯油缸行程在壁厚电子尺范围内,即型芯移动时不会出现0V和10V。Press key to enter manual calibrate mode, press key or key to moves die gap, assert die gap moving in servo linear range. Assert 0v and 10v does not happen. 在到零位时,按下键确定零位,在到最大位时,按下键确定最大位。On zero position,press key assert die gap zero position,on max position,presskey assert die gap max position.自动调校Auto calibrating mode手动移动型芯,确保型芯油缸行程在壁厚电子尺范围内,确保电子尺的接线正确,将调校模式切换到自动模式 按下自动调校,即可完成调校的任务。 Press key to change calibrating mode into auto mode, press , wait calibrate ok!2.10 储料缸调教界面Accumulator calibration (tooling) interface (Fig. 2.13) Fig. 2.13F1 :进入曲线编辑界面;Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interfaceF9 :确认零点(低点)位置 Assert zero positionF10 :确认最大点(高点)位置 Assert Max position手动调校射出或射回,确保储料油缸行程在壁厚电子尺范围内,即储料缸射出或射回时不会出现0V和10V。零位为小数据,最大位为大数据Inject or inject fro, Assert accumulator moving in servo linear range. Assert 0v and 10v does not happen.Accu low is small value data; Accu high is big value data.在零位时,按下键确定零位,在最大位时,按下键确定最大位。On zero position,press key assert accumulator low position,on max position, presskey assert accumulator high position.2.11 系统设定界面System setting interface (Fig. 2.14) Fig. 2.14F1 :进入曲线编辑界面;Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interfaceBR9300, DI4371, AI2622, PS2100,AO2622, DO4622 是系统的硬件,表示硬件正常,表示硬件异常,或不在系统总线上。BR9300, DI4371, AI2622, PS2100,AO2622, DO4622 is controllers IO module, means IO module OK,means IO module wrong, or there is no this IO module.2.12 系统硬件运行记录界面 IO module run logbook interface (Fig. 2.15). Fig. 2.15F1 :进入曲线编辑界面;Entering thickness profile interfaceF2 :进入曲线跟踪界面; Entering thickness trace interfaceF3 :进入曲线标记2-2界面; Entering profile marker 2-2interfaceF4 :进入数据界3-1面; Entering data 3-1 interfaceF5 :进入监控测试界面; Entering monitor interfaceF6 :进入存储界面; Entering recipe(save/load) interface3 曲线编辑Thickness profile (Fig. 3.1).3.1曲线编辑区Curve editing areaFig. 3.1在胚型曲线设定页面中可以自由编辑曲线并在当前配方下保存5条曲线。 Curve can be freely edited in parison curve setting page, and 5 curves can be saved in current recipe. 在曲线编辑区中,横坐标表示胚芯的开度,单位为百分比;纵坐标表示壁厚的点数,有效值为099。胚型曲线被分段线分为多段;通过面板上的上下键可在分段线和胚型曲线间循环切换编辑焦点(以红色表示);当分段线或胚型曲线获得编辑焦点后,可通过相应的按键进行编辑。In curve editing
