(You) Touch me again and Ill call the police.真实条件状语从句的否定式可与unless转换,而非真实条件状语从句的否定式却不能。 e.g.: If it doesnt rain tomorrow, Ill plant the flowers.如果明天不下雨,我就把花栽上。Ill plant the flowers unless it rains tomorrow.(后句表述正确) If it hadnt been for you, I would have failed in the exam.如果不是你的话我就不会通过考试了。Unless it had been for you, I would have failed in the exam.(后句表述不正确)听音坊【Listening】根据你在录音里听到的句子,从下面每小题的A、B、C三个选项中选择最佳答句,并在答题卡上将相应的字母编号涂黑。1AYes, I willBNo, I shantCNo, I dont 2AI dont like youBThats wrongCA good idea3ANever mindBSorry, Im afraid I cant CGood luck4ASo is TomBSo does TomCNeither does Tom5AYesterdayBWith PeterCFor a meeting6AMilkBApplesCPears7AIts blackBIts used for writingCIts a pen8AI have a blue bag, tooBI know its yoursCGreen is my favorite9ANational DayBIn OctoberCOctober 110ADont ask meBAt the end of the streetCIts a cat下面各组对话后均有一个与对话内容有关的问题,从下面每小题的A、B、C三个选项中找出能回答这个问题的最佳答案,并在答题卡选择答题区将相应的字母编号涂黑。 11Where are the two speakers? In those days, the sun seemed to shine always brightly 5 the water was always warm. Sometimes we left beach and walked in the country, 6 destroyed houses and dark woods. There were sweets in ones pockets or good places one could buy ice creams. Each day seemed a lifetime. Though I am thirty-five years old, my 7 of good holiday is much the same as it was. I still like the sun and warm sand and the sound of waves beating the rocks. I never wish to build any sand house or sand garden. 8 , I love the sea and often feel sand running through my fingers. Sometimes I wonder what my ideal 9 will be like when I am old. All I want to do then, perhaps, will be to lie in bed, reading books about children who make houses and gardens with sand, who watch the incoming tide, who make themselves 10 because of too many ice creams.( )1. Please!” the tiger called. “Please, let me out.” “No,” said the good man. “If I do, you will eat me.” “I will not eat you,” the tiger said. “Please let me out.” The good man believed the tiger. He opened the door of the cage. The tiger jumped out. “How silly you are,” the tiger laughed. “Now I am going to eat you.” “Wait!” the man cried. “You ought not to eat me. Let us ask others what they think.” “You may ask three others. ” the tiger said. The good man asked a tree. The tree said, “I give shade (树荫). And yet I am cut down. Let the tiger eat you.” Next, the good man asked a bird. The bird said, “I hurt no one. Yet people hunt and kill me. Let the tiger eat you.” The last one that the good man asked was a road. The road said, “I dont care if the tiger eats you. People could not get along too well without me. Yet all day and all night people step on me without even a thank you.” The tiger was ready to eat the good man. Just then a dog came by. “What is happening?” asked the dog. The man told the dog the whole story. I dont understand,” said the dog. “The tiger wants to eat you because you put him in a cage?” “No, no,” said the man. “Some other men put him in a cage.” “Oh,” the dog said. “He is going to eat you because you do not have a cage.” “Silly dog!” the tiger cried. “Dont you understand? I was in the cage. This man let me out.” “Oh, I see,” the dog said. “When the man was in the cage, you let him out.” “I was in the cage!” the tiger cried. “In this way!” with that, he jumped back into the cage. At
