Write it down in the registration form.2.Bring in some receipts and distribute them , or create one or two on the board with several different items on them . On the board, write: How much is the _? Write five items on the board that students will recognize. Ask students in groups to come up with a price for each item. Then, have groups report their prices and see how close they got to the right amounts.二、教学引入Ask students again where they shop for clothing. Help them understand the words cheap and expensive. State the objective: Today we will learn about clothing.三、教学过程1.Presentation1: With books closed, ask students to stand up. Ask them to point to items of clothing they are wearing as you say them. For example, you might say socks and students would point at their socks. Use colors, too of you feel your students are ready. This activity will help you to see what students already know.Instruct the class to study the picture in Exercise A. Next, ask students to close their books and ask them the questions in the box.Ask students to open their books and look at the clothing. Go over the vocabulary with the class. Point to students wearing articles of clothing similar to those in the picture.A: Do this activity as a class, but elicit the information from student.2. Practice1: B: Write the prices. E.g: sweater:$12.99 Do one or two items as a class, then, ask students to complete this activity in groups. When they finish, explain different ways to classify the same information. Ask the groups to reclassify the clothing words by casual and formal, above and below the waist, and singular and plural.Presentation 2 C: Read the charts. Go over the charts as a class. Have the students look back at the previous page. Ask questions about prices and show them how you use How much is and How much are It is important that students know that money is implied in the question. This will help them better understand How many when it is presented later.Do a chain drill where Student A asks Student B a question. Student B responds and then asks Student C a new question, etc.Practice 2D.
