To be on time means to do anything at the right time and never be late in keeping an appointment. You would have to hurry for meetings, classes, and you would often feel sorry for having missed your train or flight. Even if you were OK, your friends would be angry, because you failed to keep your promises. They would worry about what you are going to miss next time. What is more, if you are late for something, you will be wasting both yours and others precious time. The reason is very simple: they will have to wait for you and cannot do their work.If a teacher were 10 minutes late for his class, all the students in the class would lose 10 minutes.Imagine, how much work could be done if the students work together for 10 minutes? However, being on time is not just a matter of time. Some water changes into water vapor and goes into the air. Then the warm air rises. The warm air takes the water vapor up into the sky, where they meet with cold air. The water vapor cools down and changes back into water, forming very small drops of water, called water droplets(微滴). These small water droplets dont just fall down, because more warm air is still coming up. As a result, we can see different kinds of clouds in the sky. However, with more and more water vapor changes back into water droplets, they get together and become bigger and bigger, thus heavier and heavier.
