Chinese crew onboard shall supervise and control the speed of vehicle, as well as the violated operation of driver. It is strictly prohibited to speeding. The driving speed on ordinary highway shall not exceed 80km/h, while on township road it shall not exceed 50km/h. Passengers must wear seat belt while driving. Chinese passengers are strictly prohibited from sitting where there is no seat belt.3.启动前应进行重点检查。灯光、喇叭、指示仪表等应齐全完整；燃油、润滑油、冷却水等应添加充足；各连接件不得松动；轮胎气压应符合要求，确认无误后，方可启动。Key inspections shall be conducted before starting of vehicles. When proceeding, the acceleration and deceleration of vehicles shall be changed step-by-step, and the clutch shall be operated correctly without forcible push or pull, making noises when gears hit against each other. During the alternating of moving forward and backward, the shift of gears shall be operated when the vehicle is steady. 6.行驶中，应随时观察仪表的指示情况，当发现机油压力低于规定值，水温过高或有异响、异昧等异常情况时，应立即停车检查，排除故障后，方可继续运行。The status of indicator instruments shall be observed at any time when vehicles are proceeding. If oil pressure is lower than specified value, water temperature is over-high or there is abnormal sound or smell etc. Vehicles shall be stopped for inspection and be restarted after fault is remedied. 7.应根据车速与前车保持适当的安全距离。遇有凹坑、明沟或穿越铁路时，应提前减速，缓慢通过。Appropriate safety distance with front vehicle shall be kept based on speed. When coming across pit, open ditch or crossing railway, vehicles shall pass slowly after pre-decelerating. 8.上、下坡应提前换人低速档，不得中途换档。下坡时，严禁踏离合器或空挡滑行。Downshift shall be applied before going uphill or downhill during which gear changing is not allowed. It is strictly prohibited to stamping clutch or changing into neutral position while going downhill. 9.当车辆陷入泥坑、砂窝内时，不得采用猛松离合器踏板的方法来冲击起步。当使用差速器锁时，应低速直线行驶，不得转弯。When a vehicle is stuck in the mud pit or sand pit, fiercely loosing the clutch pedal to start shall not be adopted. When using differential lock, vehicles shall proceed straightly at a low speed without making a turn. 10.车辆涉水过河时，应先探明水深、流速和水底情况，水深不得超过排水管或曲轴皮带盘，并应低速直线行驶，不得在中途停车或换档。涉水后应缓行一段路程，轻踏制动器使浸水的制动蹄片上水分蒸发掉。The depth, flowing speed and bottom status of water shall be explored before a vehicle is crossing a river. The depth of water shall not exceed the height of drain-pipe or crankshaft pulley, and the vehicle shall proceed straightly at a low speed without stop or gear shift. After crossing the water the vehicle shall proceed slowly for some distance, and the brake shall be pressed on in order to evaporate the remained water on brake shoe. 11.通过危险地区或狭窄便桥时，应先停车检查，确认可以通过后，应由有经验人员指挥前进。When passing through dangerous area or narrow bridge, we shall stop the vehicle to check if it is passable. And we shall proceed under experienced personnels command after confirmation. 12.停放时，应将内燃机熄火，拉紧手制动器，关锁车门。内燃机运转中驾驶员不得离开车辆在离开前应熄火并锁住车门。Vehicles shall be parked with internal combustion engine off, hand brake on and door locked. Driver shall not leave with engine on and shall turn off the engine and lock the door before leaving.13.在坡道上停放时，下坡停放应挂上倒档，上坡停放应挂上一档，并应使用三角术楔等塞紧轮胎。When parking on ramp, reverse gear shall go with downhill and the first gear shall go with uphill, besides, triangle wedge shall be used to jam-pack the tires. 14.平头型驾驶室需前倾时，应清除驾驶室内物件，关紧车门，方可前倾并锁定。复位后，应确认驾驶室已锁定，方可起动。When cab-over-engine needs leaning forward, objects in cab shall be removed and the door shall be closed before leaning and locking. Before starting, the cab shall be confirmed locked after restoration. 15.在车底下进行保养、检修时，应将内燃机熄火、拉紧手制动器并将车轮楔牢。Before conducting maintenance and overhaul under the vehicle, the internal combustion engine shall be turned off, the hand brake shall be turned on and the tires shall be wedged firmly. 16.装载物品应捆绑稳固牢靠。轮式机具和圆筒形物件装运时应采取防止滚动的措施。Loaded stuff shall be fastened rock solid. Rolling preventing measures shall be taken for the load and transport of wheeled implements and cylindrical staff. 17.不得人货混装。因工作需要搭人时，人不得在货物之间或货物与前车厢板间隙内。严禁攀爬或坐卧在货物上面。Mixed load of people and freight shall be avoided。If it requires to getting on board of vehicle to get to work, personnel shall not be in the middle of freight or in the gap between freight and front carriage board. It is strictly prohibited to climbing, sitting or lying down on the freight. 18.拖挂车时，应检查与挂车相连的制动气管、电气线路、牵引装置、灯光信号等，挂车的车轮制动器和制动灯、转向灯应配备齐全，并应与牵引车的制动器和灯光信号同时起作用。确认后方可运行。起步应缓慢并减速行驶，宜避免紧急制动。Check the brake bleed line, electric circuit, draw gear, light signal etc. before trailing. This included angle shall not exceed 15when loading and unloading crawler crane, excavator and roller, and it shall not exceed 25when loading and unloading crawler dozer and tractor. 13.端卸能白行上下拖车的机械，应由机长或熟练的驾驶人员操作，并应由专人统一指挥。指挥人员应熟悉指挥的拖车及装运机械的性能、特点。上、下车动作应平稳，不得在跳板上调整方向。When loading and unloading machinery that can get on and get off the trailer by itself, the operation shall be carried out by captain or skillful driver under professional command. The commander shall be familiar with the performances and the characteristics of the trailer and the machinery, and get on and off the vehicle reposefully without direction adjustment on the gang board. 14.装运履带式起重机，其起重臂应拆短，使之不超过机棚最高点，起重臂向后，吊钩不得自由晃动。拖车转弯时应降低速度。When loading and transporting crawler crane, the cargo boom shall be shortened not exceeding the top of shed and shall face backward, the lifting hook shall not wave at will. Draw bar must be used when pulling other equipments in order to make the rigid coupling run synchronously and avoid accidents. 3.为了保证推土机能安全使用，作业前重点检查项目应符舍下列要求：To ensure the safe operation of bulldozer, key inspection items shall conform to following requirements: (1)各部件无松动，连接良好；All components are well-connected without looseness; (2)各操纵杆和制动踏板的行程、履带的松紧度均符合要求。The stroke of all handlebars and braking pedals and the tightness degree of crawler shall conform to relevant requirements. 4.启动前，应将主离合器分离，各操纵杆放在空挡位置，并严格按内燃机使用安全交底要末进行启动，严禁拖、顶启动。Before starting, main clutch shall be split and all handlebars shall be in neutral position. If bulldozer coasts when going downhill it will lose control and glide with acceleration, which could cause accident. When traveling or operating horizontally on slope, bulldozer shall be kept in balance horizontally to prevent from overturn. Low speed gear shall be adopted when bulldozer goes uphill or downhill. Gear shifting is not allowed when going uphill and coast shall be avoided when going downhill. If its necessary to operate on slope, filling and excavating shall be carried out first to keep bulldozer in balance. 7填沟作业驶近边坡时，铲刀不得越出边缘。在填沟作业中，沟的边缘属于疏松的回填土，如果铲刀再越出边缘，会造成推土机滑落沟内的事故。后退时先换档再提升铲刀，是为了推土机在提升铲刀时出险情能迅速后退。后退时，应先换档，方可提升铲刀进行倒车。Perching knife shall not exceed the edge of side slope when filling the ditch. The soil on the edge of ditch is loose, so bulldozer could slip into the ditch if the perching knife exceeds the edge. Perching knife shall be lifted after shifting gear when proceeding backward, so that bulldozer can proceed backward rapidly if dangerous situation occurs at the lifting of relieving tool.
