INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT WITH CAUTIONAND OPERATION METHOD INTRODUCTIONS安装要求及使用注意Installation requirement with use caution1 将该干燥箱安放在无腐蚀性气体的干燥室内水平处。2 电源输入端应装置专用的前级通断开关,并接妥良好的地线,以策安全.3 检查电源电压,电源接线无误后,才可通电使用.4 在新购使用或搁置较久使用时,应先用低温烘烤(80-100),两小时后再开始升高温度,以利潮气外泄,增强绝缘性能和延长瓷件寿命.5 仪表控温的热敏元件探头应从左侧线路层的测温孔中插入,以免影响使用.6 在初次使用时,应勤加观察,避免过热烘坏工件造成损失.7 使用时如感到热惯性稍大时,可关闭加热器以降低发热功率防止惯性造成超温.8 取放烘烤物件时,请勿撞击伸入工作室的控温部分,防止损坏控温器,导致失灵.9 如遇故障,请专业电工检修.10 出厂时,工作室配备网片两块,说明书,合格证各一份.1. The drying cabinet will be placed at level ground of dryingroom without active gas.2. Specified pre-stage on-off switch shoulkd be fitted in input terminal of power, and earth wire must groung well to keep safe.3. Until checking main voltage, power-line connection without error to power on.4. When the drying cabinet is newly product or anew be used in a long-delayed,should first be used for low baking (80-100), after two hours,temperature renewal is rised,in order to tidal air is escaped, strengthening insulating property and prolonging porcelain life. 5. Probe of thermal element for temp-control instrument should be inserted from thermometer hole of left side of line layer. so as not to affect the use.6. The drying cabinet will be used for the first time, must be observed frequently, in order to avoid overheating baking losses caused by processing part.7. If thermal inertia is larger in operation, must closing heater in order to reduce heating power to avoid inertia lead to effect of overheat.8. When taking put baked object, please dont impact temp-control unit stretch into working chamber, prevention temp-control unit damage lead to failure.9. If there is any trouble, please contacting with specialty operater and servicing.10. The drying cabinet is leaving factory content two pieces of screen、each a portion of specification, certification. 操作方法说明先接妥电源,该干燥箱采用三相四线制电源( 380V),并接妥地线.电源进线4平方无时间报警装置干燥箱()打开电源开关-对仪表温度进行设定(RT10-300 )-再打开鼓风开关-再打开加热开关有时间报警装置干燥箱( )打开电源开关-对仪表温度进行设定(RT10-300 )-对时间继电器进行设定(0-99小时)-再打开鼓风开关-再打开加热开关-然后打开报警开关注意:1. 必须先打开鼓风后,加热才会启动.2. 需等到温度升至设定温度时间继电器方开始计时(设定范围0-99小时),待计时结后,报警器开始工作,并伴有声光报警并切断加热电源。如需重新启动加热，需关闭一下时控开关。3. 在新购置使用时,如发现时间继电器不能正常工作,只需对仪表进行设定,具体设定如下;轻按仪表控制键数秒,直待仪表显示字符RL1,RL1为报警设定,出厂值为100,在摁下面的控制键把100设置为0即可.Operation method introductions Power first must be supplied well, the drying cabinet adopt three phase-four wire system to supply the power (380V), and connecting to gound wire well, input wire size of power is 4 sq, -without time alarm device in the drying cabinet(O). Switching on the power-setting to temperature instrument (RT10-300)-turning on button of blast air- turning on button of heating -with time alarm device in the drying cabinet() Switching on the power-setting to temperature instrument (RT10-300)-setting to time relay (0-99 hours)- turning on button of blast air- turning on button of heating- turning on button of alarm.Notice:1. After the blower is started first, then heater is operated.2. Until temperature is riaed to preset temperature , time relay will begin to work ( the range of preset temperature:0-99 hours), after the time is over, alarm device will begin to work, with sound-ligth alarm in the time as soon as turning off power of heater. if heater must be started again, first shuttingbutton of time-control.3. if the use of new time relay is abnormal, only need preset indication of the instrument, operation as defined below: just slight pushing gage control key count the seconds until instrument disply character RL1, RL1 is alarm setting, initial value is 100 from factory, pushing down control key and put 100 set to zero. 6注意事项及定期保养.检查调整6. NOTICES AND PERIODIC MAINTENANCE、CHECKING、 FAULT MAINTENANCE1. 本机器顶盖上请勿放置任何物品,以免影响本机器的散热.2. 机器放置时左右及后背应与其它物件保持一定的距离(保持距离100-150mm)3. 保养时须将总电源开关关闭。4. 保持箱内整洁。5. 检察电动机的转向是否与规定的一致。6. 检查线路是否老化。 7. 检查地线是否良好。8. 放置工件烘烤时小心碰撞箱内热元敏探头。9. 检查进排风口是否正确，在升温和恒温过程中将排风口打开，在降温过程中则全部打开。1). Please dont put any article on head cover of the machine, in order to avoid impacting ventilation of the machine.2). The distance of left and right,of back must be remained between other article (maintain distance 100-150mm) when the machine shall be placement.3). Please close main power switch when the machine shall be maintain.4). The cabinet must be kept clean at all time.5). Checking direction of rotation of motor whether is accordanced with regulation.6). Checking line whether have be aging.7). Checking earth wire whether is well.8). Putting workpiece with Caution in cabinet in order to avoid impacting thermal probe in work time of bake.9). Checking air inlet and outlet whether is proper, opening air outlet in the process of warming ang constant temperature. 故障维修维修此机时，请先详细阅读本说明书之内容，如有技术性问题或维护问题，需本公司服务时，请告之机型，生产编号以竭诚服务。1 电源发生操作问题时：有电源问题时，请先检查外部电源之规格，检查配件是否不良。2 温度控制：发生温度操作问题时，请先检查温度设定是否有错误。3 鼓风电机：风机不转时，检查接触器是否不良，检查电动机是否故障，风机有异响时，检查风轮是否脱落。出风口无风或风量小时，检查电源相位是否接错，检查热继电器是否断开，检查电动机转向是否与所标一致。 Fault maintenance Before the machine is serviced, please thorough reading the instruction first, if there are any technical issue or maintenance issue, and needed our help, please tell us what is the machine type and production number. so that we can supply the most wonderful to meet
