英语专业四级考试便条写作评分细则 注：April 18便条日期大多可以只写月份和日期。在写月份时可以用其缩略形式：Jan. , Feb. , Mar. , Apr. , May, June, July, Aug. , Sep. , Oct. , Nov. , Dec. . (May 没有缩略形式，June and July 有缩略式 但是建议用完整式) 如果用缩略形式，请注意紧跟在后面的 “.” 便条特点：1. 相较于正式书信，便条的使用较为非正式文体或是口语化。2. 谓语动词多用主动语态。3. 内容一般要中心突出、简单明了。 便条写作结构及模板 1. 问候（慰问）使用场合：亲朋好友或同事等遭遇失败或不幸，如生病，考试不及格，发生事故，遭受损失等目的：表示慰问，对于关心 鼓励。内容：1.点明要慰问的事情 2. 安慰 3. 鼓励对方坚强，表达祝愿，可能的话表示给与对方帮助。 Directions : Jack is your close friend and his hometown has suffered an earthquake.
