The test voltage is 1000VDC。3.2 绝缘强度Insulation Strength 在充电模块和监控模块都与系统断开的情况下,系统的交流部分对直流部分能承受50HZ,3000V的交流电压1min,无击穿,漏电流要求30mA。交流部分对地,直流部分对地应能承受50Hz,2000V的交流电压1min,无击穿。When both the charging module and supervision and control moduel are disconnected with the system, the AC part of the system should bear 50Hz, 3kV test voltage for 1 minute to the DC part, without breakdown and the leakage current should be equivalent to or less than 30mA, while both the AC part and DC part should bear 50Hz, 2kV AC test voltage for 1 minute to the earth, without breakdown.表3-1绝缘电阻.绝缘强度试验记录表 (注:如符合条件和要求请填”T”反之”F” )Table 3-1Test Records of the Insulation Resistance and Insulation Strength(Note: Please fill in the blank of “Results” with “T” if the actual check results accords with the specifications and requirements, or fill in “F”.)分类Sorts序号Ser. To ensure the safety of the devices and personnel during the energization test, the debugging personnel must be cautious and strictly conform to the debugging steps of “measure-operate-measure”. During debugging, personnel should carefully observe, if something abnormal occurs, he should immediately cut off the power, and after the cause is found, he test may be continued.4.1 交流配电部分的通电调试Energization Test of AC Distribution Part把柜内市电的三相交流空气开关、各个充电模块的空气开关都打在断开的位置,监控模块的开关(在监控模块背面)也打在“OFF”的位置,断开所有负载。合上外部的交流配电开关,将用户引入电源开关接通,测量对应交流输入空开的引入端,应该有正常的380V交流电压(线电压),且每相电压差值相对较小。正常则可将对应交流输入空开合闸。Put the 380V 3-phase AC air switch, and the air switches for various charging modules in the state of “off” and also put the supervision and control module switch (at its rear part) in the “off” state to disconnect all the loads.Close the AC distribution switch outside the cabinet to connect the user AC power, then measure the AC input terminal of the air switch, there should be normal 380V AC voltage (line voltage) output, and the voltage difference between each phase voltage should be relatively small. Lastly close the corresponding AC input air switch if all the above requirements are met. 4.2充电模块的通电调试Energization Test of Charging module交流配电部分正常工作后,可作充电模块的通电调试:检查模块的输出电压和输出电流。检查两个充电模块的输出电压是否一致,最大不应超过1V;如果异常,则应停电检查异常模块。After the AC distribution part works normally, the energization test of the charging module can be done.Close the control switch of No.1 module and check the output voltage and output current of the module, then close in turn the control switches of the other modules and repeat the above check operation. Check whether the output voltages of various charging modules are identical, the maximum one should not be over 1V. Part充电模块部分正常工作后,接着作直流配电部分的通电调试:依次合上回路的各个输出开关,检查相应的输出端子电压和对应指示灯。After the charging module works normally, the energization test of the DC distribution part can be done.Close in turn various output indicator on the panel are lit.4.4系统监控部分的通电调试Energization Test of the Supervision and Control Part 直流配电部分正常工作后,可作系统监控部分(包括配电监控和监控模块)的通电调试:检查配电监控盒上的电源是否正常,注意极性。确认输出到监控模块的直流电源正确后,把监控模块的开关打在“ON”的位置,启动监控 模块,听到监控模块内蜂鸣器长响,液晶显示器背光屏点亮,大约经过10秒后监控模块进入系统自检和下级设备设置。按系统的实际情况,设置监控模块,请参考监控模块使用说明,注意维护级设置每次更改后必须重新启动监控模块才能生效。如果系统有故障,可按照监控模块上显示的故障信息,查找相应的故障点,排除故障。After the DC distribution part works normally, the energization test of the supervision and control part (distribution supervision & control and the supervision & control module) can be done.Check whether the power supply of the distribution supervision & control box is normal, and the polarity of the power is correct.After confirming that the DC power supply for the supervision and control module is correct, put the switch of the supervision and control module in the state of “On” and start up the module, about 10 seconds after a long sound of the buzzer in the module is heard and the backlight of LCD is lit, the module will enter the setting of self-check and subordinate equipments.Refer to the instructions of the supervision and control module and set it per the actual conditions of the system, pay attention to the fact that the module must be restarted each time when the maintenance level setting is modified.If some faults occur in the system, find out the corresponding fault points according to the fault information indicated on the module and then clean them. 4.5负载的接入及均流调节Load Connection and equalization-current adjusting可适当地接入一些负载,让系统工作在轻载,或半载,或重载状态,进行均流调节。充电模块的输出电压的调节只有在充电模块处于手动控制状态下才有作用。当充电模块处于自动控制时其管理都在监控模块的控制下进行,均流也是自动调整的,认为无法干涉。因此在正常情况下,一般不需要对充电模块进行均流调节。如果所接相同母排的充电模块电流超出均流指标,则要检查模块间均流通讯线是否插好、是否损坏。Some proper loads may be connected to make the system work in the state of light-load, half-load or heavy-load, thus the system may perform the equalization-current adjusting. The output voltage adjusting of the charging module can only be performed under the condition that the charging module works in the state of “Manual”. When the charging module works in the state of “Automatic”, its management is performed in the control of the supervision and control module, and its equalization-current is automatically adjusted without any manual operation. So normally the equalization-current adjusting of the charging module is not needed. If the charging module current of the same busbar exceeds the equalization-current index, check whether the equalization-current communication wires between various modules are correctly connected or damaged.4.6电池的接入Battery connection在上述调试步骤正确完成无故障或故障排除后,可以实行对电池的接入。在电池的接入前,必须仔细阅读电池的使用说明书,确认您使用的电池的具体参数和使用条件,以便在监控模块中进行正确的设置。请根据电池使用说明书确认监控模块中如下的重要参数:After correctly completing all the above steps and clearing all the faults, battery may be connected.
