m/s ,水闸下游连接鳌江主流的渠道起始断面高程为0.0m,横断面为梯形,底宽20m,梯形边坡为1:1.5,干砌石衬砌,糙率为0.025,渠道底坡为1/1000。设计洪水标准:20年一遇校核洪水标准:50年一遇挡潮标准:50年一遇1.2设计基本资料1.2.1水文气象工程流域属亚热带季风气候,冬无严寒,夏无酷暑,四季分明,气候温和湿润,雨量充沛,气温年差小,光照充足。根据当地气象站统计资料,多年平均气温17.8,最高气温38.3,最低气温-5,无霜期344天,年日照小时数1867小时,年日照率41%,多年平均降雨量1674.3mm,主要灾害性天气台风、暴雨、干旱。多年平均最大风速18 m/s。闸前风区长度1.8km,风区内平均水深10.0m。水闸初步设计洪水标准确定如下:设计洪水标准:20年一遇(闸前内河水位)挡潮标准:50年一遇(外江)防洪堤设计标准:50年一遇(允许越浪)临时性建筑物设计标准:5年一遇。该水闸闸前设计二十年一遇水位为4.48m,闸前设计低水位为0.30m,警戒水位为2.88m,正常水位为2.88m.水闸下游设计高潮位和低潮位见表1. 核正向4.480.304.18内河5%,外江平消力坎反向0.004.834.83内河无水,外江2%1.2.2工程地质1) 地形地貌及环境条件拟建场地位于鳌江入海口口海积与残丘结合区,上部为第四纪海积软弱层,下部为第四纪残坡积层级侏罗纪火山碎屑岩。场地现为旱地,地坪黄海高程为5.5m左右。2) 地基土的构成及分布情况根据本次勘察成果资料,将场区地基自上而下分层简述如下:(1) 泥质粉质粘土(Q4):颜色杂乱,有灰黄、黄褐、灰黑等颜色;上部位植被根系发育;软塑,饱和,河沟及低洼处缺失,中高压缩性,层厚一般小于0.6米。(2) 泥夹少量粉砂:灰褐色,流塑,饱和,高压缩性,粉砂呈团块状或下夹层状存在,含少量贝壳与FeMn氧化物;层厚为4.005.90米,层底深度4.006.40米。(3) 淤泥(Q4):青灰色,含有少量贝壳碎屑,絮状构造,饱和,土性呈流软塑状,高灵敏度,高压缩性,与第4层以大量贝壳碎屑堆积为界明显;层厚19.0020.5米,层底深度24.5026.40米。由于自重压密作用静探曲线自上而下徐徐张开。(4) 淤泥夹粉砂及贝壳碎屑(Q4):浅灰色,饱和,软可塑,夹大量粉砂及贝壳碎屑夹层,局部含腐殖质,鳞片状构造,静探曲线呈明显锯齿状,谷线较圆滑,峰线尖利。层厚为2.54.8米不等,全场分布,层底深度28.7029.30米不等。(5) 砾质粘土(Q42Ei-dI):为残破积层,灰黄黄褐色,土层均匀性差,混有砾石,砾石磨园差,静探以警报结束,未穿透,上部0.5米范围qc=1.31.5Mpa,fs=1420Kpa。3) 水文地质条件场区浅部地下水属孔隙潜水类型,水量、水位受气象因素、邻近塘河水位计地表排水情况以及鳌江潮位等影响较大。在本次勘察深度范围内未见明显的承压水。地下水位埋深1.52.0米。4) 地基土的物理力学性质综合考虑孔内原位测试、室内土工试验的统计算成果,结合场地工程地质条件,提出本次勘察各地基土承载力标准值fk、压缩模量标准值Es、桩周长摩擦力标准值qs、桩端土承载力标准值qp的建议采用标准值,列于表3. 地基土物理力学指标设计参数表表3层序岩 土名 称建 议 挡潮闸设计潮水标准表2.2.1挡潮闸级别12345设计潮水位重现期(a)100100505020201010注:若确定的设计潮水位低于当地历史上最高潮水位时,应以当地历史最高潮水位作为校核潮水标准。,并根据质料可知此工程为三类工程。2.2.1水闸的组成水闸一般由上游连接段,闸室段和下游连接段三部分组成。上游连接段:引导水流平稳地进入闸室,同时起防冲、防渗、挡土等作用。一般包括上游翼墙、铺盖、护底、两岸护坡及上游防冲槽等。闸室段:水闸的主体部分,通常包括底板、闸墩、闸门、胸墙、工作桥及交通桥等。下游连接段:具有消能和扩散水流的作用。一般包括护坦、海鳗、下游防冲槽、下游翼墙及护坡等。2.3水闸基本尺寸确定2.3.1闸墩顶高程的确定及过流能力复核根据设计资料底板高确定为0m。闸孔净宽为5米,孔数为3孔,闸孔总净宽为15米,对于过流能力则需校核。过流能力复核(取校核正向 综上所诉,可得水闸闸顶高程取8.0m。闸墩厚初拟1m,边敦厚0.5m2.3.2闸孔净宽及孔数根据工程资料得闸孔净宽为5.0m,闸孔数为3孔。2.3.3闸室总净宽根据资料知道闸室总净宽=15m。3主要建筑物3.1设计依据及标准水闸设计规范SL265-2001建筑桩基础技术规范JGJ94-2008水力学何文学等主编(中国水利水电出版社)水工建筑物王英华等主编(中国水利水电出版社)3.2主要建筑物设计3.2.1闸底板结构形式及尺寸常见的底板形式有宽顶堰和低实用堰两种。宽顶堰是水闸中常用的一种底板型式,它有利于泄洪、冲沙、通航、双向过水等,结构简单,施工方便,泄流能力比较稳定等优点;其缺点是自由泄流时流量系数较小,闸后易产生波状水跃。低实用堰的优点是自由泄流时的流量系数较大,闸后不易产生波状水跃,有利于拦沙;其缺点是结构较复杂,施工不方便,泄流能力受尾水影响大,淹没水深时,泄流能力将急剧下降,当上游水位较高,为限制过闸单宽流量,需抬高堰顶高程时,常采用堰底板。本工程根据资料设计为平底板宽顶堰。根据规范大中型闸底板厚度可取闸净净宽的1/61/8,一般为12m,所以取厚为1m,宽为18m。底板长取14.5m。具体尺寸如图3.2.1.1 图3.2.1.13.2.2上游防渗结构、止水设计初步拟定闸基防渗长度应满足式3.2.2.1的要求(式3.2.2.1)式中L闸基防渗长度,即闸基轮廓线防渗部分水平段和垂直段的总和(m); 允许渗径系数值。 上、下游最大水头差。根据拟定的闸底板尺寸确定防渗铺盖尺寸如图3.2.2.1图3.2.2.1上游还应设齿墙,齿墙深采用0.5m(根据规范可知);上游还设护坦,采用浆砌石材料,厚度取1m。在上游连接段与闸室间设有沉陷缝,在缝中要设止水(采用沥青油毛毡嵌紫铜片止水)3.2.3消力池、护坦、海鳗及防冲槽其详细计算过程见表3.3.2.1.1消力池池长:15m消力池采用底流式挖深消能,后部设有尾槛以雍高池内水位,消力池底板采用C25钢筋混凝土底板。前1/3海漫,底板材料为浆砌块石;后部海漫材料为干砌石结构。3.2.4上下游翼墙设计上游翼墙可以采用不同的方式:上游采用圆弧式或椭圆弧式下游采用圆弧式或椭圆弧与直线组合式 综上所述为设计方便统一采用圆弧式翼墙3.2.5两岸连接建筑物设计两岸连接建筑物从结构观点分析,是挡土墙。常用的形式有:重力式、悬臂式、扶壁式、空箱式及连拱空箱式等。考虑到便于工程施工等因素,采用扶壁式挡土墙。3.3消能防冲设计3.3.1消能防冲形式、组成水闸底流消能式防冲设施一般由消力池、海鳗和防冲槽部分组成。3.3.2消力池设计3.3.2.1消力池池深计算:(式3.3.2.1.1)(式3.3.2.1.2)(式3.3.2.1.3)(式3.3.2.1.4)(式3.3.2.1.5)式中d消力池深度(m);
