迪卡侬 面试问题及应答策略1. 介绍一下这家公司和你的工作内容吧。问题分析: 这个问题的潜台词实际是: “我从来没有听说过这家公司, 它是否是一家只有三个人五条枪的小公司呢?如果是的话, 这个候选人的能力则可能要打个折扣了。”嘉兴宏图商贸有限公司是一家卖威登保罗包包的网店,公司刚刚起步,公司员工人数暂时只有30个作用。我的实习岗位是淘宝客服,工作内容是售前客户的接待和售后问题和纠纷的处理。由于起初客服人员不够,一位客户一天要接待150位客户,而且还要经常加班1-2小时。虽然非常辛苦,但是提高了我的抗压能力、应变能力和沟通能力。Jiaxing Hongtu Trading Company is an online shop selling Vuitton Paul bags, and it was founded just a few months ago, so the number of employees temporarily is only 30 .
