2 员工号 请填写员工号 即员工卡上的工号及登陆ESS系统的工号 Employee No Please fill in employee number which on your Employee Badge and in your ESS 3 被评估时间段 如果加入公司的时间在2013年1月1日之前 请填写2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日 否则 请填写加入公司的时间至2013年12月31日 Period Being Assessed If you join the company before January 1 2013 please fill in January 1 2013 to December 31 2013 Otherwise please fill in the join date to December 31 2013 第三步 进入信任中心 Step Three Click Trust Center Settings 第四步 进入宏设置 Step Four Choose Marco Settings 第五步 选择启用所有宏 点击确认 Step Five Choose Enable all macros and click OK 所设定的好的目标 是可以通过具体的措施来完成的 Good goals state exactly what is to be achieved by whom through which concrete measures 必须能够测量结果 定量 如 5 的销售 25 000欧元的代理费用 10点的客户满意度 或定性 如 这个观念是由所有人参与的 没有错误 You must be able to measure the outcome either quantitatively
