Objective 通过对设备的严格规范化管理,确保设备保持完好状态,更好地为生产服务。For the objective that the equipments can work with high efficiency to finish the production well through the strict and standard management. 2. 适用范围2. Scope 铣床的操作、维护和保养。It is applied in all kinds of the operation and maintenance of the milling machine 3.操作规程 3.regulations on operation 1、 操作前要穿紧身防护服,袖口扣紧,上衣下摆不能敞开,严禁戴手套,不得在开动的机床旁穿、脱换衣服,或围布于身上,防止机器绞伤。必须戴好安全帽,辫子应放入帽内,不得穿裙子、拖鞋。戴好防护镜:以防铁屑飞溅伤眼,并在机床周围安装挡板使之与操作区隔离。 1. Operator shall wear protective clothes, tight clothes, do not open wide the coattail, it is not permitted to wear glove, do not take off or dress in front of the machine. Or cover the body with cloths, for plaits, it shall be hided in the hat,operator must wear protective glasses to prevent from iron fillings hurting the eyes. Fence for protection to separate operator and working bench shall be installed. 2、 工件装夹前,应拟定装夹方法。装夹毛坯件时,台面要垫好,以免损伤工作台。 2. Clamping methods shall be formed before clamping workpieces. When clamping raw materials, work bench shall be padded well to protect the bench. 3、 工作台移动时要检查紧固螺丝应打开,工作台不移动时紧固螺丝应紧上3. Tightening screws shall be opened when working bench is moving, while tighten the screw when not move. 4、 刀具装卸时,应保持铣刀锥体部分和锥孔的清洁,并要装夹牢固。高速切削时必须戴好防护镜。工作台不准堆放工具,零件等物,注意刀具和工件的距离,防止发生撞击事故。 4. When assemble or disassemble the tools, milling tools and taper holes must be tidy and clamped firmly. 5、 安装铣刀前应检查刀具是否对号、完好,铣刀尽可能靠近主轴安装,装好后要试车。安装工件应牢固。 5. Before installation of milling tools, spec. Integrit of milling tools shall be checked whether it is just the right one. And do the utmost to install it to near the machine spindle. Trial-run after installation. Workpieces must be installed firmly. 6、 工作时应先用手进给,然后逐步自动走刀。运转自动走刀时,拉开手轮,注意限位挡块是否牢固,不准放到头,不要走到两极端而撞坏丝杠;使用快速行程时,要事先检查是否会相撞等现象,以免碰坏机件、铣刀碎裂飞出伤人。经常检查手摇把内的保险弹簧是否有效可靠。 6. Feed workpieces manually first, then feeding automatically. Bound board shall be tight enough. To check whether there is collision when using fast travel, this is to avoid machine components and milling tools jump out to hurt person. relief spring inside the handle shall be checked frequently for its reliable. 7、 切削时禁止用手摸刀刃和加工部位。测量和检查工件必须停车进行,切削时不准调整工件。 7. Do not touch tooling sharp edge and machined parts by hand when slicing,. Machine must be stopped when measuring and inspect the workpieces. Do not adjust workpieces when milling. 8、 主轴停止前,须先停止进刀。如若切削深度较大时,退刀应先停车,挂轮时须切断电源,挂轮间隙要适当,挂轮架背母要紧固,以免造成脱落;加工毛坯时转速不宜太快,要选好吃刀量和进给量。 8. Stop feeding milling tools before machine spindle stops.Suppose milling depth is too deep, when retreat milling tools, machine needs to be stopped first.Power supply needs to be cut off when changing gear. When milling raw materials, make sure the curring depth, and feeding degree, to keep the speed not too fast. 9. 发现机床有故障,应立即停车检查并报告管理部,好安排修理工作完毕应做好清理工作,并关闭电源。 9. When milling machine default, stop the machine and check the problems, cut off power supply after work finished. 4.维护职责 4. Responsibility for maintenance 4.1 操作工负责设备每天、季度和年度的维护和保养,并填写维护和保养记录; 4.1 Operators shall carry on daily, yearly and quarter maintenance of the machine and record the history of the maintenance. 4.2 车间部门主管负责设备日常点检保养工作的监督、检查和落实工作; 4.2 Director in the workshop shall monitor, check the work of the maintenance and to guarantee its implementation. 4.3 生产课负责设备维护和保养工作的监督、检查,并负责组织对设备的应急维修。 4.3 Production departments shall monitor and check the maintenance of the equipments and shall organize the urgent repair of the equipments. 5.保养项目: 5.item of maintenance 5.1日保养 Daily maintenance 5.1.1每天打扫机台卫生,擦拭机身,保持机身无油污,无铁屑,无生锈现象; Clean milling machine bench each day, to keep it with no grease, iron fillings and rust. 5.1.2机台各导轨每天擦拭干凈,不可有铁屑、油污杂质等; Rails on machine must be cleaned each day to ensure no iron fillings, grease and others foreign articles. 5.1.3液晶显示器上无铁屑、无灰尘等,透明罩保持清洁透明; No iron fillings and dust on, keep transparent cover clear. 5.1.4机台各导轨每天按时上油(X、Y、Z导轨由驻油器供给)保持正常作用; Filling in oils for rail each day and timely(X,Y,Z axis) to ensure its normal working status. 5.1.5工作平台每天擦拭干凈,无油污、无生锈、铁屑等现象; Tidy work bench each day to keep it away from grease, rust and iron fillings. 5.5.6机台虎钳擦拭干凈,无油污、导轨无铁屑卡死现象,保持作用顺畅; Clean vise to get rid of grease, ensure no iron fillings on rails, and rails can not be choked. 5.1.7主轴刀杆头每天保养擦拭,以确保机头精度和可靠性. Spindle knife rod head of machine spindle shall be cleaned each day to assure its precision and reliability. 5.2季度保养 Quarter maintenance 5.2.1机台主轴润滑油添加或更换; Lubricant filling or replacement on machine spindle. 5.2.2检查机台电源线是否完好无损,有无漏电、短路现象; Check wires connection status, is there electricity leakage and short circuit. 5.2.3机台导轨X、Y、Z轴运动是否灵活无故障,液晶显示器是否灵敏; Check whether X. Y,Z axis movement is flexible or not, Liquid crystal display is flexible or not.5.2.4检查机床油路是否畅通,油管有无破损的地方或漏油现象; Check oil ways is smooth or not, oil pipes can not be damaged. 5.3 年度保养: 5.3 Annually maintenance 5.3.1测试机台刀杆头精度,看是否需要更换; Test spindle knife rod heads precision, whether it needs to be replaced. 5.3.2检查机台工作平台精度,导轨精度; Check work bench precision and ra
