This form shall be filled in with black or dark blue pen, and shall be clear.2. Among the above documents, expect for the notice of “copy”, all the others shall be original.3. Among the above documents, in case of English version, Chinese translation shall be submitted with the seal of translation companies.4. Whether the name for approval in advance (or shop name) is overlaping in the same trade or meets the requirements stipulated in Article 6, Article 7 and Article 8 in the ProvisionsonAdministrationofEnterpriseNameRegistration.5. If the name preceded by such words as Zhongguo or Zhonghua (both mean China) or Quanguo (State) or Guoji (international), it shall be decided by the State Council. 6. Where the word of “China” is used in the middle of the name for approval in advance, the following conditions shall be met; Wholly foreign-owned enterprises or foreign holding enterprises; where the company name of foreign-capital enterprises is used; when meeting the condition of no administrative division.7. Where the name applied by the enterprise excludes the administrative division, it shall comply with Article 13 of Measures for the Implementation of Administration of Enterprise Name Registration.8.
