图 1漏 水 点 位 置 图图 2在 漏 水 点 处 的 结 构 缝 内 注 入 密 封 胶图 3沿 缝 凿 毛 示 意 图图 4环 氧 砂 浆 平 铺 示 意 图外贴式橡胶止水带安装工艺谢辉勇( 广 东 省 水 利 水 电 第 三 工 程 局 , 广 东 东 莞 523711)摘 要 : 该 文 主 要 介 绍 了 结 构 缝 漏 水 的 外 贴 式 橡 胶 止 水 带 的 施 工 工 艺 , 对 类 似 漏 水 的 处 理 施 工 有 借 鉴 作 用 。关 键 词 : 结 构 缝 ; 漏 水 ; 外 贴 ; 橡 胶 止 水 带中 图 分 类 号 : TQ336.4+2文 献 标 识 码 : B 文 章 编 号 : 1009- 7716( 2008) 06- 0105- 02增加外贴式橡胶止水带。1综述大学城 - 生物岛隧道结构缝止水采用 300 mm22 . 1外 贴 式 橡 胶 止 水 带 的 施 工 工 艺 及 要 点施工工艺( 1) 先 清 理 混 凝 土 基 层 表 面 , 接 着 沿 缝 凿 宽宽 的 橡 胶 止 水 胶 带 进 行 止 水 。 混 凝 土 结 构 板 厚9001 300 mm, 结构 缝 宽 20 mm。 在 结 构 缝 施 工 时 , 因 橡 胶 止 水 带 接 口 处 理 不 当 , 出 现 漏 水 点 , 见 图 1 。400 m m , 用 钢 丝 刷 将 灰 尘 、浮 渣 及 松 散 层 彻 底 清除 , 用 丙 酮 将 其 油 垢 擦 洗 干 净 、晾 晒 , 其 含 水 率 不 大于 6%( 见图 3) 。根据现场情况, 采取以下措施对漏水点进行处理:在外防水施工前, 对漏水点两端各 2 m 范围 的结构缝彻底进行清洗干净, 除去被粘表面的油 污 、附 着 物 、灰 尘 等 杂 物 , 保 证 被 粘 表 面 干 燥 , 平 整, 以防止粘接不良。然后用涂底液, 涂刷结构缝 两侧及橡胶止水带表面, 干燥成膜。将按比例混合 好 的 双 组 份 聚 硫 密 封 胶 用 专 用 工 具 注 入 结 构 缝 , 如图 2 所示。(2) 在清洁的混凝土表面, 薄而均匀地涂刷环氧底胶料, 不得有漏涂和留坠现象。( 3) 涂完底胶料, 让 其 自 然 固 化 12 h 后 , 再 用 环氧砂浆平铺在混凝土基面上, 厚度约 20 mm( 见 图 4) , 接 着 边 铺 环 氧 砂 浆 边 安 装 橡 胶 止 水 带( 见 图 5) , 同时用螺丝将角钢收紧( 见图 6) 。( 4) 环 氧 砂 浆 自 然 固 化 24 h 后 , 上 铺 钢 丝 网 并用 C30 细石混凝土覆盖( 见图 7) 。为了更好地达到止水效果, 在结构缝迎水面收稿日期: 2008- 04- 10作者简介: 谢 辉 勇( 1965- ) 男 , 广 东 人 , 工 程 师 , 副 经 理 , 从 事 工 程 施 工 技 术 管 理 工 作 。图 5安 装 橡 胶 止 水 带 示 意 图图 6用 螺 丝 将 角 钢 收 紧 示 意 图图 7上 铺 钢 丝 网 和 细 石 混 凝 土 示 意 图城市道桥与防洪2008 年 6 月第 6 期106管理施工的配制方法一样, 只不过配合比不同而已。( 2) 环 氧 砂 浆 的 配 制 : 先 将 水 泥 、砂 按 比 例 拌 匀, 然后将前面拌制好的环氧底胶料倒入已拌好 的混合料中充分搅拌均匀即可。3 质量保证措施( 1) 配制好的环氧砂浆自加入固化剂起计时,必须要在 40 min 内用完。( 2) 采用天然河砂, 含泥量 0.2% , 泥块含量为0, 0.63 mm 方孔累计筛余为 0% 30% , 0.315 1 mm 方孔累计筛余为 40% 95% , 0.16 mm 方 孔 累 计 筛 余为 95% 以上。必须烘干。( 3) 止 水 带 粘 贴 必 须 位 置 准 确 、牢 固 , 粘 贴 和 紧固时间必须控制好, 避免因环氧砂浆固化而无法粘贴密实。(4) 止 水 带 粘 贴 固 紧 后 12 h 内 应 保 持 无 水 干爽状态。4成品保护措施( 1) 止 水 带 安 装 后 , 应 用 模 板 等 加 以 覆 盖 , 防 止下道工序施工时损坏止水带。( 2) 施 工 机 械 、钢 筋 等 重 物 不 能 压 在 止 水 带 上, 施工人员不能任意踩踏止水带, 以防止水带变形。( 3) 细 石 混 凝 土 浇 筑 前 应 对 止 水 带 进 行 一 次 全面检查, 发现问题及时处理后, 方可浇筑混凝 土。5结论结 构 缝 橡 胶 带 止 水 是 较 容 易 出 现 漏 水 现 象的, 除了提高施工工艺外, 出现个别的漏水情况只 有通过补救措施进行处理。采用外贴式橡胶止水带施工工艺对某隧道结 构缝橡胶止水带漏水现象进行补救处理, 通过现 场 48 h 蓄水及土方回填后 检 查 , 效 果 比 较 理 想 。 对类似漏水而又无法重新施工的结构缝, 可以起 到长远而有效的防水效果。2 . 2 配合比( 重量比)环 氧 树 脂 : 425 水 泥 : 砂 : 乙 二 胺 : 二 丁 脂 为1.00.883.00.10.2 。另外, 5 kg 环氧树脂配 15 ml 丙酮。2 . 3配制方法( 1) 环 氧 底 胶 料 的 配 制 方 法 与 环 氧 树 脂 胶 料上海长江隧道上行线提前一年多贯通5 月 28 日上午, 上海长江隧道上行线盾构进入长兴岛接收井。至此, 隧道股份公司提前一年多, 打通了“万里长江第一隧”。这也意味着, 世界最大直径的隧道在沪诞生。Tendering StageAbstr act:!
