系统说明(system description)一、 室内外消火栓系统:(indoor & outdoor fire hydrant system)参照GBJ1687(2001年版)建筑设计防火规范,室内消火栓设计水量10 L/s,室外消火栓设计水量45 L/s。本次工程室内外消火栓系统,火灾延续时间按2小时。同一时间内.的火灾次数均按1次,因此一次消防用水量为396 m。 According to GBJ1687(2001 edition)Code for Architectural Design Fire Fighting, fire water demand flow of indoor is 10L/s,and 45L/s of outdoor. Fire last time is 2 hours in this project ,and fire occurs just 1 time in the same time. The total demand of fire water is 396 m during the fire.室内外消火栓给水系统采用临时高压给水系统,由蓄水池、加压泵、供水管、阀门、室内消火栓、气压罐等组成。The hydrant system adopts provisional high pressure system which is composed of cistern, pressuring pump, air pressure tank, supply water pipe, valve and fire hydrant indoor, etc.蓄水池采用地下钢筋混凝土结构,贮存有消火栓系统所需消防水容积400 m3,室内室外消火栓加压水泵设电泵、柴油泵各一台,其中柴油泵为主泵,参数均为: Q=60 L/s,H=50m.H2O,自灌式吸水,设于地下水泵房内;气压给水设备一套,XQB-1.0/6.0-L气压罐有效水容积 6000L。The cistern adopts underground RC cistern, and effective dimension is 400m3, Pressuring water pump for both the fire hydrant indoor & outdoor has each set of electric pump and diesel pump, its parameters is: Q=60 L/s, H=50m.H2O, (the diesel pump is as standby) self-irrigated absorb in the fire protective water pump room which is underground. A set of water supply of air pressure , XQB-1.0/6.0-L, the effective dimension of the air pressure tank is 6000L.室内外消火栓系统全厂布置(包括实验楼、办公楼、厂房、仓库),明装管道采用镀锌钢管,卡箍连接;埋地管道采用球墨铸铁管,橡胶圈承插连接。The fire hydrant pipes are disposed all over of the factory area (including experiment building, office building, workshop, storage). The pipe exposure installed shall be galvanized steel pipe, connected by hoop clamp. The underground pipe shall be graphite cast iron pipe, connected by rubber washer and female connection.二、 灭火器配置系统:(Setup of fire extinguishers)参照GB501402005建筑灭火器配置设计规范。配置手提式磷酸铵盐干粉灭火器MF/ABC4,按中危险级设置。全厂布置。According to GB50140-2005,the requirements of the design standard for setup of fire extinguisher in architecture, the danger degree of fire extinguisher setup site in this project is middle-danger-level, It adopts phosphorus powder fire extinguisher mounted in corporated fire hydrant box or in fire extinguisher box. Setup site covers the whole factory. 三、喷淋系统: (fire sprinkler system)参照GB500842001自动喷水灭火系统设计规范及NFPA标准,办公楼实验楼按轻危险级设计,喷水强度4L/min.m2,作用面积160m2(办公楼面积450 m2,实验楼面积500 m2);厂区按中危险级级设计,喷水强度6L/min.m2,作用面积160m2(厂房面积1500 m2);仓库区按仓库危险级级设计,因仓库最大净空高度为9.75米,故采用早期抑制快速响应喷头,作用面积内开放的喷头数为12只,喷头最低工作压力为0.35MPa,(仓库面积4800 m2)。喷淋设计流量80L/S。火灾延续时间按1.5小时。同一时间内的火灾次数均按1次,因此一次消防用水量为432 m。According to GB500842001 The Design Code for Automatic Fire extinguish systemand MFPA standard, the office area shall be design as the light danger class, with the sprinkling density 4L/min.m2, , and the effective area 160m2(The area of office building is 450 m2 and 500 m2 of the experiment building ). The production factory shall be design as middle danger class, with the sprinkling density 6L/min.m2, and the effective area 160m2(Area of production factory is 1500 m2). The storage area shall be design as danger class of storage. As the height of headroom is 9.75m, it adopts rapid reaction first control sprayer system, open sprayer quantity is 12 in the effective area 160m2,the lowest pressure is 0.35MPa,(The area of the storage is 4800 m2). the design flow of the system is 80L/S.Fire last time is 1.5 hours, and fire occurs just 1 time in the same time. The total demand of fire water is 396 m during the fire.喷淋给水系统采用临时高压给水系统,由蓄水池、喷淋泵、稳压装置、湿式报警阀组、水流指示器、闭式喷头、管道、快速排气阀、末端放水试验装置等组成。The fire sprinkler system adopts provisional high pressure system which is composed of cistern, spraying pump , voltage regulator, wet-type alarming valve group, flow indicator, closed sprayer, pipeline, rapid exhauster and end discharging test device, etc.蓄水池采用地下钢筋混凝土结构,贮存有喷淋系统所需消防水容积432 m3,喷淋水泵设电泵、柴油泵各一台,其中柴油泵为主泵,参数均为: Q=80 L/s,H=60m.H2O,自灌式吸水,设于地下水泵房内;气压给水设备一套XQB-1.6/15.0-L,气压罐有效水容积 15000L。The cistern adopts underground RC cistern, and effective dimension is 400m3. The underground pipe shall be graphite cast iron pipe, connected by rubber washer and female connection.四、室内外生活给水系统:(Outdoor and indoor domestic water supply and drainage system参照GB500152003建筑给水排水设计规范,采用市政直供,其水源接自市政管网。According to GB500152003The Design Code for Architecture Water Supply and Drainage, the supply mode shall be civil direct supply, and the water resource is connected from the civil pipes.卫生间洗手盆用热水采用电热水器(容积80L)供水。卫生洁具采用美标,其中小便器为自动感应小便器。The heat water for toilet washing basin is from the electric water heater (with the capacity volume of 80).The sanitary facility shall be qualified by US standards, in which the urinary is automatic sensor urinary.淋浴间采用容积式电热水器供热水,每个淋浴头出水量360L/h记,出水温度按40设计。The heat water for shower room is from the electric water heater (vacuum electric water heater). Hourly water consumption of each shower tap is 360L/h, with the 40 hot water.管材采用无缝紫铜管,承插钎焊连接。所有管道用橡塑海绵管套保温。The pipes are seamless copper pipes connected in punch & weld. Rubber sponge pipe shield should be for heat preservation when roof ornament.五、 室内外生活污废水排水:(Outdoor and indoor domestic sew and waste water drainage)室内排水采用污废分流,管材采用UPVC排水管,粘接。室外生活污水经化粪池处理达到三级排放标准后排入厂区污水管网。 管材选用加筋UPVC排水管,承插连接。 The indoor water drainage is divided into sew water drainage and waste water drainage.
