further综采工作面瓦斯综合治理技术浅谈我矿综采工作面瓦斯治理技术摘要:随着工作面的推进,采煤工作面初次跨落,邻近煤层的瓦斯逐渐涌入采煤工作面,严重制约着我矿的安全生产;采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度增高,而且治理困难,通过采面通风系统的改造,合理选用瓦斯抽放方法,以及抽放系统的调整,取得了很好的效果。关键词:综采工作面;邻近层;上隅角;瓦斯综合治理和利用。一、概况(一 )、 综采工作面概况1802综采工作面位于习水县天合煤矿一采区C8煤层,工作面走向长约1000m,真倾斜平均长度120m;上部回风巷标高+982m,下部运输巷标高+954m。属于南翼第一区段,北翼为天合煤矿C8煤层1801采煤工作面采空区,南面为本矿和庆华煤矿的矿界保安煤柱,上部为本矿与庆华煤矿保安煤柱,下部为本矿下一区段,属原生煤体,未布置;煤层倾角1216本工作面布置为走向长壁后退式采煤工作面,采用综合机械化采煤,全部垮落法管理顶板。工作面采高为2.2m。图一:采煤工作面位置图 (二)、瓦斯来源1、本煤层瓦斯涌出我矿赋存煤层10余层,其中有工业价值的煤层3层。其编号自上而下为C5、C8、C12。C8煤层赋存较稳定,煤层结构简单,单一煤层;煤层伪顶为灰黑色炭质泥岩,厚约0.2m左右,随采随落,直接顶主要为灰黑色粉砂质页岩,厚1.0m,中部含植物根化石,上部含黄铁矿结核,老顶为浅灰色中粒砂岩,厚1.5m;煤层伪底为灰黑色粉砂质泥岩,厚0.5m,老底为灰黑色砂质页岩,厚0.69m,夹串珠状黄铁矿结核。经实测,C8煤层原始瓦斯含量7.0508m3/t,本煤层瓦斯涌出量约占工作面总涌出量的57%左右,为采煤工面主要瓦斯涌出量。2、邻近层瓦斯涌出上下邻近煤层离本开采层距离较近(约2325m),对本开采层瓦斯涌影响很大。其主要煤层为:C5煤层距本煤层25m左右,其厚度约2.0m,在回采过程中,随着直接顶垮落,将会有大量的瓦斯涌入采空区,约占工作面瓦斯涌出总量的23%,是采空区主要瓦斯涌出量。另外下部C12煤层距本煤层约28m,平均厚度1.9m;随着工作面回采,采空区垮落,其煤层瓦斯将进入采面采空区,影响工作面和上隅角瓦斯浓度,约占工作面瓦斯涌出总量的20%,也是次要瓦斯涌出之一。3、围岩瓦斯涌出因矿井煤层顶底板多为砂质泥岩及泥质页岩,顶板破碎,透气性好,但在回采后,应力重新分部后主要涌向采空区,影响采空区的瓦斯浓度,对工作面无太大影响,一并计入采空区。二、瓦斯综合治理技术措施(一)、通风系统1、风量的配置合理配置综采工作面的风量,根据风流流动规律,风量必须能够稀释正常采煤时,本煤层和采空区释放或者涌出的瓦斯,但又不能过大,避免风流流入采空区后携带出采空区大量的瓦斯。经计算,采面工作面配风量1000m3/min为宜。2、采煤工艺采煤工作面在正常推进时,进风侧(运输巷)必须超前回风侧(回风巷)10m以上。控制好采面的伪倾向长度,防止支架上窜和下滑且及时移架,采煤机不能因任何原因停留在工作面的上下端头,阻碍风流。3、采面控风设施在采煤工作面下安全出口的采空侧,设置临时风帐,随着切顶支护的移动而及时设置。减少风流进入采空区携带出大量的瓦斯。(二)、瓦斯抽放本矿在地面瓦斯抽放泵房安装了4台水环式瓦斯抽放泵,其中两台高负压(一台主用;一台备用):型号2BEC40,泵流量72m3/min,最低吸绝压:160hPa,电机功率:75kw,瓦斯抽放管主管管径300mm,干管管径200mm,前期对采煤工作面本煤层瓦斯进行抽放和后期对采空区的瓦斯进行抽放,两外两台低负压(一台主用;一台备用):型号2BEC40,泵流量81m3/min,最低吸绝压:160hPa,电机功率:90kw,瓦斯抽放管管径300mm,对采煤工作面上隅角的瓦斯进行抽放。1、本煤层瓦斯抽放在1802综采工作面运输巷掘进期间,沿煤层真倾斜方向实施上行钻孔,钻孔设计深度为100m;开孔间距3m;经过297天的瓦斯预抽,累计抽出量74.4172万m3。在回采前,经过采用DGC直接测定煤层瓦斯参数为:残余瓦斯含量最大值5.1632m3/t。煤层残余瓦斯压力最大值0.387MP。图二:采面本层瓦斯预抽钻孔布置图2、采面上隅角瓦斯抽放1802综采工作面采用U型通风方式,工作面的上隅角,容易积聚瓦斯,因为邻近层涌出的瓦斯大部分经过这里,而这里风速又比较小。另外,采空区瓦斯主要从工作面上隅角附近涌出,而上隅角附近又是风流出现涡旋的地点,采空区风流和工作面风流传质过程较弱,从而导致上隅角附近瓦斯浓度超限。在采面的上隅角用粘土构筑一道厚度不小于0.5隔离墙,隔断上隅角采空区风流汇入工作面的途径,然后采用低负压瓦斯抽放管抽放上隅角瓦斯。墙体长度一端紧贴回风巷上帮煤壁,另一端靠拢采煤工作面上端头支架,在砌墙时,必须用断丝钳剪掉回风巷上帮煤壁锚网,从而达到隔离墙紧贴煤壁,用单体液压支护加固墙体,并且用风帐掩护好,杜绝因抽放形成负压后,采面的风流流入上隅角,影响抽放效果。采用低负压瓦斯抽放管,管径300mm,接入隔离墙靠采空区侧1-2m的位置处。图三:采面上隅角隔离墙瓦斯抽放布置图3、采空区埋管抽放在采空区埋设一条管径200mm的硬质瓦斯抽放管,每隔6m安设一条管径为50mm的瓦斯抽放支管,支管高度控制在0.81.2m之间,而且支管的末端制成锥形,管体布满直径为34mm的小孔,以便于瓦斯抽放,支管安装完成后必须固定在回风巷上帮煤壁的锚杆上,防治采空垮落,砸坏支管,影响抽放效果,接抽在1802采煤工作面回风巷高负压抽放管上。用作抽放采煤工作面采空区瓦斯。图四:采空区埋管抽放布置图 4、回风巷上帮倾向钻场采空区高位抽放在回风上帮钻场与采面回风巷垂直布置在上帮煤体中,钻场深度5米,宽度3米,钻场底部高于回风巷底部1.9m;钻场高度2.5m。根据现场地质情况合理布置钻场间距,一般20m,但必须与回风巷下帮钻场交错布置。上钻场设计详见图五:回风巷上帮钻场设计上钻场钻孔设计参数,根据C8煤层顶板的岩石特性,采面采空区顶板垮落弧线和高度情况,钻孔设计控制回风巷下帮煤壁线3m处,顶板之上8.5m的位置。走向范围控制回风巷走向方向2030m。开孔布置在钻场的直接顶上,间距0.3m,终孔间距3m,呈扇形布置。详见图六图六:采面高位钻场钻孔布置图钻场必须超前而且垂直布置在回风巷上帮煤体中,安装直径为50mm的瓦斯抽放管支管,并配备50mm闸阀,法轮盘连接。安装直径200mm,高度1.2m的汇流器,在靠近汇流器的顶端分支管侧安装一个闸阀,汇流器的安装形式必须为立式,并且安装位置必须靠近高位钻场的上帮煤壁,以便在钻场进入隔离墙后,打开闸阀,抽放采空区汇入高位钻场内的瓦斯,接抽在1802回风巷高负压抽放主管上。其用途主要为随着采面的推进,开始抽放采空区裂隙带和垮落带的高浓度瓦斯,在钻场进入采空区后,钻孔集中在采空区回风巷煤壁切顶线的高位位置,始终对采空区的瓦斯进行持续抽放,另外高位钻场内的闸阀小孔,对汇入钻场内的高浓度瓦斯进行持续抽放,降低采空区瓦斯浓度,杜绝采空区瓦斯窜入采掘工作面,详见图七。图七:回风巷上帮钻场布置图钻场的施工主要的是支护工作,除了正常锚杆、锚网支护外,还必须施工三条长度为6米的锚索,顶板破碎时还必须在钻场口架设木垛,钻孔施工的开孔必须布置在钻场的直接顶上,保证钻场随着采面推进进入采空区后,钻场、钻孔的完整。其次就是钻场支管和埋管的连接装置必须用矸石掩护,不能因为采空区顶板的垮落砸坏抽放支管。其次保证钻场进入采空区后,闸阀孔必须及时打开。5、回风巷下帮走向钻场采空区高位瓦斯抽放走向高位钻场垂直布置在1802回风巷下帮煤体中,钻场高度2.2m,长度3m,宽度3m。为了保证瓦斯抽放的延续性、稳定性,每个钻场间距20m。钻孔呈两排布置,每排5个,共10个,高度控制在采面煤壁之上7m和10m的位置。平距控制在回风巷下帮煤壁线之下6m范围内。开孔布置在钻场破顶后的顶板岩石中,排距0.4m,竖距0.3m,终间距1.5m,孔深约42米,覆盖上一钻场20m。详见图八图八:回风巷下帮钻场钻孔布置图引流管采用管径50mm瓦斯抽放支管,安装配套导流管,以便及时测定瓦斯参数,掌握钻孔的抽放情况,接抽在采面高负压抽放管上。在特殊地质条件下,根据情况合理调整钻孔参数。用途主要是沿着回风巷走向,抽放采空区裂隙带和垮落带的瓦斯,抽放采面上隅角顶部采空区瓦斯。施工钻孔参数时,严格按照参数施工。安装抽放管时,保证接头严密不漏气。否则都会很明显的影响抽放效果。三、瓦斯利用随着社会日新月异的发展,保护环境,节能减排,建设绿色矿山,对煤矿企业而言,这不仅仅是义务,更是一种责任,是社会赋予的使命,是煤矿企业安全、高效、稳定发展的必然。从采煤工作采煤以来,1802综采工作面每个月的瓦斯抽放纯量:35万立方米,可供一台至两台瓦斯发电机组发电,平均每月发电4.8万kwh。真正做到了变害为宝。四、瓦斯治理效果分析(一)、通风构筑合理的通风系统,并配备合理的风量,既能稀释采面采煤时的瓦斯浓度,又不带出采空区的瓦斯,这给采面上隅角和采空区瓦斯治理搭建了一个合理治理平台。(二)、本层瓦斯抽放1802综采工作面本煤层钻孔于2013年3月15日开始施工,至2013年12月21日结束。1802运输顺槽施工钻孔312个,钻尺18720m。本煤层钻孔始抽于2013年3月20日,截止2014年1月5日,预抽时间292天,累计抽出瓦斯纯量74.4172万m3。抽放后经实测,1802采煤工作面C8煤层残余瓦斯含量最为5.1632m3/t。煤层残余瓦斯压力为0.387MPa。大大减少了采煤时本煤层的瓦斯涌出量。(三)、上隅角瓦斯抽放工作面在正常的推进时,采空区顶板垮落后,邻近层的瓦斯也随着煤体垮落,大量涌向采煤工作面,低负压抽放系统在采面上隅角隔离墙里,发挥抽放流量大的特点,持续抽放汇入上隅角的瓦斯。经实测,上隅角当时最大抽放瓦斯纯量为:6.351m3/min,瓦斯浓度14.5%,隔离墙随着采面的推进及时搬移,保证隔离墙内的有效抽放空间,阻断了采空区风流和采面风流的正常交汇途径,给上隅角瓦斯抽放创造抽放空间和抽放高浓度瓦斯的条件。(四)、回风巷下帮钻场瓦斯抽放根据矿山压力的规律,在回采的工程中,工作面顶板岩石周围,在垂直方向上形成3个带,即弯曲下沉带;裂隙带;冒落带,回风巷下帮走向钻场钻孔终孔处在采空区冒落带,也抽走由于采动应力产生的裂隙带的瓦斯。然后随着采面的推进,高度离采面煤壁顶板距离越来越近,抽放效果也会随之衰减,所以必须及时施工下一钻场钻孔使之覆盖。在回风巷走向方向上形成了一个连续不断的瓦斯抽放途径,保证了瓦斯抽放的延续性和稳定性。减小了采面瓦斯治理的难度。经实测,回风巷下帮钻场最高瓦斯抽放纯量6.5m3/min,最高瓦斯浓度89.1%。一般瓦斯浓度在40%70%。抽放量随着采面的采动变化,适当变化。(五) 采面回风巷上帮钻场采面回风巷上钻场,在我矿的瓦斯治理上,起到了关键性的作用,利用了采面采空区的三维空间,早期作用和走向钻场类似,抽走采面采空区垮落带和裂隙带瓦斯,在进入采空区后,在采空区钻孔恰好控制在采面与回风巷煤壁切顶线处,距采面采空区上帮底板之上5.2米的高度,抽走采空区绝大部分聚集的瓦斯,汇流器的小孔也能抽走积聚在钻场内的高浓度瓦斯。随着采面的推进,采空区的垮落,采空区上帮5米多高的地方,每隔大约3米的位置,就有一个瓦斯抽放孔,配合位置适当低位的钻场空间和埋管支管抽放,使采空区的瓦斯无处积聚,大大的降低了采空区的瓦斯浓度,保证钻场在进入采空后的完整性,钻场的支护特别重要。锚杆锚网加上锚索支护是关键。另外钻孔平距控制在回风巷下帮煤壁线3米处,保证了钻孔的有效性,防治采空区顶板垮落时留下的垮落弧线,降低钻孔的有效抽放量。经实测,接抽在采空区埋管上后,共计抽放的瓦斯纯量最高为5.1546m3/min;瓦斯浓度为40.0%。(六)、采空区埋管抽放采空区埋管,在工作面顶板初次垮落时,效果不是很明显,但随着工作面的推进,采空区邻近层瓦斯的涌入,采面采空去下侧的瓦斯都会积聚到采空区上部,埋管抽放的支管就开始发挥抽放瓦斯的作用,埋管抽放支管每隔6m一个,有效地抽放了采空区的瓦斯。安装抽放支管时,必须固定牢固,防治顶板垮落,砸坏支管,影响抽放效果。采取以上瓦斯综合治理技术措施后,1802综采工作面的瓦斯得到了有效控制,抽放瓦斯纯量约在在79m3/min。1802综采工作面瓦斯浓度均在0.100.9%之间。真正杜绝了1802综采工作面上隅角瓦斯超限。五、结论在从调整通风系统,配备合理的风量稀释瓦斯浓度和在采面空间构建三维瓦斯抽放系统两个方面,针对性的制定了综采面瓦斯治理技术方案,在综采面回采过程中,取得了很好的效果,实现了综采面回风流瓦斯浓度低于1.0%的管理,为矿井安全、高效生产创造了条件。后附1802综采工作面瓦斯治理瓦斯抽放布置图(一)、从瓦斯的来源,采区分源治理是瓦斯治理的根本途径。(二)、分析瓦斯赋存情况及含量,有针对性采取措施,合理分配瓦斯抽放量,加大抽放力度,控制了采空区瓦斯向工作面和采面回风流的涌入。(三)、邻近层瓦斯含量大,根据采煤工作面顶板的岩性和顶板垮落的情况,充分利用高位钻场瓦斯抽放的规律和特点,选择合理的抽放层位,加大采空区瓦斯的抽放力度,减少邻近层瓦斯向工作面涌入,是治理采面瓦斯的有效办法。(四)、上隅角隔离墙低负压瓦斯抽放,利用隔离的方法,这里是防止采空区瓦斯涌入采面回风巷的最后一道防线,利用瓦斯抽放产生负压,在风流产生涡流的地方,引导采空区风流。及时抽放高浓度瓦斯,对瓦斯治理治理起到了必不可少的作用。(五)、埋管抽放和采空区的高位抽放,充分利用了瓦斯质量比空气轻的特点,以及瓦斯在采空区分布特点,对采空区瓦斯持续,稳定抽放,在1802综采面瓦斯治理中起到了关键性的作用。(六)、在综采工作面正常的采煤工程中,必须注意几个问题:1、由于邻近层瓦斯涌出量大,必须加强瓦斯抽放泵的日常管理工作,一旦发生故障,导致抽放工作系统不能正常运行,综采工作面就很容易瓦斯超限,一旦瓦斯超限,必须严格按照规定执行撤人、断电、设岗制度,避免发生瓦斯事故。2、必须及时测风,随时掌握工作面风量的配备情况,合理的风量配备是综采工作面的瓦斯抽放的前提。3、回风上钻场的位置,必须与下钻场交错布置,并且最好布置在综采面顶板周期来压的步距左右。这样对采空区顶板大面积垮落时涌出的瓦斯能及时抽放。4、由于回风巷下帮钻场,是沿走向布置的倾斜钻孔,所以其抽放效果会随着采煤工作面的推进衰减,所以第二个钻场钻孔必须及时覆盖,确保钻孔抽放的延续,避免在走向方向存在无钻孔的间隙带。5、严格钻场位置、规格以及钻场、钻孔参数的施工。否则都将会影响瓦斯抽放的效果,容易引起综采工作面的瓦斯超限。6、综采工作面的采煤方法也是瓦斯治理的核心,支架必须控制好,严禁上窜下移,破坏瓦斯治理平台或者损坏回风巷的采空区埋管。我们也曾经手足无措过,也曾请相关专家会诊过,经过我矿全矿干职的努力探索。终于成功实现了1802综采工作面的瓦斯的成功治理,为我矿的安全、高效生产奠定了坚实的基础。to
