电力企业论文：电力企业设备点检定修制管理模式的研究【中文摘要】随着我国改革开放的不断深入.中国电力工业尽管取得了举世瞩成就,面对“厂网分开,竞价上网”的电力市场形势,降低发电成本,保持低成本运营是每一个发电企业都必须考虑的重大问题。发电企业只有通过向管理要效益、向成本要效益,充分挖掘企业内部潜力,提高企业的整体素质和市场竞争力,才能使企业得以生存和发展。电力企业为增强竞争力,通过运用先进的管理模式和管理新技术来提升设备管理水平,降低设备维修成本,已成为各电厂的共识。本文以兵团上市公司-天富热电股份公司为对象,运用比较分析和规范研究相结合的方法,对天富热电股份公司下属电厂设备检修管理的模式进行研究。文章的基本框架是：第一,深入分析问题提出的背景,总结本研究的重要意义和主要研究方法,提炼研究思路框架,并对本文的创新和不足进行简要的论述。第二,对本文涉及的设备检修发展历程及设备检修四种模式的涵义进行界定,并对四种设备检修管理模式的不足和优势进行了论述,对电力企业设备检修管理模式的现状和发展趋势进行简要论述。第三,深入分析了天富热电股份公司电厂设备检修管理的现状,对天富西热电厂和天富南热电厂采用不同的设备检修管理模式存在的问题及原因进行了对比分析,认为点检定修是天富电厂设备检修发展的现实需要。第四,分析应用点检定修模式可能出现的问题,并进一步提出解决对策。本文所阐述的在电力企业推行点检定修管理模式不仅对天富热电股份公司实际管理工作有一定的指导意义,同时对其它电力企业也有一定的借鉴意义。本文的创新点在于以天富电厂检修管理现状为事实根据,全面深入分析西热电厂计划检修出现的“过修”、南热电厂试运行点检定修出现“欠修”的现状,指出在天富电厂实行点检定修势在必行,并提出了实行点检定修的构想,且对应用点检定修模式可能出现的问题给出了解决对策。【英文摘要】With the deepening of Chinas reform and opening up, Chinas power industry despite the remarkable achievements made in the face of “separation of grid, bidding” electricity market situation, reduce power costs, maintain a low cost operation is a power plant must consider the major issues.
