牛津初中英语7BUnit 4 Amazing thingsComic strip and welcome to the unit 教学设计一、教材分析1、教学内容分析 本课是牛津英语7B Unit 4 第一课时导入课。本节课通过对奇特事物的了解与学习，积发学生的学习积极性，并能用正确的形容词来描述自己感兴趣的事情或令人惊奇的事。在教学活动中采用小组活动、集体讨论和课堂表演等方法，来激发学生的积极性，提高学生的语言能力、合作精神和创新精神，让学生自主的去学习，真正做到“先学，后教”原则，达到学以致用的目的。2、设计思路新课程标准提出英语课堂中要体现以学生为主体，尊重个体差异，要以学生的心理特点以及他们的兴趣爱好为根本，在每个环节上充分考虑学生的要求。在突出以学生为主体的课堂上，又要能激发学生的学习兴趣，同时注重培养学生的学习能力和一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写的技能。Teaching Aims:Knowledge Aims:1. Students answer: Its amazing /surprising/strange.Help students to learn new words: amazing 、surprising、strange.2.Teacher tells students that the world around us is full of amazing things.3.Let students discuss the amazing things they know in the world. （教学设计说明：当学生看到体操运动员做出的一系列高难度的优美动作时，会感到惊奇与不可思议，在新单词的学习上会有很大的帮助。）Step 2: Presentation.1.Show a picture of part A on page 61 .Then asks students:What can you see in the picture?After they answering,show new words and phrases:I can see lightning.I can see some plants/plant life.2.Show the other pictures,then let students ask and answer in pairs . eg:What can you see in the picture?
