V-belt and reducer ect. The structure of reducer refer to Fig3.采用二级齿轮传动,第一级为螺旋圆锥齿轮传动,第二级为圆柱齿轮传动。The retarder adopts two gear to drive. First is spiraltooth bevel. Other is cylindrical-shaped gear.上箱体设有通气塞,用于箱体内外空气的平衡,每对齿轮啮合的部位都设有观察The upper gear box with ventilation plug for the balance of the air inside and outside. The site of each pair of meshing gears are equipped with observation windows.窗,用于观察齿轮和啮合及润滑情况。减速器的底部设有磁性油塞,用于捕捉润For observation the lubrication of gears and meshing. The bottom of the reducer have a magnetic oil plug. Used to capture the iron filings in oil .滑油中的铁屑,减少齿轮和轴承的磨损,提高其使用寿命。每次减速器更换油时,to reduce wear and tear with Gears and bearings. The rest of the gear and bearing lubricate系统供油润滑。by the lubrication system.32 立柱(Column)立柱固定在底盘上,是盘下减速器和盘上刮板装置的传动联接部分,主轴上的轴承靠油泵供油润滑。立柱结构见图4The stand column fixed on the chassis. It is the link part of the decelerator and the plow. The axletree on the main spindle bubrication depend on the oil pump. The stand column refer to Fig433润滑系统(Lubricating system)该混砂机的减速器采用稀油集中润滑,其余则采用干油润滑。In this mixer ,the centralized oil lubrication is adopted in the reducer and grease is in use for the others.减速器的润滑装置见图5。齿轮泵1将压力油经压力继电器3和分油器8送到减速器的各轴承和齿轮啮合的润滑点。润滑后减速器内的润滑油经回油管4回到油箱,从而形成一循环的润滑系统。The lubricating device of reducer is shown as Fig5. gear pump 1 delivers the oil to every oiling site of bearings and gear meshing through pressure relay 3 and distributor 8 .the oil in reducer return to oil tank through tube 4 so as to form a cycle system.为了保证减速器下轴承能得到良好的润滑,减速器内必须保持一定的油液高度。回油管在减速器和油箱之间起着连通管的作用,所以减速器和油箱内的油处于相同的液面高度。该设计中油箱安装高度也保证了二者的油标指示的液位相同,用户不要随意改变油箱的安装位置。To ensure the lower bearings of reducer to have good lubricating, the oil in reducer should be kept in a certain level As the return tube 4 plays as a communicating pipe so the height of oil level in tank and reducer is the same . In this design the installed height of oil tank can ensure the same oil level indicated by the oil leveler of reducer and oil tank. It is to be noted never change the installed height of oil tank.油箱的加油口2设有过滤网。加油时拆下加油口上的通气塞即可加油。加入的油可通过回油管进入减速器并保持减速器和油箱的液面相同。There is a filter screen in the inlet 2 of the oil tank. while filling oil disconnec the vent plug on inlet that the oil can be filled part of the oil will get into reducer through return tube and keep the same lever between reducer and oil tank.更换油时,用户可在排油阀6上联接一段导管并接通油桶,打开排油阀则油箱和减速器内的油即可排出。A vent valve 6 is used for changing the oil while changing oil a piece of soft pipe can be used for linking the vent valve and oil drum open the vent valve. the oil in reducer and oil tank is drained out together.图3(Fig 3)1.磁性油塞(Magnetic oil plug) 2.箱盖(cover) 3.小螺旋锥齿轮(Small spiral bevel gear)4.密封压盖(Sealing gland) 5.轴承套(Bearing sleeve) 6.大螺旋锥齿轮(Large spiral bevel gear) 7.齿轮轴(Gear shaft) 8.齿轮(Gear) 9.轴(Shaft) 10. 齿轮(Gear) 11.箱体(Box body)图4 立柱(Stand column)1.套(Sleeve) 2.毡圈(Felt ring) 3.立柱套(Column sleeve) 4.轴(Shaft) 5.轴承(Bearing) 6.齿轮(Gear)压力继电器见图6。在正常工作情况下,具有一定压力的润滑油从活塞的左侧进入油缸,推动活塞向右运动,其活塞将行程开关接通。主电机启动。当油泵发生故障或油管漏油时,润滑油的压力降低,这时在弹簧力的作用下活塞恢复原位。行程开关触点断开,主电机断电,混砂机停止工作。这样可以保证混砂机在工作中处于良好的润滑状态。The structure of the pressure relay is shown in Fig 6 . In normal condition , the luboil with a certain pressure tets into oil cylinder from left, end of piston and pushes it moving, and then the piston rod makes the limit switch: ON . the main motor can be started. If some troubles are appeared in oil pump or oil tube , the pressure of luboil is decreased, and the piston is cut off and the mixer is stopped working. So as to ensure the machine perfect in lubricating curing operation.用户在设计混砂机的电器控制时,应特别注意油泵电机与主电机之间的连锁关系。且应使油泵电机比主电机先启动,但迟于主电机停止。While design electric controlling by user, it is to be noted the interlock between oil pump motor and main motor , that is the oil pump motor isstarted before the main motor but it is stopped after the main motor34 机体(Body)机体由支腿、底盘、取样器和围圈等组成,见图7。围圈的对称位置设有两个工作门,断电和停机后可以打开工作门对混砂机构进行检查或维修。注意:在混砂机工作过程中,不要随便打开工作门。The body is composed of landing leg, chassis, sample and enclosure ect. Refer to Fig 7. there are twosymmetrical overhaul doors on it After the power supply is cut off and the machine is stopped, the overhaul door can be opened for cleaning or maintaining.Note: while the machine in operation, Do not open the overhaul door randomly.围圈的下部设有取样器,见图8。 取样时,顺时针旋转手轮,挡钩脱离取样筒的锁紧块时向外拉手轮,即可取样,取样完毕,将手轮推回并逆时针锁紧。机盆的内衬圈为不锈钢板制作,底盘上铺设大理石平板,平整、磨擦阻力小,使用寿命长。 注意:安装和维修时,不要用锤子敲打或重物撞击大理石板。The sampler is set at the low part of enclosure, refer to Fig 8 .when sampling ,turning handwheel clockwise pull the handwheel while the hook is departed from the lock block and the sand sample can be take. After sampleing, push the handwheel back and turn it counterclockwise tightly.The inner enclosure of the pan is made of stainless and the lining board on chassis is made of Marble boards. Its resistance force is less and the service life may be prolonged .To be note dont knock this lining board with hammer and no heavy parts strike it 。内衬圈与底盘之间的夹角处,采用特种填料制成圆弧,具有不粘砂和易清理的特点,耐磨性也很好,清理机盆时不允许用锤子或其金属工具敲击此填角。In the corner between inner enclosuer and chassis a new type of filling material is in use for forming fillert Its features are not easy to adhere sand and easy to clean , as well as good in resiring wearing图6压力继电器 (Fig 6 Pressure relay)1&5. 端盖(cover) 2.油缸(Cylinder) 3.活塞(Piston)4.弹簧(Spring) 6.行程开关(Limit switch)图7机体(Fig. 7 Body)1.底盘(Chassis) 2.混凝土(Concrete) 3.填料圆角(Filler) 4.大理石板(Marble Plate)5. 内衬圈 (Inner enclosure) 6.检修门(Overhaul door) 7. 迷宫密封(Maze seal)35转子机构(Rotator Mechanism)转子机构见图9。转子机构固定在围圈横梁上,电动机经三角皮带和减速器驱动转子旋转,减速器的上部轴承采用锂基润滑脂润滑,下轴承和齿轮采用稀油润滑。减速器骨的润滑油量用油标显示。The structure of rotator refer to Fig 9。 They are fixed on the cross-beam of enclosuer and driven separately by motor through V-belt and gear reducer The hearings in upper part of the gear reducer are lubricated with lithium base grease The bearings in lower part and gears are lubricated with lubricant oil The oil level can be indicated by oil leveler。 转子体与减速器输出轴之间用法兰盘联接,维修和装配后应检查转子轴下端的径向跳动工超过1mm,以保证转子工作平稳。The rotator body and output shaft of gear reducer are connected with flange After maintaining and assembling it check if radial runout in low end of rotator shaft is less than 1mm Thus can ensure the rotator working steadly 。 转子的叶片堆焊了碳化钨硬质合金,使用寿命长,叶片磨损后可以更换,更换时应注意叶片的安装方向,不要装反,否则会严重影响叶片的使用寿命。The surface of rotator blades is pile welded with tungsten carbide to ensure its service life better After the blades are worn ,it should be changed with a new one To be noted ,be sure not assemble it in reverse If not its service life will be shorten seriously。36 卸砂门(Unloading sand gate) 该机采用手动水平回转式卸料门,门板扇形,可与轴一起在轴承内转动,结构形式见图10。本卸料门卸料快,结构简单,易损件少。当混制的型砂合格后,旋转卸砂门手把,盆内的砂有刮板的推动下,从卸料门迅速卸出。The machine adoption manually discharge gate. The discharge gate is fan-shaped. with shaft rotation in the bearing. refer to Fig 10. The discharge gate discharge fast, simple structure, less wearing parts. When the mixer mixed sand passing. Revolving the handle of the discharge gate for unloading sand.图9 转子机构(Rotator device)1. 齿轮轴(Gear shaft) 2. 皮带轮(Belt wheel) 3. 轴(Shaft) 4. 箱盖(Cover) 2. 5. 齿轮(Gear) 6. 箱体(Gear box) 7. 转子体(Rotator body) 3. 8. 叶片(Blade)图10 出砂门(Fig 10 Discharge sand gate)1.门框(Doorframe) 2.门板(Door board) 3.保护套(Protector jacket)4.油嘴(Oil Cup) 5.轴(Shaft) 6.手把(Handle)3.7刮板装置及喷水装置(Plow Device and water sprayer Device)刮板装置由十字头、刮板体、内刮板及外刮板组成。刮板上面焊有碳化钨硬质合金,使用过程中经常检查刮板与底盘或内衬圈之间的间隙,间隙过大时应及时调整。当刮板上的硬质合金接近全部磨损时应及时更换新刮板。The plow device is composed of cross head, plow body, inner plow and outer plow etc.On the working periphery of plow is pile welded with tungsten carbide hard alloy. During working, it should be constantly check clearence between the plow and chassis or inner enclosure . it should bead justed if the clearence is large .while the alloy is approached for wearing out. A new one should be changed timely.该机设有两个喷水咀,水压大于100Kpa时喷出的水为雾状,有利于提高混砂机的混砂效果。Two watering spraies are set in the machine. If water pressure is over 100Kpa. It can form atomization. It is useful for improving mixing efficiency of the mixer.加水装置根据用户的需要,请在定货时注明。Water dosing device is not consisted in the machine. If necessary, it should be stated by customer while ordering.4. 机器的搬运及安装(Transportation and Installation)41 机器的搬运(Transportation)411 搬运机器之前要阅读本设备的技术文件,了解设备的重量,选择正确的吊挂部位和吊具。Before transporting study this document carefully, know about the net weight of the machine and select the position of hoisting and lifting tool correctly.412 搬运时卸砂门应处于关闭的位置。While lifting, the discharging door should be closed.413 吊运时钢丝绳上端应挂在平衡臂上,以防止钢丝绳挤压围圈而导致变形。While lifting, the balance arm should be in use for hoisting the wire rope so as to avoid the wire rope pressing the enclosure of mixer so as leading to deforming.414 吊运时,不允许吊挂十字头、电机座和卸料门。It is not allowed hanging the crosshead, motor base plate and discharging door while lifting.415 吊运时机器应平整。Keep level while lifting the machine.42 安装(Installation)421 机器固定在混凝土基础上或钢结构上,安装在钢结构上时,支承件必须有足够的钢度,图11为混凝土基础尺寸图。The mixer can be securely installed on concrete base or steel frame.If steel frame is adopted it must be rigid sufficiently. Fig 11 shows the dimensions of concrete foundation of the mixer.422 在安装期间,吊运机器必须小心,如果吊挂安装转子的横梁、转子电机或卸料门将会发生事故。Care must be taken during lifting the machine. If lifting the beam or rotor motors or discharging door, the trouble will be occurred.423 设计电气控制时,应符合本技术文件中电控原理图的要求,即检修门打开后机器必须停止,且无法开启。油泵电机起动后主电机才能起动,否则将有可能发生危险。While designing the controlling system of molding sand prepare-tion it ought to accord with the requirements in schematic of electrical control in this document. That is : when the repair door opened the machine must be stop running,and can not runing . when the oil pump motor starte then the main motor starte .if not it may cause damage.5、安全和防护(Safety and protection)51 一般要求(General require)511 该设备的设计中已考虑了相应的安全和防护装置,以保证操作者的安全,且在设备制成后和发货前进行了检查。Suitable safety and protection device ar incorporated in the design of the mixer, to ensure the safety of the operator. Check the device after manufacture prior to the mixer being dispatched.512 用户和操作者在使用该机器之前,必须对技术文件认真地阅读和掌握。customer and operator should read and well know this document before carrying out any work on or use the mixer.513 机器运转之前必须对防护装置进行检查。对防护系统中的任何失误必须在机器投入运转之前进行补救。The safety and protection devices are to be checked before operating the machine Any fault occurring in the protecting device must remedied before starting of production.514 使用过程中定期检查安全防护装置是否可靠。During operation, check regularly to see if the safety and protection devices are reliable.515 机器必须由专门的工作人员操作,未经许可其它人员不得开动机器。The machine must be operated by appointed person. No person is allowed to operate the machine if he is not permitted.52 电的安全要求(Requirement of electric control)521 供电的主开关须采用带人工锁的开关,当设备停止工作时将主开关锁住。The main switch with a personal padlock must be used on power supoly. While the machine is finished to work in a day, the main switch must be locked off.522 机器开始工作时,有提示灯进行提醒。When the machine start to works, there are remind lamps on.523 当操作人员进入机器进行清理或维修时,供电主开关和控制柜的主开关用人工锁锁住,并挂上标志卡。While the operator enters the machine for cleaning or maintaining, the main switches of power supply and electrical cabinet must be cut off and locked with personal padlock, as well as a personal safety tag is necessary .53 混砂机构维修或清理底盘后,必须仔细检查并取走工具,不得将其遗落在机盆内,以免开机后发生危险。After cleaning or maintaining, check carefully to see if that tools or other auxiliary parts are lost in pan of the mixer. Otherwise the mixer may be damaged.54 定期检查检修门(工作门)上行程开关是否工作可靠。Reriodic inspection the travel switch on the access door , and the working is reliable.55 在机器工作的过程中不得随便打开检修门,否则造成故障停机。During operation it is mot allowed to open the overhaul door randomly, otherwise it may cause trouble or accident.56 机器工作过程中,不得用手或其他东西触摸机器的运动零件。During operation, do not contact turning parts or the machine with hand or other.6、试验运转(Trial running)61 空载运转(No-load running)611 试运转前,必须认真阅读本说明书并对机器的性能有全面的了解。Before operation, the operator should study this document and well know the properties of the mixer612 将机盆清理干净,不要把工具和任何物件遗留在机盆内,以免发生危险。Clean the pan of the mixer thoroughly. To be noted do not leave tools and other parts in the pan to prevent the machine from being damaged.613 检查混砂机各联接部分的螺栓是否有缺失,用手推动十字头,检查是否转动灵活。刮板、十字头、底盘和围圈之间要有一定的间隙。Check the mixer to see if there is any bolt losed turn one crosshead with hands to see if it is flexible to rotate, as well as there is obstruction between ploughes and chassis or the liner of enclosure.614 油箱内加润滑油至油标的液位线,启动油泵电机,检查润滑系统工作是否正常,有无漏油现象,压力继电器工作是否正常。Fill lubricating oil into the oil tank and check the oil level to see if it is suitable. Start the oil pump motor to see if the lubricating system works normally, or there are not leakage, as wellas if the pressure relay is normal.615 转动出砂门,检查出料门旋转是否灵活。Rotation the discharge gate .check out the discharge gate is a flexible.616 机器空载连续运转4小时,在此期间注意检查各联接件是否有松动,减速器是否有不正常的噪声。打开和关闭卸料门多次,检查其是否工作灵活。The mixer runs continuously for 4 hours in no-load. During this period,check every part instantly to see if there are looseness. Check if the noise in the reducer is out of normal. Open and close the discharging door for several times to see if it is flexible.62 负荷运转(Load running)621 空载运转4小时后,加入700Kg的砂子进行负荷运转,负荷运转2小时,以便将机盆抛光。After no-load running for 4 hours, feed 700Kg used sand to run 2 hours for finishing the pan of mixer.622 负荷运转后,将机盆全部检查一遍,如果润滑油脏则更换新油,并将过滤网和磁性油塞进行清洗。经过试运转和检查全部正常后,可以进行生产操作。After
