Deposited the WPC in outdoors should package completely and stack in level up, avoid insolation and distortion.5. Because of the WPC friction coefficient is less than hardwood floor, when transit you should not put on the WPC, in order to avoid destroying the floor surface.Installation1. In the base case, joists need 30 to 50cm intervals when install Hualong WPC (according to the size of products).2Tapping screw wears well, the first choice of installing Hualong WPC.3You have to bore holes in advance before installation, and the holes diameter should be less than three quarters of nail and bolt.4When the width is greater than 10mm, each end should use two bolts to fix. In some particular environment or super-normal loading conditions (eg, bathhouses), the interstice should be shorter.GapBecause of drainage, sweep, slight heat expansion, and contraction, etc. there should be some proper interstice among the edges and the ends.Edge 4mmThe interstice among the ends are up to the length of the products, the coefficient of heat expansion (0.910-4), and the local highest temperature. Dont fix the products directly on any solid surface, such as concrete, roof board, and so on.（1）Hualong WPC, when used as balustrade, should be lined with steel tube or square steel, also firmly with the terrace, every 450mm interstice need to be lined to keep from distortion and falling.（2）When used as arbor or flowerpot, you must take coefficient of heat expansion into consideration, and line with square tube between upright post and transom, also link firmly in vertical.（3）Hualong WPC material has some definite plastic characteristic, so when the length is longer than 3m, the product will have a little bend, it will be proofreaded normally.（4）When install the products uprightly, and the length is longer than 3m, each end should be fixed up with 4 snails, and the vertical interstice should longer than 40cm in order to stress averagely for 4 snails.The selectivity of UV-531, if the clients demand, the color fading will be 20% more or less, if do not use, it will be 60% more or less. Its up to you.Rinse1. The pollution of tools, mildew, berry and defoliation: using detergent with sodium hypochlorite.2. Remove rust and dust: using abluent with phosphoric acid.3. Remove oil and grease, etc. with a suitable detergent or degreaser4.
