Equalizer connection system in the buildings and all the devices which require grounding (e.g. the places of separating PE and N wires in LV switchgear) should be connected to the main ground buses. Verifying measurement of earth installation should be made and measurement report ought to be prepared after having done the works.5.5.33 Lightning protection The lightning protection covering the roof surface shall be provided for the building including its components installed on the roof. The surge arresters shall be connected with foundation earth terminals (with spacing as per column grid, however max. 15m).Book of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure图 Figure: Lightning system For lightning system and terminals of equipotential buses, foundation earth electrode should be designed. Connections of lightning system and earthing system should be executed as bolt control joint for resistance measurements. The earthing flat bars are to be laid directly in soil and shall be made of stainless steel. The same requirement shall be met for outlets points in concrete.5.5.34 Electric shock protection Receiving electrical systems have to be done in the system of TN-S network. As a system of protection against the electric shock the automatic fast tripping of supply and local equipotential installation are to be used. They will be realized in plug socket circuits by using earth leakage circuit-breaker with residual current equal to 30mA. All conductive structures shall be integrated with the potential compensation system. The potential compensation (equipotential) buses shall be installed in direct vicinity of the sub switchgears or main switchgears. In order to enable the connection of system components, at least one potential compensation bus shall be provided in every equipment room. Sufficient number of the foundation earth terminals shall be provided and their accessibility after the installation of the systems shall be ensured.5.5.35 Overvoltage protection: stacked overvoltage protection The production facilities will be protected by means of surge arresters in stacked layout.Book of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and InfrastructureLV system (coarse protection class B)Main switchgear (coarse protection class B)Sub switchgear (medium protection class C)Energy receivers (extremely sensitive equipment) (precise protection class D) In case of precise agreement only.5.6 Telecommunication and IT & IS systems 5.6.1 Master time system The clock system consists of master clock with GPS signal enabling sufficient number of clock connections with consideration of potential further extension sections. The location of clocks installation corresponding to the areas of the building. The horns shall be installed next to the clocks according to the areas of the building.图Figure: Clock with hornBook of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure 5.6.2 Fire alarm systems The hall and office areas will be protected by means of fire alarm systems manufactured by SIEMENS SIGMASYS or equivalent. Requirements and equipment: Monitoring of the whole manufacturing and office building by means of automatic combined sensors i.e. smoke / increased temperature sensors (to be installed e.g. in hardening area), number of sensors at least 1pc / 70m2, manual alarm devices at all emergency exits and escape routes connection of CO2- fire extinguishers control of locking systems for fire protection gates acoustic alerts in manufacturing building optic display in explosion endangered rooms installation of fire control panels (transmission of all signals) at the gate legible descriptions of the signals (description of the signal = line (number of the signal) corresponding display of the signal in case of fire alarm failure resistant solution e.g. in case of power supply failure (buffer battery) easy potential extension the company manufacturing and installing the fire alarm devices shall be in possession of valid approval in the scope of installation and maintenance issued by competent authorities Any ventilation switching off in case of fire in agreement with competent authorities and INA Single-core cabling is not approved. Only multi-core cables with adequate fire- resistance should be applied. They have to be certified. The coordination with local fire department is required!The applied central should enable development of the system, which will include thewhole object (4 stages of realization). A service terminal should be placed in the gate-house.Book of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure 5.6.3 Telecommunication systems (passive network) General information about IT&IS and telecommunication network; assumptions for IT switch rooms (IT&IS network) INA. The dimensions of the room according to individual local requirements and may be different for the rooms incorporating one IT switch and rooms with several IT switches.图图Figure: Patching cubicle Figure: ServerThe dimensions depend on the office surface area to be provided with power supply;i.e. the surface area of 8 up to 10m is assumed per employee resulting in the surfacearea of about 100m to be supplied by means of an IT switch. In case of about 100data cables or more, another IT switch is required.Furthermore the cable length (max. 90m) shall be considered.For the rooms incorporating one IT switch, minimum requirement corresponds to 2 x 2m (resulting from the overall dimensions of the switch 0,8 x 0,8m plus doors).For the rooms incorporating two IT switches, minimum requirement corresponds to3,50m x 2 m.For the rooms incorporating more than two IT switches, minimum requirement shall becalculated on the basis of the room layout.The required rooms can be obviously used also for power supply systems (lighting,central control system, power supply). Adequate additionally required space shall becalculated and the dimensions of the rooms shall be adjusted correspondingly.Book of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure The list of assumptions for IT switches rooms: - IT switches rooms shall be equipped with air-conditioning system. For expected load of the air-conditioning system cooling capacity of about 2500 Watt per one standard IT switch (required on the basis of existing experience in HVAC scope) - anti- static and PVC free floor lining (fire load / static charging) - walls and entries shall ensure at least F30 fire resistance (F90 is preferable) - any water pipelines should not be situated in the rooms - the rooms should be protected against water access (windows, wall passages) - the cable routes shall be provided with fire partitions to be watertight (to sprayed water) (sufficient space for extension should be provided) - fire sensors with alarms transmitted to the central unit (gate etc.) 7x24 h - the rooms shall be provided with locks to be operated by technical staff only. Optional equipment : - temperature sensors detecting excessive temperature and disturbance of air- conditioning system at continuously occupied station (gate) 7 x24 h - moisture sensor with alarm in case of water penetration at continuously occupied station (gate) 7 x24 h - windows and doors protected against devastation by vandals Requirements referring to the wiring: Category 6, Linkperformance E with max length of 90m shall be applied as data transmission cable. Data transmission cabling shall be laid on cable trays in the area of general route systems separated by means of separating partitions.图Figure: Skirting ducts for IT/ 230V cablingBook of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure The cabling with the structure being independent of the application will be used for construction of data transmission and telecommunication network. The latter shall be completed in accordance with international standard ISO/IEC 11801 and European Standards EN 50173 and EN 50174. Refer to the diagrams (assembling guidelines and instructions referring to cabling with the structure being independent of the application) included below for further information and regulations for standards to be complied in the course of execution. In the manufacturing areas, a raster with the dimensions of 10m/10 m with dual IT plug sockets, incorporated in ISO box, on cable trays, will be provided for machine data acquisition. IT switches described below shall be incorporated on the individual floors in the office areas in separate IT switches rooms. The common use e.g. electric equipment rooms can be also used for that purpose. In the manufacturing areas, the rooms and locations with low contamination levels shall be selected. The maximum length of 90m for laying of copper cable between IT switches incorporated on the individual floors and IT connection plug sockets shall be considered at the selection of the location. The requirements and the structure for telecommunication system as well as for active IT network will be specified by INA. Therefore the requirements referring toindividual services are different in case of connection of the building and localdistributors.Book of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure The telecommunication cabling for the distributors will be integrated with structural cabling in manner illustrated in the following diagram.telecommunication telecommunication symmetric 100 Ohmwith static shield with static shield copper cable n x 2 x 0,6 mm n x 2 x 0,6 mm adapted to 100 MhzSymmetric cabling sections consist of components in category 6 (specified up to 250MHz). Therefore their application corresponds to class E according to EN 50173.In order to meet the requirements, an acceptance certificate is required for everysymmetric transmission section by means of TRD measuring instrument (class E).An acceptance certificate shall present at least the following values: wave resistance,length, attenuation, next attenuation, Wire-Map, PS-Next attenuation, ELFEXT,PSELFEXT, out-of-balance attenuation ACR, PSACR. The measurement records willbe handed over in form of data carriers in Word-Format (.doc).In case of fiber optic transmission section, quality shall be checked by means of OTDRmeasuring instrument with wave length of 850 nm. The acceptance certificate shallpresent the length, attenuation curve and out-of-balance attenuation. Themeasurement is carried out for individual fibers with at least of 100m for launch andcorrection fiber.Detailed information on execution, manufacturing and assemblingIn case of installation of connection sockets, cross connection bays and distributionsockets proceed in accordance with installation instructions (NOTE: ensure pairtwisting and pair screens up to terminal strips, AMP KAT6 cable preparation).Book of Description and Requirement SpecificationProject INA Taicang BA1Building and Infrastructure The distributors will be provided with earthing in the form of cable with the cross- section of at least 16 mm2 at existing potential compensation system. The power supply for the distrubutors shall be ensured by means of separate current circuit to be provided with the protection 16 A-B and corresponding marking (the automatic device shall be marked with red paint and IT symbols). The telecommunication cables will be laid in the switch bays in manner illustrated in the following diagram.
