type第二部分:阀的选用一 选择阀的类型:1. 对于自动控制,远距离控制及复杂控制过程选用电控阀2. 在人力操作方便的情况下,可选用手动阀或脚踏阀3. 采用机械推动换向的场合可选用机控阀4. 易燃,易爆,潮湿等环境下,尽量选用气控阀二 阀的通径的选择根据控制的执行元件种类的不同或应用领域和场合的不同选用合适的阀种类。控制双作用气缸采用四通或五通阀,控制单作用气缸采用三通阀,控制各种流体的流通转换采用两通或三通阀。气动技术是以压缩空气为工作介质进行能量与信号转递的技术,即空压机将空气压缩并储存能量,用以驱动执行元件(如气缸)。因气体的流速很快, 所以气缸能获得高速直线或旋转运动,一般情况下,气缸活塞最大速度可达1m/s,实际使用要选择最佳速度(50-500mm/s),而不是最大速度,最佳速度是最经济的,相反最大速度工况会使磨损加剧,将减少气缸和连接件的寿命,也增加了能量消耗。推荐换向阀与气缸的选配如下表所示:气缸内径Bore101620253240506380100125160200250320400换向阀通径Valvesaperture4*6*8*10*12*15*20*25*三 阀的其他选择及相关资料1. 阀的气口用字母表示,对应的功能如下:A,B-工作口或输出口(接执行元件如气缸)P-进气口(接压力工作气源)R1(01);R2(02)-排气口(接消声器,排气消声节流阀)K(K1,K2)-控制口(接控制气源)2. 电磁阀的切换方式的选择(按双作用气缸需要实现的控制内容,从下表中选择电磁阀的切换方式。)3. 电磁阀工作电压有以下规格可供选择:AC220V AC110V AC36V DC24V DC12V4. 阀的工作介质:必须经过滤精度40mm以上的滤芯的过滤,有润滑要求的,应添加ISOVG32油雾润滑。5. 以上选型为一般场合通用电磁阀,若使用于特殊场合如防爆,真空,高温,防水等,请与我们联系。序号/order number切换方式/switch form控制内容/control contents图形符号/Drawing 根据管路通径,流量大小,调压范围及过滤精度等技术性能等参数选择系统所需的空气组合元件。2. 空气过滤器的过滤精度有5mm,10mm,25mm,50mm,75mm五种,可根据空气的质量要求选用合适的产品,无特殊情况,推荐选用25mm。3. 在使用减压阀时,尽量避免使用调压范围的下限值,按使用压力的要求选择合适的减压阀。4. 安装顺序:从气源的流入端开始,依次连接空气过滤器,减压阀,油雾器,元件壳体上的箭头方向为气流方向,不可反接。5. 空气过滤器,油雾器必须竖直安装并使带有罩杯侧朝下。6. 油雾器一旦逆流,会造成内部零件损坏和发生危险,故应避免发生。7. 安装连接时,避免将密封胶带,铁锈等杂质混入管路内。使用与维护1. 缸开箱安装前应检查元件在运输过程中是否有损坏,连接螺栓是否松动,阀类元件检查电磁头是否有损坏,并清除保护帽及防护油后按使用说明书的要求安装使用。2. 工作介质要使用清洁干燥的压缩空气,并将配管内充分吹净,以防杂质带入系统内引起缸阀动作不良,需要润滑的,要在配管系统中加油雾器,建议使用的润滑油ISOVG32。3. 通常活塞杆只能承受轴向载荷,安装时要保持负载与活塞杆的轴线一致,如果行程较长,活塞杆应加适当的支撑,防止活塞杆的下垂和弯曲。4. 气缸安装完毕后,按额定工作压力空载运行3-5次,无异常现象,然后连接负载运行。5. 带缓冲性能的气缸若在运输中可调缓冲螺钉松动,可在试运行中调节缓冲至最小,逐步松开缓冲螺钉至满意效果,以免产生过大冲击损坏气缸。6. 气缸使用时应注意不要使活塞杆表面损伤,防止杆端密封件损伤,气缸漏气,环境条件恶劣时,建议加防尘套或防护罩。7. 电磁阀安装使用时,要注意电磁头的控制电压(AC220V AC110V AC36V DC24V DC12V),允许电压波动-15-10%。电磁阀使用手动旋钮操作时必须确保在不供电状态,以防损坏电磁阀。8. 系统正常运行后,要定期检查空气过滤器,油雾器的工作情况,及时放水加油。9. 缸,阀长期不用时,要注意最小工作频度1次/30天。10. 要定期向中间摆动轴或尾座轴联接的安装件加注润滑油。11. 要经常检查各种气动元件的运行情况,检查连接紧固螺钉是否松动,元件的密封处是否损坏泄露现象,发现问题及时处理。12. 维护保养时,务必事前关闭气源,并将管路系统中的压缩空气排空后,方可进行维修作业,以防事故的发生。13. Choose the electric valves in the situation of auto-control, remote control and complex control.2. Choose manual valve or pilot foot valve if operated expediently.3. Using 4 or 5 port valve to control the double acting function air cylinder, using three port valve to control the single-role air cylinder, and using the two or three port valve to control the flowing conversion.The pneumatic technology is working with compressed air for energy and signal transmission, and it uses compressed air to store energy and to drive the working part (such as air cylinder). For the gas flow is quick, so the air cylinder can receive high-speed linear or rotary movement. In normal circumstances, the largest speed of the piston can reach up to 1m/s, but actually we used to choose the best speed (50-500mm/s) rather than the maximum speed, the best speed is the most economical. By contrary, worked at the situation of maximum speed not only intensified abrasion and reduced the service life of air cylinders and connecting pieces, but also increased energy consumption. Choose the air combination component according to the path, discharge of the tube, adjust range and filter accuracy etc. technique function parameter.2. Installation order: Beginning from the afflux of the gas source, link the air filter, decompression valve, the oil fog machine in order, the arrow direction at the hull body is the current air direction, and cant be anti-to connect.5. Air filter and oil fog machine must be vertical installed and make the side with the cup downwards.6.
