ScopeThis manual applies to all inspection, measuring ,and test equipment that has a direct effect on the component ,tooling ,or wire products produced at LOROM(SHEN ZHEN), which require calibration.2. Laboratory PersonnelGage Control associates making professional judgement with reference to calibration issues must have the appropriate training as identified on form CR-18-E, CR-15-E, CR-16-E, CR-001RA and Qualification per job description in accordance with CR-128-C.3. Laboratory product Identification and TestingThe laboratory has procedures for the receipt, identification, handling, protection, and retention of calibration equipment items(See CR-001AC, CR-037CA, CR-038-CA, CR-198CA). The items will be retained until final date is complete throughout the life of the item in the laboratory, enabling traceability from final data to raw data (See CR-040CA, CR-049CA).4. Testing and Calibration MethodsThe lab will use calibration methods, including those for sampling, which meet the needs of the customer and are appropriate for the calibration it undertakes(See CS-57-C), The lab will verify its capability to perform to the standard specifications before carrying out such work. When necessary to employ methods not covered by standard specifications these will be subject to agreement with the customer (See CR-039CA)5.
