平方米,建筑结构形式为砖混结构，建筑结构安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为 50 年； 基础孔桩为直径 1000，人工挖孔端承桩,14 根，持力层为中风化石灰岩，桩身砼强 度为 C30。 根据危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理办法建质200987 号的规定，开挖桩 孔深度超过 16m 的桩属于超深人工挖孔桩基，本工程设计深度超过 16m 的桩基统计如下： 表 2-1：深度大于 16m 桩统计表 2.2 2 第（1）层杂填土：由建筑垃圾、生活垃圾、粘土及碎石等组成，结构松散，均匀性差。 少数块石大者为 100200cm 等。 第（2）层强风化泥岩：强风化岩层，棕红色，岩性以泥质粉砂岩泥岩为主，风化强烈， 裂隙发育，呈半岩半土状，局部夹全风化岩。 第（3）层中风化灰岩：灰色、浅灰色，薄至中厚层，钙质胶结，岩石较硬，结构部分 破坏，层面、节理有渲染和变色，风化裂隙发育，岩体较破碎，岩心呈柱状和少量块状。 为场地主要岩层。 2.2.2 水 文 、 气 候 2.2.1 气象 毕节市纳雍县为亚热带季风气候。气候特点是：整体气温变化幅度小，冬无严寒夏 无酷暑，年均温 13-14，1 月均温 3.0-6.3，7 月均温 19.8-22.0。无霜期 230- 300 天。降雨量 1200-1500 毫米。地形起伏较大，局部地区气候差异明显。 2.2.2 施工特点 （1）桩基基岩埋深较深，部分桩深度达 20m 以上，最大达到 23.3m，给施工安全 带来较大的风险。 （2）根据地勘资料，本工程部分桩较深 ，人工开挖难度较大。 3 施工安排 3.1 施工主要管理人员安排 根据我项目部人员设置、 施工组织设计总体安排及施工现场的实际情况，我项 目部配置了相应的管理人员，主要管理人员如下表 表
