楼宇综合实训系统设计摘要

摘要 随着信息技术的高速发展,楼宇智能化已经成为现代信息化的一个不可缺少组成部分,己经逐步深入到我们吃、穿、住、行生活中的各个方面。现在的智能化建筑实际上是在计算机技术、自动化技术、通信技术、图像处理与显示技术、综合布线技术等相关技术的结合。现代化智能化建筑物迅速发展,相关人才稀缺等问题也日益突出，为了解决这个日益尖锐的问题，学校必须做好相关的实践教学,让学生应用所学相关专业知识,在楼宇综合实训系统的平台上学习、实践和研究,加强楼宇实训系统建设和各种实践教学环节,提高教学质量和学生的实际动手能力。因此我院引进了建筑电气及相关专业楼宇智能化技术设计的实训设备，根据智能建筑行业楼宇智能化的特点，在接近工程现场的基础上，针对实训教学进行专门设计，包含计算机技术、网络通信技术、综合布线技术、DDC技术等，强化楼宇智能化系统的设计、安装、布线、接线、编程、调试、运行、维护等工程能力。它可适合楼宇智能化工程技术、机电安装工程等相关专业的教学和培训。该系统在结构上以智能建筑模型为基础，应包含智能大楼、智能小区、管理中心和楼道等典型结构，涵盖对讲门禁、安防、视频监控、消防、综合布线和DDC监控照明六个系统，各系统既可独立运行，也可实现联动。通过设计学生可以掌握智能建筑行业楼宇智能化系统的安装、布线、接线、编程、调试、运行、维护等工程能力。 关键词：楼宇智能化实训设备；对讲门禁系统；视频监控系统；消防系统；综合布线系统；DDC监控照明 Design Of Building Comprehensive Training System Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, intelligent building has become modern information technology is an indispensable part, has been gradually and we eat, wear, live, all aspects of life. The intelligent building is actually the combination of computer technology, automation technology, communication technology, image processing and display technology, integrated wiring technology and other related technologies. Therefore our hospital introduced the architecture, electrical and relevant professional building intelligent technology to design the training equipment, according to the characteristics of intelligent building intelligent building industry, in the near field engineering based on, for teaching and training were specially designed, include computer technology, network communication technology, integrated wiring technology, DDC technology, strengthening the system of intelligent building design, installation, wiring, wiring, programming, commissioning, operation, maintenance and other engineering capabilities.
