SCOPESCOPE 1.1. 适用范围适用范围 This Regulation applies to latches and door retention components such as hinges and other supporting means on side doors of vehicles of categories of M 1 and N 1 1/ used for, or which can be used for,the entry or exit of the occupants. 此标准适用于M1和N1 1/类车辆侧车门或用于乘员进出其他车门的门锁和车车 门保持件如铰链和其他支撑件等。 2.2. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to door latches and door retention components shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his duly accredited representative. 3.1. 用于门锁和车车门保持件的车型认证申请应由制造厂或其正式指定的代理人 提出。 3.2 It shall be accompanied by the undermentioned documents in triplicate and the following particulars: 3.2 申请时应附有下列文件一式三份，以及有关详细说明： 3.2.1. drawings of the doors and of their latches and door retention components on an appropriate scale and in sufficient detail; 3.2.1. 比例合适且足够详细的车门及门锁和车车门保持件的图纸； 3.2.2. a technical description of the latches and door retention components. 3.2.2. 门锁和车车门保持件的工艺说明。 3.3. The application shall also be accompanied by: 3.3. 申请时也应附有以下物品： 3.3.1. A batch of five sets of retention components per door. When, however, the same sets are used for several doors, it will be sufficient to submit one batch of sets. Sets of door retention components which are distinguishable only because they are designed to be fitted on the left or on the right are not regarded as different; 3.3.1. 每一车门的一组保持件5套。当相同的保持件用于多个车门时，提供一组保 持件即可。仅由于设计用于辨识安装在左边或右边的车车门保持件应认为是相同的。 3.3.2. A batch of five complete latches, including actuating mechanism, per door. When, however, the same complete latches are used for several doors, it will be sufficient to submit one batch of latches. A vehicle, representative of the vehicle type to be approved, shall be submitted to the technical service responsible for conducting approval tests. 3.4. 作为某一车辆类型代表的车辆在进行认证时应提交为保证通过认证试验的工 艺保养和服务。 4.4. APPROVALAPPROVAL 4.4. 认证认证 4.1. If the vehicle type submitted for approval pursuant to this Regulation meets the requirements of paragraphs 5. and.6 below, approval of that vehicle type shall be granted. 4.1. 按照本法规提交的认证车型，若满足下述第5条和第6条的要求，则应批准该 车型的认证。 4.2. An approval number shall be assigned to each type approved. Its first two digits (02) shall indicate the series of amendments incorporating the most recent major technical amendments made to the Regulation at the time of issue of the approval. The same Contracting Party may not assign the same number to the same vehicle type either if the doors are not equipped with latches or door retention components of the same type, or if the latches and door retention components are not fitted in the same manner as on the vehicle submitted for approval; on the other hand, it may assign the same number to another vehicle type whose doors are equipped with the same latches and door retention components fitted in the same manner as on the vehicle submitted for approval. 4.2. 对于每一种认证批准的车型，应授予一个认证号。前两位数字（02）代表认 证发布时的最新修订系列号。一方面，若车门没有装备同一类型的门锁或车车门保持 件，或者门锁和车车门保持件的安装方式不同于提交认证申请车型的车辆，认证部门 不能授予相同的认证号；另一方面，若另一车型的门锁和车车门保持件的类型和安装 方式均与提交认证申请的车型相同，则认证部门应授予相同的认证号。 4.3. Notice of approval or of refusal of approval of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation shall be communicated to the Parties to the Agreement which apply this Regulation, by means of a form conforming to the model in annex 1 to this Regulation and of drawings of the doors and of their latches and door retention components supplied by the applicant for approval, in a format not exceeding A4 (210 x 297 mm) or folded to this format and on an appropriate scale. 4.3. 按照本法规对某一车型作出的认证批准或认证拒绝，均应以通知书形式送达 采用此法规的有关各方，通知书的格式应与附录1一致，且在提交认证申请时车门和 其门锁及车车门保持件的图纸应以适当比例不超过A4纸张（210 x 297 mm）大小的格 式或折叠成这种格式提交。 4.4. There shall be affixed, conspicuously and in a readily accessible place specified on the approval form, to every vehicle conforming to a vehicle type approved under this Regulation, an international approval mark consisting of: 4.4. 在获得本法规车型认证标准的每一辆车上的适当位置，可加一明显的国际认 证标志，此标志构成如下： 4.4.1. a circle surrounding the letter “E followed by the distinguishing number of the country which has granted approval; 1/ 4.4.1. 在一圆圈中间加入大写字母“E” ，并附有认证的国家代号1/。 4.4.2. the number of this Regulation, followed by the letter ”R”, a dash and the approval number to the right of the circle described in paragraph 4.4.1. 4.4.2. 在4.4.1.条中描述的圆圈右侧标上法规号、大写字母“R” 、破折号和认证号。 4.5. If the vehicle conforms to a vehicle type approved, under one or more other Regulations annexed to the Agreement, in the country which has granted approval under this Regulation, the symbol prescribed in paragraph 4.4.1. need not be repeated; in such a case the Regulation and approval numbers and the additional symbols of all the Regulations under which approval has been granted in the country which has granted approval under this Regulation shall be placed in vertical columns to the right of the symbol prescribed in paragraph 4.4.1. 4.5. 获得本法规认证批准的车型，若已按照协议附带的其他法规在某一国家获得 认证，则在承认本法规的所有国家，4.4.1条中规定的标志不需要重复；此时只需在 这个标志右方纵向逐行列出其他全部获得的认证标志和认证号以及标准号。 4.6. The approval mark shall be clearly legible and be indelible. 4.6. 认证标志必须清晰、易认、耐久。 - 1/ 1 for the Federal Republic of Germany, 2 for France, 3 for Italy, 4 for the Netherlands, 5 for Sweden, 6 for Belgium, 7 for Hungary, 8 for Czechoslovakia, 9 for Spain, 10 for Yugoslavia, 11 for the United Kingdom, 12 for Austria, 13 for Luxembourg, 14 for Switzerland, 15 for the German Democratic Republic, 16 for Norway, 17 for Finland, 18 for Denmark, 19 for Romania, 20 for Poland and 21 for Portugal. Subsequent numbers shall be assigned to other countries in the chronological order in which they ratify the Agreement concerning the Adoption of Uniform Conditions of Approval and Reciprocal Recognition of Approval for Motor Vehicle Equipment and Parts, or in which they accede to that Agreement, and the numbers thus assigned shall be communicated by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to the Contracting Parties to the Agreement. - 1/ 1-德国，2-法国，3-意大利，4-荷兰，5-瑞典，6-比利时，7-匈牙利， 8-捷克斯洛伐克，9-西班牙，10-南斯拉夫，11-英国，12-奥地利，13-卢森堡，14- 瑞士，15-德意志民主共和国，16-挪威，17-芬兰，18-丹麦，19-罗马尼亚，20-波兰， 21-葡萄牙。随后的代号将按批准承认关于对机动车装备及零部件采用统一的认证条 件以及满足这些法规的认证相互认可条件的协议的时间顺序指定给有关国家，所指定 的代号将由联合国秘书长通知各协议国。 4.7. The approval mark shall be placed close to or on the vehicle data plate. 4.7. 认证标志应位于车辆技术规格标牌附近，或直接印在该牌上。 4.8. Annex 2 to this Regulation gives examples of arrangements of the approval marks. 4.8. 本法规附录2为认证标志布置示例。 5.5. SPECIFICATIONSSPECIFICATIONS 5.5. 技术要求技术要求 5.1 General specifications 5.1 一般技术要求 5.1.1. Latches and door retention components on any side door leading directly into a compartment that contains one or more seating positions shall be so designed, constructed and fitted as to comply with the provisions of this Regulation. 5.1.1. 可以直接安装到含有一个或多个座椅位置的车厢上的任一侧车门上的门锁和 车车门保持件的设计、建造和安装必须符合本标准的规定。 5.1.2. Each latch shall have both an intermediate latched position and a fully latched position. 5.1.2. 每一门锁均应有半锁紧位置和全锁紧位置。 5.1.3. Latches shall be designed in such a way as to prevent the doors opening accidentally. 5.1.3. 门锁的设计应能防止车门的意外打开。 5.1.4. The retention components of hinge-mounted side doors, other than folding doors, fitted to the sides of vehicles, shall be mounted at the forward edge in the direction of travel. In the case of double doors, this requirement shall apply to the door wing which opens first; the other wing shall be capable of being bolted. 5.1.4. 不同于折叠门，用铰接的方式安装在车辆侧边车门上的车车门保持件应安装 在车辆行进方向的前缘。在双层门的情况下，此要求适用于首先打开的门翼，另一门 翼则可以用螺栓安装。 5.2. Specifications concerning latches 5.2. 门锁的技术要求 5.2.1. Longitudinal load 5.2.1. 纵向负荷 The latch and striker assembly shall be capable of withstanding a longitudinal load of 444 daN in the intermediate latched positiony and 1,111 daN in the fully latched position (see annex 3, appendix, figure 2). 门锁和锁钩总成在半锁紧位置承受444 daN的纵向负荷，或在全锁紧位置承受 1111 daN的纵向负荷时，均不得脱开（见附件附录3，图表2） 。 Transverse load 5.2.2. 横向负荷 The latch and striker assembly shall be capable of withstanding a transverse load of 444 daN in the intermediate latched position, and 889 daN in the fully latched position (see annex 3, appendix, figure 3). 门锁和锁钩总成在半锁紧位置承受444 daN的纵向负荷，或在全锁紧位置承受 889 daN的纵向负荷时，均不得脱开（见附件附录3，图表3） 。 Resistance to inertia load 5.2.3. 抵抗惯性负荷的能力 The latch shall not move from the fully latched position when an acceleration of 30 g is applied in both directions longitudinally and transversally to the latch, including its actuating mechanism, with the locking mechanism disengaged. 当保持锁止机构处于自由状态，在门锁（包括其执行机构）上纵向和横向作用 30g的加速度时，门锁必须保持在全锁位置不得脱开。 5.3. Specifications for a set of retention components for each door 5.3. 每套车车门保持件的技术要求 The set of retention components for each door shall be capable of supporting the door and withstanding a longitudinal load of 1,111 daN and a transverse load of 889 daN, in both directions. 每套车车门保持件必须能承受1111 daN的纵向负荷和889 daN的横向负荷，不得 脱开。 5.4. Sliding doors 5.4. 滑动门 For sliding doors the track and slide combination or other supporting means shall not separate when an outward transverse load of 889 daN is applied to the load-bearing members at the opposite edges of the door (17.8 kN total). MODIFICATIONSMODIFICATIONS OFOF THETHE VEHICLEVEHICLE TYPETYPE 7.7. 车型认证更改车型认证更改 7.1. Every modification of the vehicle type shall be notified to the administrative department which approved the vehicle type. The department may then either: 7.1. 车型的任何更改都应通知批准认证的管理部门。管理部门可采取以下措施之 一： 7.1.1. consider that the modifications made are unlikely to have appreciable adverse effects and that in any case the vehicle still complies with the requirements; or 7.1.1. 认为所作更改不会产生明显的不良影响，并且在任何情况下车辆仍能满足本 法规要求。或 7.1.2. require a further test report from the technical service responsible for conducting the tests. CONFOMITYCONFOMITY OFOF PRODUCTIONPRODUCTION 8.8. 生产一致性生产一致性 8.1. Every vehicle bearing an approval mark as prescribed under this Regulation shall conform to the vehicle type approved as regards features capable of modifying the characteristics of door latches and door retention components or the manner in which they are fitted. 8.1. 每一辆带有本法规认证标志的车辆，在更改门锁和车车门保持件的性能或其 安装方式方面应符合认证批准的车型。 8.2. In order to verify conformity as prescribed in paragraph 8.1. above, a sufficient number of random checks shall be made on seriallymanufactured vehicles bearing the approval mark required by this Regulation. 8.2. 为检查上述8.1条规定的生产一致性，应对足够数量的带有此认证标志的车 辆进行随机检查。 8.3. As a general rule the checks as aforesaid shall be confined to the taking of measurements.
