Route 3, activities, location, field surveys should be carried out in advance. 4, activities for the means of transport should explain the situation to the school to comply with vehicle, safety requirements, before the line for repairs. 5, each activity must have security, emergency response plan for accidents. 6, picnics, hiking, picnic to pay attention to fire prevention, food poisoning, prevention of fall accidents 7, the activities near the rivers, reservoirs, no measures or do not meet the security requirements of the Organization and not let students into the water3目 录一、编制说明1二、工程概况1三、施工工艺1四、注意事项2五、 质量保证措施3六、劳动力需用量计划3七、主要材料（设备）计划3八、施工进度计划3九、安全保证措施3十、 质量要求4十一、 成品保护措施4十二、文明施工4十三、雨施措施4.一、编制说明1、编制依据：1）钢结构防火涂料应用技术规范（CECS24：90）2）钢结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50205-2001）3）钢结构防火涂料通用技术条件（GB14907-2002）4）建筑设计防火规范（2001年版）5）甲方进度安排计划和工地现场实际情况。2、施工条件：1）甲方提供现场材料堆放场地。2）甲方保证现场具备必要的施工条件。3）施工用水、用电接至现场。二、工程概况2.1 工程名称：江苏宝洁香波厂一期钢架防火涂料工程2.2 工程概况：本工程为江苏宝洁公司香波厂一期工程建设地点：江苏省太仓市申江路与通港东路交叉口。 建筑总面积为17000平方米，。结构为轻钢结构，局部二层。设计采用钢柱、钢梁和钢檩条及钢构连接件。钢柱及连接要求防火涂料耐火极限2.5h，钢梁及连接件要求防火涂料耐火极限1.5h，ALC防火墙 耐火极限3h.仓库防火墙上的构件防火设计比其他提高一小时，柱为3.5小时，梁不小于2.5小时，楼板不小于2H，屋顶承重构件不小于2H。三、施工工艺3.1施工准备材料要求：防火涂料包装完整无破损，桶盖密封完好。产品有合格证，包装上挂有产品标签标志。涂料经搅拌呈均匀稠状，无结块。作业条件：(1)作业面交接检完毕。(2)成品保护完成。(3)安全铝合金脚手架已设好，无隐患。(4)基材清理干净，防腐处理完毕。(5)监理单位同意进行下道工序。按照钢结构防火涂料施工方案的规定，选用苏州工业园区协达消防科技有限公司生产的NH(S60-SC) 室内厚型钢结构防火涂料及NH(S60-SB) 室内薄型钢结构防火涂料。防火涂料施工前应对基材表面按要求进行除锈、防锈处理，务求全面彻底，防火涂料施工前还对基材表面作尘土，油污等杂质清除，对进行表面除尘清理，待基材表面无水进行除尘、除杂物、油污等检查合格后方可施工防火涂料。 表面的处理：在施工之前，应将支承构件表面处理干净(包括除锈、清除焊渣及其它污物)；检查钢结构表面有无漏刷防锈底漆的现象，及时修补。 防火涂料的储存：经检验合格的涂料，应存放在干燥通风的仓库内。应将涂料摆放整齐，防止风吹雨淋、阳光暴晒，如结块变质的涂料，不得使用。3.2施工工艺3.2.1 根据厂家提供的施工工艺，施工以涂刷、滚刷为主，也可采用喷涂。综合考虑现场实际情况以及确保施工质量。3.2.2 涂装施工：超薄型钢结构防火涂料施工前应充分搅拌均匀后方可施工使用。滚刷钢结构防火涂料主料，涂的遍数取决于涂层总厚度，每次涂之前需认真搅匀涂料然后操作，涂层间隔时间为4小时（25），以指触不粘手为准，滚刷到厚度达设计所需厚度。钢柱的防火涂料滚刷三遍达到所需厚度。钢柱、梁的防火涂料滚刷两遍达到所需厚度。施工环境温度宜为0-40。基材温度宜为5-45。空气相对湿度不大于90%,施工现场空气流通,风速不大于5m/S,室外作业或施工构件表面结露时不宜施工。3.2.3防火涂料滚刷：滚刷底层料，为提高涂料与钢梁基层的粘结强度，应在底层的浆料中添加少量的水性胶粘剂，一般为0.4Kg/M2或根据产品说明书添加。涂层表面有明显的乳突、凹坑，应用抹刀修平。滚刷前应进行试刷并制作样板。通过试刷确定滚刷工艺的最优参数，并经监理用标准样板比对确认后，方可进行大面积滚刷。对于明显凹凸不平处，应用抹刀进行抹平处理，以确保涂层表面均匀光洁。四、注意事项4.1 防火涂料在运输存放过程中要防雨防潮。宜存在干燥通风处。储存时间不宜超过6个月。桶装夜料贮存温度0且小于40，不能在太阳下曝晒，贮存条件同普通油漆。4.2防火涂料当出现固化、结块时不得使用。刚施工完的涂层应防止雨水冲淋。 4.3若涂料在使用中若变稠时（不属时间过长硬化）可再加入少量水搅匀后再用。 4.4涂料滚刷后，宜用塑料布或其它物品遮挡，以免强风直吹和暴晒，造成涂层开裂。 4.5不需滚刷的部位，要在喷涂前盖住，一旦造成污染，应马上清洗干净。 4.6 施工温度：施工期间，以及施工后24h之内，施工周围环境及钢构件温度均应保持在5以上为宜。当风速大于5m/s，或雨天和构件表面有结露时，不宜作业。 4.7 防火涂料初期强度较低，容易碰坏。因此，滚刷应在相关钢结构施工完后再进行，防止强烈震动和碰撞。 4.8施工时若有上、下立体交叉作业，应注意安全。特别是在铝合金脚手架上的操作人员要加倍小心，操作人员必须戴好防护用具，系好安全带后方可操作。五、 质量保证措施5.1材料供应质量在符合现行国标. 5.2采购部按原材料的技术要求采购。 5.3负责制定原材料的技术标准及主要原材料、辅助原材料分类，并提交给管理部作为采购的依据，负责对原材料样品及进厂原材料的质量检验。 5.4防火涂料施工过程中质量的技术保障措施：5.4.1防火涂料出厂时，产品符合成品标准规定，并附有出厂合格证明。 5.4.2本钢结构防火涂料不锈蚀钢材，并可以同钢结构上现有的防锈漆配合使用，涂层实干后不会有刺激性气味，燃烧时不产生浓烟和有害人体健康的气味。在预定的是使用期间能保持其性能。 5.4.3施工现场项目部设有质检员，对每道工序进行检测。涂层表面达到均匀、平整程度。 5.4.4滚刷的部位和区域必须确保涂层完全闭合，轮廓清晰，面层均匀一致，保证施工质量。涂层厚度的检测：对涂层厚度的测量应在各受火面沿构件长度方向每米不少于2个测点，取所有测点的平均值作为涂层厚度（包括防锈漆、防锈液、面漆及加固措施等厚度在内） 5.4.5以钢结构防火涂料施工方案中的施工工艺及验收规范为标准进行施工和验收。六、劳动力需用量计划 本工程现场人员配置：设项目负责人一人、项目工程师一人、质检员两人、安全员一名、兼职材料员一人、施工队长二人、资料员一人、施工操作员四十人。 七、主要材料（设备）计划7.1、本工程采用WCB38091钢结构防火涂料并由我公司专业施工队伍施工，根据工程进度备
