1、 中国河北蠡县：国家星火技术密集区、中国山药之乡、中国皮都、纺织强县1, Lixian County Hebei Province China: National Spark technology-intensive areas, the Chinese yam township, Feather Capital of China , Strong textile County2、蠡县概况 蠡县位于华北平原中部，地处京、津、石三角腹地，居保定、沧州、衡水三市交界区域中心，在“大北京经济圈”和“环渤海经济圈”中占据重要位置。全县总面积650平方公里，人口51万，辖8镇5乡、232个行政村，耕地58万亩。2, Lixian Survey Lixian is located in the central North China Plain, in the triangular hinterland between Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang , bordering Baoding, Cangzhou, Hengshui Cities, taking an important place in the Big Beijing Economic Circle and the Economic Circle Surrounding Bohai .The county covers a total area of six hundred and fifty square kilometers, with a population of 510,000, 8 rural towns , 5 townships, 232 administrative villages, 58o thousand mu of arable land.蠡县历史悠久，人杰地灵。早在黄帝、颛顼划野分州起即有地名建制，元世祖二年（公元1261年）定为蠡州，明初降州为县。相传春秋末期范蠡助越灭吴，功成身退，携西施来此经商。孟尝君在此招贤纳士，有“孟尝君子店，千里客来投”之说。这里诞生了创“管鲍之交”佳话的鲍叔牙、清代李恕谷、现代作家梁斌、绘画大师黄胄和国际奥委会委员、体坛宿将董守义等一批杰出人物。Lixian has a long history, rich land fostering more talents. As early as the Yellow Emperor, Zhuanxu designated wild the geographical name came into being ; In the second year of Yuanshizu (AD 1261)this area was named Li State; in Ming Dynasty the state dropped out early for the county. It is said that in the late Spring and Autumn Fan Li ever helped Yue defeat Wu , and after serving his purpose ,he took his wife , Xishi, a famous beauty here in business. Mengchangjun ever took in the virtuous with a saying ,”When Mengchangjun opened a hotel, distinguished men came traveling thousands of miles“. This was also the birthplace of Bo Shuya,who is famous for the friendship between Guan Zhong and Bao Shuya”, Li Shugu in Qing Dynasty , a modern writer Liang Bin, a painting master Huang Zhou and one member of the International Olympic Committee, sports star Dong Shouyi and a number of other outstanding figures.蠡县位置优越，交通发达。距北京、天津均150公里，距石家庄120公里。朔黄铁路、大广高速公路、保沧高速公路贯穿县境，东距京九铁路20公里，西距京广铁路和京珠高速公路35公里，县内公路总里程640公里。周边有华北明珠白洋淀、抗日战争地道战遗址、野三坡、清西陵、狼牙山五勇士纪念基地、衡水湖、沧州铁狮子、满城汉墓等旅游景点。Lixians location has superiority and its traffic develops. It is 150 kilometers both away from Beijing or Tianjin, 120 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang. Shuohuang Railway, the Daqing-Guangzhou Highway, Baoding-Cangzhou highway run through the County, 20 kilometers west of Beijing-Kowloon Railway, 35 kilometers east of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Beijing-Zhuhai highway, 640 kilometers of the total road length in its prefecture. Bank of China ,Agricultural Bank , industrial and commercial bank, Construction Bank , the four major commercial banks have branches in Lixian, service outlets existing throughout the urban and rural areas. Electricity and communications facilities are perfect. The yearly power supply capacity is 1.3 billion degrees. The total capacity of program-controlled telephones is 100000, with mobile phone base stations more than 60 blocks. 70 million yuan has been invested into the highest grade of the current Baoding hospitals at the county level. Leading products are yarn, blankets, carpets, artificial fur, cotton fabric, knitted apparel, of which yarn production takes up one fifth of the countrys total.（2）皮毛皮革产业。皮毛皮革产业以留史为中心，拥有入统企业22家，销售收入超千万元的6家，超亿元的4家，出口企业80家。主导产品为皮革、裘皮、羊绒、尾毛和真皮手套、服装。留史皮毛市场是全国唯一的国家级皮毛专业批发市场，占地500多亩，上市皮毛品种130多个，约占全国有价值皮毛大类的80%，全国27个省、市、自治区近千家企业常年在此设点经销皮毛。（全国畜产品交易会盛况）(2) Fur leather industries. Fur leather industry is centered in Liushi town , with 22 enterprises directly compiled by Bureau of Statistics , six enterprises whose sales income amounts to 10 million yuan ,four enterprises whose sales income amounts to 100 million yuan and 80 export enterprises. Leading products are leather, fur, cashmere and tail hair and leather gloves, clothing. Liushi fur market is Chinas only state-level professional wholesale fur market, covering more than 500 mu, listed products more than 130 varieties of fur, accounting for 80% valuable fur largest categories of the whole countrys similar products. Almost 1000 enterprises from 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in the whole county set up distribution stands dealing fur and wool . (National Fair Livestock Event)（3）橡胶产业。橡胶产业以蠡吾镇兑坎庄村为中心，有企业192家，主导产品为输送带，用于钢铁、矿山、粮食储备等行业。常年产量4500 万平方米，销量占全国同类产品的25%以上。蠡县橡胶工业区被命名为河北省乡镇工贸示范区。(3) Rubber industry. Rubber industry is centered in Duikanzhuang Liuwu town ,with 192 enterprises .Leading products are conveyor belts for use in iron and steel, mining, grain reserves and other industries. Annual output comes to 45 million square meters, taking up more than 25% of the countrys total sales of similar products. Lixian Rubber Industrial Zone was named Trade and Industry Demonstration Zone township in Hebei Province.（4）高新技术产业。高新技术产业多晶硅及太阳能光伏产业链基地分三期建设完成。其中2009年12月份前完成一期投资7亿元，建设1000吨多晶硅生产线。2011年月份前完成二期建设，扩建3000吨多晶硅生产线。2012年12月份前完成三期建设，扩建2000吨多晶硅生产线，实现年产多晶硅6000吨，达到1GW的太阳能硅锭及硅片、太阳能电池和组件的生产能力。（工艺生产线；太阳能电池组件；多晶硅片；太阳能晶硅棒） (4) High-tech industries. High-tech industries - polysilicon and solar photovoltaic industry chain base will be completed in three phases. By the end of December 2009 ,the first phase will be completed with an Investment 7oo million yuan to construct 1,000 tons of polysilicon production lines. By June 2011 well complete the second phase of construction-the expansion of 3000 tons polysilicon production lines. By December 2012 well complete the third phase construction - expansion of 2000 tons polysilicon production lines, to achieve an annual output of 6,000 tons of polysilicon and reach a production capacity of 1GW of solar silicon ingots and silicon wafers, solar cells and modules. (Technique production lines; solar cell components; polysilicon wafers; crystal silicon solar energy bars)4、特色农业以曲堤国家级山药标准化生产示范区为中心的麻山药种植面积达8.5万亩，居全国第一，2003年被命名为“中国山药之乡”，2005年“蠡县麻山药”被国家质检总局批准为“原产地域（地理标志）保护产品”。以貂、貉、狐、獭兔为主的特色养殖发展迅猛，千只以上规模养殖厂15个（种兽存栏13万只左右），全县存栏种貂11.4万只，种貉5.6万只，种狐2.5万只。獭兔存栏120万只。以优质梨、无籽桑椹为主的果品业特色突出，蠡州大鸭梨获昆明世博会银奖，被命名为中国特产名品，黄冠梨获北京奥运会推荐果品奖。4, Special agriculture The standardized Yam production area ,centered in Qudi national demonstration zone ,covering 85 thousand mu , ranking first in the country in 2003, was named Chinese Yam Town, In 2005, Lixian Yam was approved as a geographical origin (geographical indications) protection products.
