GeneralJDO系列长期堵转力矩电动机式电缆卷筒是电缆供电各种轨行式用设备的电缆收放装置,分为动力电缆卷筒和信号控制电缆卷筒两大类型,该产品属独立系统与主机上的工作机械、主机正反车控制系统不发生联系,用户可根据主机运行的需要自行选择安装位置。JDO series tong-term locked-rotor torque motor type of cable web is a cable reeling in and reeling out device for various orbital power equipment which is power-supplied through cable, being divided into 2 kinds: power cable web and signal control cable web. The control web has 48 groups of control loops or less.二、 结构和工作原理IIStructure and the working principle 电缆卷筒按卷盘容缆质量的大小分为两种结构型式,容缆质量不大于150kg的电缆卷筒为整体结构,容缆质量不小于300kg的电缆卷筒为组合式结构,单元组成为:电缆卷盘、专用减速机、集电环输电箱、长期堵转力矩电动机及安装基座。长期堵转力矩电动机为Y系列B5安装结构,它直接与专用减速机相联,专用减速机输出轴一端联接电缆卷盘,而另一端用对盘型式的联轴器与集电环输电箱相联,安装基座的上方固定着专用减速机与集电环输电箱。收缆工作是在长期堵转力矩电动机通电后,电动机转子产生电磁转矩,通过专用减速机传递使电缆卷盘卷绕电缆。收缆时,设电动机转子的旋转方向为正,此时定子的旋转磁场与转子的旋转方向相同,电动机输出机械功率。放缆时,由于大车沿轨道运行牵动电缆使电缆对卷盘产生大于电动机转子正向转矩的反向转矩,此时电动机转子的旋转方向为负,电动机定子的旋转磁场与转子的方向相反,电动机转子处于电磁制动状态,也就是说电缆卷筒放缆属于被动放缆是由于大车运行的动力迫使卷盘向收缆方向相反的方向转动而放缆(而不是由电动机的动力放缆)。长期堵转力矩电动机机械特性曲线见图1,从图1可以看出长期堵转力矩电动机具有软的机械特性,当负载增大时,能自动降低转速,并增加输出转矩,从而保持一定的线速度和张力,从曲线图还可以看出长期堵转力矩电动机可以从接近同步转速开始直至堵转为止,都能稳定运行,其运行时只要负载稍有变化,长期堵转力矩电动机的转速就随着改变,这样就实现了电缆卷筒卷绕速度的无级调整,使电缆卷筒收放电缆与大车运行速度同步。长期堵转力矩式电动机的工作原理与普通的三相异步电动机的工作原理相同。本电缆卷筒还可以根据用户需要安装行程限位器,其原理和调整可参照限位器使用说明书。图1:长期堵转力矩电动机机械特性曲线Fig.1 Mechanical Characteristic curve of Long-term Locked-rotor Torque Motor转速 nRotational speed n转矩 TTorque TTorque T The cable web is divided into 2 kinds of structure according to the mass capacity of the reel: The cable web having a cable mass capacity of not exceeding 150 kg is regarded as an integrated structure, while that having a cable mass capacity not less than 300kg is regarded as a combined structure including: cable reel, special reducer, collector ring transmission box, long-term locked-rotor torque motor and the installation basement. The long-term locked-rotor torque motor is of Y series B5installation structure, being directly connected with a special reducer whose one end of the output is connected with the cable reel, while the other side is connected with the collector ring transmission box by means of dual panel type of coupling. And the special reducer and the collector ring transmission box are fixed on the installation basement. The cable reeling-in is done by means of the magnetic torque produced by the motor rotor but transmitted by the special reducer. While reeling-in, suppose the rotating direction of the motor rotor is positive, at this time, the rotating direction of the stators field is the same as the rotating direction of the rotor, and the motor outputs mechanical power. While reeling-out, as the carrier running along the orbit will affect the cable which therefore produces a larger negative torque on the reel than the positive torque of the motor rotor, at this time, the rotating direction of the motor rotor is negative and the rotating magnetic field of the motor stator is just contrary to the direction of the rotor, and thus the motor rotor is under a magnetic controlled status, that is to say, the reeling out of the cable web is a passive reeling-out which is caused by the power of the running carrier that forces the reel to rotate at a direction contrary to the reeling-in direction and reeling-out occurs (the reeling out is not caused by the power of the motor). About the mechanical characteristic curve of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor, see Fig. 1. From Fig. 1, it can be seen that the long-term locked-rotor torque motor has a flexible mechanical characters, that is to say, when the load increases, it can automatically reduce the rotation speed and increase the output torque and thus maintain a certain linear speed and tension. From the curve Fig., it can also be seen that the long-term locked-rotor torque motor can operate steadily from the moment approaching the synchronous speed to the time of locking the rotor, and the rpm of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor will vary with the slight change of the load, in this way, the variable speed adjustment of the reeling speed of the cable web can be realized so as to have the reeling-in & reeling-out speed of the cable web to be synchronous with that of the carrier. The working principle of the long-term locked-rotor torque type of motor is the same as that of the general 3-phase asynchronous motor. The recommended height is: for the model No. with a cable-holding capacity of 150kg and lower, the installation height not higher than 1m; for the model No. over 150kg, not higher than 3 m (special order requirement is excluded).3.3 电缆卷筒以组件发运到用户的产品先将减速机组件按预先安排的位置临时固定,进行下面工作:整体结构的电缆卷盘应把卷盘用螺栓固定在减速机组件输出轴端法兰盘上;分体结构电缆卷盘应先拼好整个卷盘再用螺栓固定在减速机组件输出轴端的法兰盘上。 When the components of the cable web are delivered to the user, the components of the reducer should be fixed temporarily at the prearranged position and the following work should be done: to fix the integrated cable reel at the flange of the output shaft end of the reducer with bolt; to combine the separated cable reels into an entity which should be then fixed at the output shaft end of the reducer with bolt. 3.4 调整电缆卷盘回转轴线使轴线水平,且与大车运行轨迹垂直。 Adjust the axis of revolution of the cable reel to have the axis to level and be perpendicular to the running orbit of the carrier.3.5 电缆锚固点应可靠锚固,且锚固点位于电缆卷盘水平方向的中心(指在运行轨迹所形成的铅垂面上)。 The cable should be reliably anchored at the center at the leveling direction of the cable reel (referring to the vertical line of the running orbit).3.6 固定电缆卷筒地脚:地脚采用螺栓联接或焊接。 The cable web foundation: the web should be fixed to the foundation with bolt or by welding.3.7 电缆卷筒的电气联接:打开集电箱箱盖,在连接前必须仔细检查电缆卷筒的绝缘系统有无损坏,紧固件是否松动,然后按本说明书图2进行接线。 Electrical connection of the cable web: open the cover of the collector box, before any connection is done, a careful check should be made on the insulation system of the cable web to see whether there is any damage, whether the fastener becomes loose. After that, the wiring should be made according to Fig. 2 in the instruction.3.8长期堵转力矩电动机中制造厂已对风机、制动器、二极管连好接线用户只要在接线盒中连好外线即可,同时要调整长期堵转力矩电动机的相序,使电缆卷盘旋转方向符合用户的要求。带风机的电动机还应注意风机吹出风的方向是吹向电动机内,如果风的方向不对,应改变电动机接线盒风机连线的相序。使风吹向电动机内,风机的作用是降低长期转力矩电动机的热量。 The fan, brake, diode of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor are wired in the factory. Only the external connection should be made with the terminal by the customer. Also, the phase sequence of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor should be adjusted in order to have the rotation direction of the cable reel to meet the requirement of the user. For motor with blower, the blowing direction of the blower should be blowing to the inside of the motor. If the blowing direction is not correct, the phase sequence of the blower wiring with the motor terminal should be changed in order to have the blowing direction of the blower is toward to the inside of the motor. The function of the blower is to reduce the heat of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor.3.9 电缆卷筒在断电后为防止电缆在重力作用下自行松脱,容缆量在300kg以上的电缆卷筒所用的长期堵转力矩电动机均带有盘式常闭电磁式直流制动器,单台电缆卷筒装有两台电动机的其中有一台带有制动器。制动器制动力矩调整方法:打开主机侧面电动机防护罩板在电动机尾部风扇罩侧面孔内有一调整制动力矩用的内六脚头螺栓。顺时针或逆时针旋动此螺栓,即可调整制动器制动力矩的大小,此螺栓调好的位置应在停电后电缆不松脱且力矩不大于铭牌上最大堵转转矩同时电缆卷筒通电工作时制动器处在非制动状态。千万注意不要调到制动器的最大制动力矩,以免大车行走时一旦发生突然断电会对电缆产生过张力而损伤电缆。长期堵转力矩式电动机的制动器结构见图4,图4中序号8螺栓就是制动器调整力矩的内六角螺栓,此螺栓顺时针为减小,逆时针为增大力矩。 In order to prevent the cable web from falling because of the gravity after a power failure, all the long-term locked-rotor torque motors of the cable web whose cable-holding capacity is over 300kg have normally closed plate-type magnetic D.C. brakes. A cable web with 2 motors, one of its 2 motors has one brake. The braking torque of the brake is adjusted as follows: open the guard of the motor at the side of the main machine, you can see there is a brake torque adjustment hexagonal bolt in the hole at the side of the blower cover at the motor tail. The increase or decrease of the braking torque of the brake can be adjusted by rotating the bolt counter-clockwise or clockwise. The well-adjusted position should have a torque not loosing the cable after a power failure but not larger than the maximum locked-rotor torque marked in the plate and the brake is under a non-braking status while the cable web is energized. Always be careful that the brake should not be adjusted to the maximum braking torque so as to prevent the cable from being damaged as a result of the extra tension caused by a sudden power failure during the running of the carrier. For the brake structure of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor, see Fig. 4. In Fig. 4, No. 8 bolt is the interior hexagonal bolt for adjusting the torque of the brake. In Fig. 5. A 种是一端为电源端,电缆卷筒仅向一个方向收放电缆。 A means the one end is for power supply, the cable web reels-in and reels-out the cable unidirectionally. B 种是在行程的中点做电源端,电缆卷筒分别向两个不同方向收放电缆。 B means that the power supply is placed at the middle of the travel, and the cable web can reels in and reels out the cable at 2 different directions. C 种是垂直收放电缆,图中箭头方向为电缆收缆方向。 C means that the cable is reeled in and reeled out vertically. The arrow in the Fig. means the reeling-in direction of the cable.图5 Fig. 5原文P7图4.2 无论大车前行或后退,电缆卷筒的长期堵转力矩电动机不准改变相序,也就是说,长期转力矩电动机的接线应连结的设备的总电源开关输出端,而不得连结在其它控制开关部分。 No matter whether the carrier moves forward or backward, the phase sequence of the long-term lock-rotor torque motor of the cable web should not change. That is to say, the connection of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor should be connected with the output of the main power supply switch of the equipment but not with any other control switch.4.3 电缆卷筒所采用的长期堵转力矩电动机由于允许长期低速运转和堵转。因此电动机发热较大、工作温度较高,夏天,电动机外壳表面温度会升到80 100左右(用温度计测量)这个温度属于长期堵转力矩电动机正常工作温度,电动机不会因此发生故障。 As the long-term locked-rotor torque motor adopted by the cable web is allowed to run for a long time at low speed and have the rotor to be locked, the motor will become very hot and the working temperature will become very high. And in summer, the temperature of the motor shell can reach about 80-100 (to measure with a thermometer). This temperature is within the normal range of the working temperature of the long-term locked-rotor torque motor, therefore, the motor can not meet any trouble because of this.4.4 电缆卷筒在工作过程中可能发生的故障种类和排除方法见表2。 For the troubles that can occur during the operation of the cable web and the trouble shooting, see table 2.故障现象Trouble故障原因Causes 改进措施或排除方法Trouble Shooting多排卷筒:卷盘上卷绕电缆一端多一端少。(电缆排列不均)Multi-row web: The reeled cable at the reels 2 ends are different in quality.(The cable is not unif- ormly arranged)1. 电缆卷盘回转轴线不水平。The rotary axis of the cable reel is not level.2. 电缆锚固点不在电缆卷盘水平方向的中心。The anchoring point of the cable is not at the center of the leveled cable reel.1. 调整卷盘底座使卷盘回转轴线水平且与大车运行轨迹垂直。To adjust the seat of the reel to make the axis of the revolution to be level and perpendicular to the running orbit of the carrier.2. 移动电缆锚固点使其在电缆卷盘水平方向中心。To move the cable anchoring point to the center of the leveled cable reel.电缆在主机断电后自行松脱The cable looses by itself after a power failure1.(150型以下)安装高度超过1m。(Beneath type 150) The installation height is over 1m.2. (300型以上) 制动器无制动效果。(Over type 300) The brake does not work.1. 重新确定电缆卷筒位置,使安装高度在1m以内(150型以下)。To define again the position of the cable web and have the installation height to be under 1 m (for beneath type 150).2. 调整带制动器电动机的尾部电动机罩侧孔内六角螺栓,使电缆不能自行松脱。To adjust the hexagonal bolt in the side hole of the motor cover at the tail of the motor with brake so as to have the cable to be unable to loose by it self.电缆在放缆时是电动机在放缆,放缆太快While the cable is reeling out, it is the motor that reels out the cable. The cable reels out too fast.长期堵转力矩式电动机接在大车控制开关上,未接在总电源开关上。The long-term locked-rotor torque motor is connected with the control switch of the carrier, but not with the switch of the main power supply.把卷筒电动机接线改在总电源开关。To have the connection of the motor of the cable web to be connected with the switch of the main power supply.卷盘收缆无力Tthe reel reels in power- lessly1.电缆卷筒安装高度超高。The installation height of the cable web is too high.2.选用的电缆与定货时电缆参数不同。The parameters of the selected cable are different from that in the order.3.有制动器的卷筒,制动器未完全打开。The br
