Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other铝粉生产现场管理制度一、 现场平面布置1、危险化学品(铝粉)生产企业必须设置符合安全要求的危险化学品专用仓库、储罐区,安全距离符合规定。危险化学品专用仓库与厂房安全距离不小于15M。2、办公区域与与产生区域明显界线,并采取相对独立的管制措施。民用建筑、办公区域与生产区域安全距离不小于25M。3、工厂内建筑物、设施之间的防火间距必须满足相关行业规范、标准要求。厂内建筑物、设施之间的防火间距不小于10M。4、公路和地区架空电力线路,严禁穿越生产区。区域排洪沟不得通过厂区。5、企业与相邻工厂或设施的防火间距必须满足相关行业规范、标准要求。企业与相邻工厂或设施的防火间距15M。6、跨越道路上空管架距路面的最小净高不小于5M,并设置限速标志。7、消防车道的净宽不应小于4.0M。二、检测报警安全设施1、生产设备、设施安装压力、温度、液位、流量、浓度等报警设施。2、生产场所按规定设置可燃粉体、气体、有毒有害气体等自动检测和报警设施。3、在合适位置设置风向标,紧急疏散指示图和标志。三、生产场所及安全设施1、关键装置、要害部位、重点车间、重点设备、重点实验室、重点辅助车间、安全装置设置警示标志。2、生产场所、库房要合理划分防火区,采用防火墙、防火门分隔。防火门向外开启。3、库房不得存在混放、超高超量存放等现象。铝粉产品仓库、半成品存放量不大于200吨,储罐区储存汽油不得大于200吨, 柴油可折半计算。超过临界储存量按重大危险源管理。4、厂房的建筑结构要符合相应耐火等级要求。5、生产场所通道畅通,逃生和避难的安全通道(梯)畅通。6、生产场所的防噪音、通风、防护栏、防滑、防灼烫等设施完善。7、生产设备、设施的防护罩、防护屏、行程限制器,制动、限速等设施要有效。8、车间、仓库、储罐区的防雷、防静电、防潮、防晒等设施要完善。9、密闭生产装置系统不得有气密泄漏现象。10、防爆膜耐压符合设计规范要求。且有专人定期检查,运行、检修、试验资料齐发。11、特种设备、储罐须经法定单位检测定格,并在有效期内。12、压力表必须定期校验,有校验记录,有检查合格证和检验日期,有红线。保持铅封完好,表盘、表针清洁,表内无泄漏。13、重大危险源设置明显的安全警示标志。警示标志安装在适当、醒目位置。14、管道、阀门、法兰、进料口、放料口、支架、螺栓坚固、完好无损、法兰螺栓无缺,符合安全规定。15、防雷、防静电设施完好可靠,经法定单位检测合格,并在有效期内。16、各种指示、警示作业安全和逃生避难等警示标志要安装在适当、醒目位置。17、按要求设置应急照明等设施。18、消防设施须经消防部门检查合格,应急救援物资、消防装备要按规定配备并适用。19、统一配备各类合适的劳动防护用品和装备,员工按要求正确佩戴或使用。四、供电系统安全管理1、变压器间的通风良好,油位、油温正常,无杂音,接地良好,附属设备完好。2、接地线有编号,装拆接地线有记录。标识牌齐全。3、绝缘工具齐全,定期试验,有报告和记录。4、防雷接地符合安全规定,有防雷检测报告,并在有效期内。5、电缆必须有阻燃措施。6、电缆沟防窜油气、防腐蚀、防水措施落实;电缆隧道防火、防沉陷措施落实。7、电缆桥架符合设计规范。8、各种电气、仪表是否符合防爆要求。9、危险场所采用不产生火花的防爆电器设备。五、储存运输1、铝粉严禁露天存放。库房必须干燥,严防漏水或雨雪浸入。注意下水道畅通,暴雨或潮汛期间必须保证不进水。2、库房必须远离火种、热源。附近不得存放盐酸、硝酸等散发酸雾的物品。3、包装必须严密,不得破损。如有破损,应立即采取措施。4、不得与其他类危险化学品混储混运。特别铝粉严禁与酸、碱、氧化剂、含水、潮解性等物品混合存放混合运输。亦不得与消防方法相抵触的物品同库存放,同车、船运输。5、装卸搬运时应轻装轻卸。运输用车船必须干燥,有良好防雨设施。6、装运危险品的汽车必须“三证”(驾驶证、危险品准运证、危险品押运证)齐全。六、防燃爆措施1、采用氮气雾化、分级系统循环工艺,用密闭循环氮气作为铝粉输送气力,系统确保密封避免空气的进入,使氧含量在自动控制连锁范围内,一旦超标,系统自动启动补加氮气,使系统氧含量控制在大大小于9%。2、采取静电接地措施使已产生的静电尽快逸散,免产生积累。铝粉生产所用的每台设备与设备、设备与管线、管线与管线、阀门与管线之间的法兰、电气、仪表之间的跨接等均应用扁铜制连接起来,之后与防雷接地装置互相连接起来。3、生产区域内的所有电气设施,包括电气开关、照明开关、临时机电仪电设备等,均有可靠的静电接地,并应该构成一个闭合回路的接地干线,静电接地连接要求牢固,具有足够的机械强度承受机械运转引起的振动,防止脱落或虚接。4、采用防静电导电包装桶(包括包装工作台。每个包装桶和电子秤均须用静电导线夹子连接到静电接地网上,并要求连接良好;而且,铝粉分级厂房、铝粉包装间、袋式过滤器及铝粉仓库等建筑物其耐火等级均为二级,地面均采用30MM厚C20不发火花细石混凝土面层,不发火花地面。5、采用防静电、不发火花地面。6、严禁穿戴化纤衣物进入包装现场或进行包装作业,防止静电火花的产生。由于人体自身所携带的静电能量可达到45MJ以上,远远大于铝粉的最小点火能量15MJ,因此为杜绝人身静电放电,工厂要求所有操作人员进入作业现场必须穿戴统一发放的防静电工作服,同时在粉尘浓度相对较大的分级包装间出入口增设了静电释放棒或释放球,操作人员可以及时排除人体所带静电,是防止人身静电危害的有效措施之一。7、现场严禁使用非防爆工、机具,应使用防爆型铜制工具和木制工具。8、在生产及检修过程中,要避免一切静电火花的产生,坚决杜绝用非防爆工具振打设备、管线。特别是在分级、输送、包装过程中,撞击火花及电气火花等都会引起火灾爆炸的产生。9、袋式过滤器和扁袋过滤器内部的布袋均采用防静电过滤布,每个布袋之间用铜制导电线互相连接起来再与设备外壳的静电接地互相连接,形成一体,可以不断泄漏静电或进行电晕放电,以降低布袋电位,防止火花放电的发生。10、防爆膜抗爆强度必须小于生产装置抗冲击强度。11、必须定期对作业场所地面、设备、管线上铝粉进行清理,避免沉积;清理粉尘时,要避免铝粉粉尘飞扬。主要介绍的是永磁直流电动机;首先简述了永磁电机、永磁直流电动机从产生到到逐步改善的发展过程,以及以此为基础的未来发展的趋势;activities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation .
