Some of them have escaped from their one parent families because of ill treatment; some are driven out of homes, wandering in the streets. As a result, they began to do things desperately, taking d

20、rugs, dringing wine, stealing money, robbing, raping, etc. Drug-abuse is another social problem. In New York city, one out of forty citizens take the drug_heroin, which makes New York the “City of Heroin”. For example, the right to vote is the first and the most obvious right of equal citizenship, but black people in general are

However, it is the most obvious for blacks, particularly for the young black people. The job opportunities for black youths are much fewer than those for whites. Al these factors have led to the great black movements in America, and in recent years, conditions for the blacks heve become a little bit better and improved. Today,
